Sophie wondering if Harry has forgotten about her and Kate.
Harry's arm hurting.
Toadie having to prove that Lou is financially stable for him to be the Ramsays' guardian.
Paul telling Lou he's transferred $10,000 to his account so that Lou looks financially stable (but he has to pay it back).
Lou realising that Paul has actually transferred $100,000 and has no idea.
Harry finding a photo of him and his sisters torn up at the foster home.
Kate is thrilled that Lou is going to be allowed to be their guardian, but it will be a few weeks before Harry can come home officially. Toadie said that Harry was really pleased, too.
Harry's Foster Home
Harry tidies up his bedroom, and tapes his photo back together.
Lou suggests that the house require a dishwasher, but Kate can't afford it. Lou points out that Paul can...
Whilst Kate goes off to ask Sophie to turn her music down, Toadie reminds Lou that he can't keep Paul's cash, even if he hasn't realised.
Harry's Foster Home
Craig bursts into the bedroom, and tells Harry he needn't bother tidying up or sticking his photo back together. It's only going to happen again and again.
Lou is sure that Paul won't mind him spending the money on his nephews and nieces, but Toadie insists that Lou has to give it back.
Harry's Foster Home
Craig throws all Harry's clothes out of the wardrobe again, then refuses to let him out of the room.
On the front of the Erinsborough News is a picture of Lou with kids, having served them up a good meal. Declan thinks it's a slow news day.
Harry comes in, looking for Sophie who said she'd meet her brother here. Lou offers to give him brekkie for free, and Declan asks how his friend is going, too, offers to take him to play basketball. Harry says he can't, and rushes off, meekly.
Declan is clearly uncomfortable with something in Harry's manner.
Declan is trying to get Donna to babysit for a few hours, but she doesn't want to as she has to do a business plan to get a loan to prepare her for the rest of her life. Declan begs: Donna is her godmother, after all.
Donna concedes, wondering if India knows anything about Excel. Indie sticks her tongue out. No, then.
Just as Declan leaves, Lucas comes in to fix Paul's lawnmower, and Donna seizes the opportunity to get him to do the babysitting instead. Charming godmother and friend she is.
Cut to moments later and Donna has given Lucas a crash course in dealing with India's top end (milk, formula) and bottom end (nappies, wipes). She rushes off, leaving Lucas confused and desperate.
Declan pulls up, and sees Harry, sitting alone. He offers him a lift home, and then demands to know what's going on. He doesn't believe Harry when he says he's slept badly in his bed – he wants to see what's wrong with his arm, but Harry refuses. Declan offers him a lift home again, but with another no, drives off.
Harry doesn't go home. He sits down, alone, in the basketball court, avoiding the world.
Donna is begging Kate to help her, she thinks they're an awesome team. She can design and Kate can sew. Kate would rather concentrate on her dancing, but that's not good enough for Donna.
(Amazing how Donna's not prepared to help Declan out for a few hours, but demands Kate go into business with her. Anyway.)
Donna apologises, she knows how busy Kate is. But then puts on the pressure: she wanted this to be the best last Summer, but now Sunny's gone, and Didge...
Kate reminds Donna she already has two jobs, but Donna begs and begs her again. Kate finally gives in, and Donna thinks they're going to take over the world.
Harry is playing alone on the court when Craig runs up and pushes him over. Harry tells Craig to get lost, but Craig threatens him instead. Luckily Declan's on hand to threaten Craig back and, smirking, Craig warns Harry that he'll see him at home.
Turning to Harry he asks if his foster parents know about this, but Harry doesn't want them knowing. He's so close to getting back to his family, and the DHS will think he's causing trouble again. Harry believes he has to take it. Kate doesn't even know, and Harry doesn't want Dec to tell her, either.
Declan comes over to see Kate who's still baking cakes. She tells him that she's trying really hard to show the DHS that they have no reason to split them up ever again by getting the parenting thing right. Especially since Harry's handled the whole thing so well. Declan watches, less able to say anything, now.
Kate offers him a coffee.
India is crying in her pram whilst Lucas tries to entertain her. Unsuccessfully. Callum and Toadie watch from another table, their amusement turning to despair as Lucas realises the milk bottles are empty, and starts to waft air from the pram to his face to see if Indie needs a change. Toadie comes over and picks India up. She stops crying instantly.
LUCAS: How did you do that?
CALLUM: She's a girl, she wants attention.
TOADIE: She's a baby, they all want attention.
LUCAS: That wasn't on the list.
Callum wonders how Lucas got wrapped up in babysitting, and he blames Donna; it's been the longest 30 minutes of his life. In the background a group of women watch the men with the baby adoringly, and Toadie explains to Lucas how useful a baby can be...
Cut to moments later where Lucas rocks a sleeping India against his body. Toadie tells Callum to watch and learn. Three women surround Lucas, cooing over little Indie, and want his number. Lucas, clearly uncomfortable, walks away. Toadie wonders what on earth he's doing, and Lucas tells his friend that he's happy with where he's at right now.
Lucas exits. Where are the pram and the baby bag he came in with? Who knows. Probably back in the props room.
Declan comes in, looking for Donna, who says she doesn't know where India is. Lucas returns – with the pram this time – to find Declan furious at Donna for offloading his child. Lucas insists that India's fine, and Declan apologises saying that it was him who stuffed up, not Donna.
Why?! Donna did the wrong thing! Be a man!
Cut to later that day when Donna apologises to Lucas for chucking Indie at him when she knew he wasn't into babies. But Lucas is adamant that hanging out with India was quite cool – he liked her smile and her eyes! Donna thinks Lucas is clucky, and he tells her how the women freaked him out by trying to give him their phone numbers. Donna realises that he really misses Elle.
Kate is explaining the house rules to Lou, and he suggests a new TV for them. Lou says he has money from Paul. Kate continues: they try to eat together as much as possible as well. Lou says he'll need a new kitchen, and will fit a barbecue out the back. Kate wonders how it will all be done for $10,000.
Lou thinks Kate runs a really tight ship, and is impressed. But Dec bursts in and tells them the truth: Harry's in trouble. Toadie has come over and is on the phone telling the DHS that Harry's at risk, and covered in bruises. Declan thinks that this has been happening since the beginning.
Toadie comes off the phone and says that Ros from DHS says she will investigate urgently, but the family and Lou are not happy about it. Toadie tries to calm Lou and Kate down.
Harry's Foster Home
In Harry's bedroom Craig is threatening Harry because the DHS know what's happened.
Kate is trying to call Harry, why Lou is on the phone to Toadie. Declan assures Kate that Harry tried to hide it from her.
Cut to a scene in Harry's bedroom where Craig pushes him around.
Cut back to the Ramsay house where Kate says she wants Harry back here with her, and Declan takes India home.
Harry's Foster Home
Whilst Craig and Harry continue to shove each other, Harry's foster mum is heard yelling. Lou bursts in and tells Harry to pack: he's taking him away from here.
Kate greets her brother with a big hug, but Toadie comes over, wondering what on earth has just happened. He's been on the phone to the DHS, who are furious at what Lou's done.
TOADIE: Harry is in legal care. What you just did is called kidnapping!
Toadie reminds Lou he also just stuffed up his guardianship application. Lou is aghast. The police knock at the door, and want to take Harry back to the foster home, but Lou refuses – they'll have to go through him first.
