None - Channel 10 showed the 2 scenes they missed off the end of last nights' episode, instead of playing a recap.
Susan's
Susan tells Katya that she thinks Zeke might be confused about a few things, and Katya accuses her of calling Zeke a liar. Susan says this is not the case at all, he misinterpreted what he heard. Katya asks if this means she denies she is in a relationship with Karl, and Susan says they were actually talking about how some people wrongly assume they ARE in a relationship.
KATYA: I wonder why they assume THAT!
Susan says and as for wishing her out of the children's lives, she would never do that, no matter how difficult things are between the two of them. Katya spies Zeke around the corner, through the use of the clever plot device called a shadow! She calls him out and asks if Susan is telling the truth. Susan tells her this has to stop. Rachel comes in and Katya tells her to get her things - Susan is trying to break the three of them up, and she WILL NOT let that happen.
General Store
As Angie and Janelle bump up the points on the sarcasm meter, Stingray comes in, buzzing with the news that he has been accepted into film school! He can't properly enroll until someone drops out, but they are letting him sit in on all the lectures, and he is first on the list! Angie congratulates him and says she can't see where he got the smarts from. But hey, maybe one day he will get a degree. Like her son, Jarrod. The lawyer.
Connor points out to Toadie that Angie is talking about him, and Toad warns him not to make eye-contact. Toadie wonders how long Stu is going to be gone for - he's gone to sort things out with Sindi. He wishes the two of them happiness, and Connor nearly falls off the chair - un-selfish, caring...Toadie must have scored himself a chick! And his first guess is Catch-a-Kinski-if-you-can! She's a fox! Toadie tells him not to talk about Katya like that, she's a friend! And a client! Connor's not buying it - the Toad *so* luuurves her.
Susan's
Katya claims she just wants what is best for her brother and sister, but Susan reckons she just wants what is best for her - and she wants her gone. Katya says she won't leave without the kids, and Rachel tells them they are as bad as each other, before storming out. Katya tells Zeke to come with her then, but Susan says Rach and Zeke are minors in her care - if she removes him, she is breaking the law. Katya turns to Zee and tells him it's going to be ok, before throwing one last stink-eye at Susan, and leaving the house. Susan promises Zeke they will get through this, but he walks off.
Ramsay Street
The Timmins and Rebecchi gang, joined by Connor, traipse up the street, following a bickering Janelle and Angie. Janelle really rubs salt into the wound by saying at least her kids love her enough to give her some grandkids one day before she pops up her clogs! Angie storms off, and Bree, Stingray and Connor all agree this is Toadie's fault - if he would have given her a grandkid, she would be happy! The Timmins kids leave, and Connor points out Katya in her car, telling Toadie she is the answer to all her problems. Toadie tells him not to start, but goes over to talk to Katya. She is sitting in the car crying, and Toadie asks if she wants a friendly ear.
Susan's
Rachel comes out of her room and Susan and Zeke both want to sit down and talk things through. She tells Zeke she isn't sure what part of the conversation he overheard, but she can assure them that all she wants is for them to be together as a family. They were the most important thing in their father's life, and now they are the most important thing in hers - he wanted them to be a family. Rachel asks if she thinks this is what he really wanted? In reality, she hardly even knew him! He wouldn't have wanted Susan and Katya to fight like this. She goes to storm out of the house, but Susan tells her she isn't going anywhere.
HoT
Katya tells Toadie that she's been thinking about what he said about parenting arrangements, while, around the corner, Angie tells Connor she thinks they are talking about having kids. Katya tells Toadie that she wants sole custody - the kids should be with her. Toadie says he won't be able to help her with the case, though - but he can give her some numbers if she wants. Katya asks if, beside his fondness for Susan, there is any other reason why he thinks this shouldn't go ahead. Toadie says that legal disputes aren't the best way to solve *any* family matters. Katya doesn't see what other option she has. Toadie informs Katya that with Susan's experience and position in the community, he doesn't see the courts awarding a single twenty-something any residency order. Katya says she is their sister, and Alex asked her to look after the kids - surely a dying mans words count? Toadie suggests they just wait until the reading of Alex's Will. Jen leads the chorus of Alex fans in the 'What?! He has a Will?!' celebration.
HoT
As Katya leaves, Angie and Connor gush about how lovely and pretty she is, and what a great couple Toadie and Katya would make. Kadie? Toadya? Anyhoo... Toadie explodes at the two of them.
TOADIE: (at Connor) You I would expect this kind of buffoonery from, but (at Angie) you, would you get off my back PLEASE?!
CONNOR: I'm gonna go outside and play with the dog...
Toadie apologises for yelling at Angie, but she is putting so much pressure on him! He just doesn't want to let her down. Angie says he never could.
Number 26
Stingray is going through the photos for his driving test story, and Bree asks if he and Rachel are going out now. Stingray says for the purpose of the assignment, yes, for the purpose of real life, nope! Bree asks why he can't just use own of his own friends. Because, young Breezer, Ramsay Street-ites must only interact with *other* Ramsay Street-ites, and therefore must only *date* other Ramsay Street-ites, which gives you a one in six chance of it being someone from your household, or close circle of friends!
Janelle tells Bree she loves what she has written in her story, but she doesn't even ant to hear about co-writing credits. Janelle says she did all her homework for her - it's fair! Her teacher has even sent her a letter for an urgent meeting, ASAP! Bree is all 'uh oh' but Janelle just rambles about how she is probably stoked with how good her work has got.
JANELLE: Maybe you're going to win a prize...! Better go air my best frock!
Stingray asks if Bree even read any of the things Janelle wrote before she handed them in, but Bree says she didn't have time. Stinger answers the door to Rachel, who wants to know if she can hang out with him. Stinger says he is about to go out, but Bree is home.
HoT
Toadie is trying to talk to his Dad, when Connor comes in, telling Bob off. Toadie tells him to go away. As Connor leaves, Stingray comes in, hyper about film school. Connor comes back in, and Angie comes in too, all of them talking at once, reeeally grating Toadie. When he gets a word in edge ways, he tells Angie that Kev is on the phone, and he wants a word with her.
Random Street
As Bree and Rachel walk down the street, some random's drive up in a car and ask if the girls want a lift. Rachel is all for it - the boys look pretty cool, and they are going to a party. Bree thinks she is insane - the random's look like feral's, and she doesn't even know where they are really going. Rachel says anywhere is better than here, and goes to get in the car, but Bree pulls her back, telling the random driver to take his ugly boyfriend's and rack off. Random driver gets all excited and yells 'stupid molls' in his high pitched, excited random extra squeaky voice, and drives off. Rachel says that could have been fun, why did she stop her? Bree says it could have been really dangerous too! Rachel replies that anything is better than listening to her Dad's Will...
Number 26
Stingray goes through his film list he has to watch, and picked up cheap, as Susan comes in, looking for Rachel. Stingray says she left with Bree a while ago, and Susan sighs that she has snuck out, and is really testing her at the moment, Janelle instructs Stingray to put the jug on, as she sits Susie down. She says she is worried about her, going through such a hard time. But Rachel is just like Janae - she runs when she needs to let off steam, but if you go after her, she will just keep doing it, Susan says she has parented three teenagers, and Janelle says she knows what a good mum she is - but she is a single parent now, and that is a whole new kettle of fish. It's tough when you have to be the good cop, and the bad cop. Susan breaks down, asking how she is going to do this without Alex.
JAELLE: I don't know. But you are one tough bird, Susie Doll! And you've got your friends, hey!
Janelle reminds Susan how she was always there for her, no matter how many lousy things she did, so now it's time to return the favour.
Susan's
Susan tells Toadie that every time things look like they are settling down, Katya shakes them up, when the Queen of Catty herself walks in with Rachel, who she found SITTING in the GUTTER! *shock horror*
SUSAN: Are you ok?
RACHEL: Yeah, I'm fine.
KATYA: No thanks YOU!
Toadie breaks up the circle of love by suggesting they get on with the reading.
Number 26
Bree reads Stingray and extract from one of the essays Janelle wrote, which reads more like a critical analysis of the actor's looks, instead of being about the book it should have been on. Janelle says why read the book when you can watch the movie...and fall asleep half an hour into it...Janelle says not to worry - her and Susie are tight as these days, she'll just have a word. Bree can't understand why her life is falling apart. Not only will she now be bottom of every class, her best friend hates her! Janelle says that if she's going to keep treating Bree like a Wally, she's well jack of her!
STINGRAY: That's almost good advice, Mum! .........Almost!
Angie storms in, saying that she has put up with a lot from their family over the years, but Janelle has gone one step to far this time, and she is going to pay!
Susan's
"I, Alexander Isiovic (?) Kinski, being of sound mind, request all my worldly possessions to be apportioned equally between my three children - Katya, Rachel and Ezekiel. It is my sincere wish, that the monies allotted to Rachel and Ezekiel be put toward their ongoing welfare and higher education. Of the money allotted to Katya, I request that it be used to continue the search for her. It is my greatest regret that I have been unable to tell my eldest daughter one last time just how much I love her. My hope is that, once Katya is safely located, my three children live together as a family. I know that Susan will be only too happy to support this..."
Number 26
Angie is yelling at Janelle for trying to give Kev advice on her marriage, They argue about who is more of a Rebecchi, until Stingray and Bree break them up. They ask why they can't settle this like mature adults - by talking.
ANGIE: Like you could have a conversation with this one! She'd have her fingers in your eyeballs before you could say boots!
JANELLE: That was only once!
Stingray jokes they should get in a ring and slug it out properly. They laugh, but then suddenly they think it might be a good idea...Bree says they can't actually be thinking about it, and Angie and Janelle claim they are just mucking around, but the glints in their eyes and that dreaded music we haven't heard since we thought our wrestling days were over suggest otherwise...
Susan's
To conclude, I wish to convey my heartfelt thanks to Susan Smith - a wonderful woman who allowed me to die a man very much in love. Here ends my last Will and testament.
Toadie asks if there are any questions, and Susan and Katya agree it sounds pretty straight forward. Katya says Alex didn't leave Susan anything - it's clear he didn't consider her art of the family. Toadie says a will is no real indicator of the family relationship, and Susan adds that when she found out Alex was dying, she insisted he leave her nothing.
KATYA: My father clearly stated he wanted the three of us to stay together. Your name wasn't mentioned.
SUSAN: That's not what he meant, and you know it!
KATYA: He wanted me to do what's best for the family! And that's ME!
(Zeke looks away, Rachel has her hands over her ears, and her eyes closed, crying)
SUSAN: You hardly know these children. How can you possibly assume what's best for them?
KATYA: Because I'm their sister. And I know what our mother would have wanted.
Susan says that she is their mother now.
SUSAN: I love these children, and they *will* stay with me.
KATYA: *glare* *stink eye* *glare*
