Recap

- Sindi and Stu kissing.
No.28
Sindi and Stu resume their kissing in her bedroom, thing getting heated as they peel their clothes off.
Lassiter's
It's a rainy day as Lana, Sky, Serena and Stingray talk about the relief of their school results. Sky can't believe her drama grade, though Serena always knew she was a big drama queen.
"Yeah after you, your mum and Svetlanka I hope!" Stingray has yet to open his results and Susan over hears this. Having a private word, she urges him to open up the envelope as she believes in him. Reluctantly he does and is stoked to discover he has passed everything and even managed to score a B for maths - his first ever. He yelps in excitement and runs into the Coffee Shop.
Coffee Shop
Toadie congratulates Stingray on his grades, knowing he had more Rebecchi in him. Stingray unbashful, knew he always had it in him. Janelle appears and wonders what all the fuss is about and Stingray excitedly tells of his good grades. Susan says she should be very proud and Janelle is...and to add to his good news, she has some of her own. She has managed to land Stingray a job at Super Duper in Colac, and if he plays his cards right he could get Tuesday night-double pay. Everyone goes quiet, until Toadie gently asks him about wanting to finish high school and maybe to go university or an information technology TAFE course. Janelle shrugs it all off, why would you want to knock down a perfectly good job?
No.28
Stu finishes putting his clothes on and Sindi asks Stu to give her a call later...to catch up. He agrees and kisses her before leaving.
No.26
Serena enters and gives Boyd his present of a CD, suggesting they go see them when they tour. They go into the kitchen, as Charlie is asleep and she talks about their year 11 results. She didn't do as great as Sky...then changes the subject to Stingray and his fantastic grades. All she wanted to do was come and see Boyd - she just wanted to tell everyone they were together, but knows she can't. Boyd tells her he may not be going to the formal...but Serena wants him to, she is after all only going with Stingray because he as no one else. She does wish she was going with him though.
No.28
Susan tells Audrey and Dahl about the nice gourmet food (liver, chicken wings and seed for Dahl) she got for them and notices Sindi looking glum. Sindi eventually spills that she is having problems with...her car.
SINDI: It's my car.
SUSAN: Yeah I saw it outside, it's gorgeous!
SINDI: Yeah well looks can be deceiving
SUSAN: Why what's wrong with it?
SINDI: Well, I thought I'd found the perfect one, but now it seems that it's unreliable
SUSAN: Ah yeah, well you can get that with a second hand car
SINDI: Yeah way too much baggage
SUSAN: We still talking about the car?
SINDI: Yeah yeah of course we are
SUSAN: I suppose you could get rid of it before you become too attached or better yet still, up cars all together, just take the bus for a while
SINDI: Bus? What is that suppose to mean?
SUSAN: You tell me, you're the one with a new car.
No.30
Stu feeds Bob, glad that he loves eating tin food and not that fancy stuff. Toadie waltzes in and laughs that Sindi bought the red No.as it's her favourite colour. Although he may be tired and exhausted from shopping with Sindi, Toadie strongly suggests they are both in need of 'picking up desperate chicks' at the pub. Every day that Stu waits, his hero status drops! Stu is reluctant and declines, but then agrees to go after Toadie puts a guilt trip on him.
No.28
Sindi and Stingray fold the washing while he plays 20 questions to find out what's wrong with her. He guesses it's her job...or Susan putting her good undies in the wash but the correctly assumes it has to do with her love life.
SINDI: You ask too many questions.
STINGRAY: No, just 4 I counted them myself.
She goes to get the rest of the laundry, and Stingray answers Boyd at the door. He came over to apologise about the thing with Janelle, but Stingray has forgotten about it. Besides, he has a date with Serena. Stingray asks his advice on tactics to woo Serena - wondering if he should go in hard and fast like Jackie Chan, or smooth and suave like Orlando Bloom.
Coffee Shop
Stu guesses Boyd is having troubles with exams with the expression he has on, but with one look at Lana and Sky, knows that it's women trouble...which according to Stu doesn't get any easier once you are older. Upon leaving, Boyd bids hello to the girls. Sky informs Lana has to go to the formal with her but Lana is wary especially after receiving a hand delivered note from a guy named George inviting her to the formal. Sky, with an evil glint in her eye, knows that even if the note is probably from Brendan and his goons, sly suggests that something could happen at the formal...besides, she doesn't have a date either. She found out Miles is into line dancing (eww!) ...and is 49. So they can both fly solo together and give the Barbies and Ken dolls something to talk about.
No.28
Susan puts the finishing touches on Stingray and they stand back and admire how wonderful he looks in his black suit and little bow tie. He's gotta make this night count...and Susan sadly says it'll be hard, especially how he feels about Serena. Stingray suggests they could do a long distance thing....he would stay in a heartbeat, but it's not really his decision now is it? As much as he'd love to do his VCE, maybe even go to uni his mum needs him and he is just doing what he has to do. Janelle appears at the door and completely gushes over him, flashing pictures here and there. She hands him a small gift box, to romance that "Bishop minx" with and they head over.
No.24
Lana, Sky and Serena whom are very glammed up in their party dresses, finish off their make up in the mirror with Sky being surprisingly chirpy about getting dressed up much to Serena's surprise. Just because she thinks the idea of a formal is lame and she hates the music, doesn't mean she hates getting dolled up. The boys arrive and go ga-ga over the girls. Janelle tells Serena she is a dead set "spunk rat", Stingray hands Serena the gift box, which her mum, no he bought for her - it's a necklace, something to remember him by. Janelle ushers the teens for a group photo, and Boyd asks Sky when they'll meet Miles. Sky makes up an excuse and then the photo is taken.
The Pub
"It must have been so scary" "Weren't you afraid he was going to shoot you?" Fiona and Sara coo over Stu, as Toadie hypes up the situation. Stu, uncomfortable goes to get some chips and they girls gush he is just like Spiderman, good looking AND humble. Toadie agrees, also noting what a good friend he is of Stu and excuses himself to talk to Stu at the bar. He can't believe Stu is so complacent, he's got these women eating out the palm of his hand. Stu is sorry, but he wasn't into it in the first place...and believes that one of the girl likes Toadie anyway.
TOADIE: Yeah right she thinks my best feature is my good looking mate!
Toadie wants him to "come back to the light" and Stu finally gives in.
Formal
Sky and Lana dance together, as some boys look in their direction. Lana laughs, as she loves it when Sky gets that malicious glint in her eye, but is corrected by Sky. It is not malicious, she's just hoping justice is served. Meanwhile, Stingray and Serena enter the dance floor and he tries talking about maybe maintaining a long distance relationship...but she kind of lets him down, all awhile staring at Boyd in the corner. Susan stops the music and welcomes the teens to the 11/12 formal, also warning there are parents and teachers patrolling the outside so none of them better think of leaving
SUSAN: Sorry to interrupt all you inspiring JT's and TJLOs.
They teens once again dance, and Serena keeps on staring at Boyd in the corner.
Coffee Shop
Susan pops in to grab more soft drink for the formal when she spots Janelle and they have a chat about Stingray. Susan thinks he has done incredibly well - crediting Janelle on his upbringing...but wonders if he could possibly stay for one more year as his behaviour is under control and he's eating right... Unfortunately, Janelle doesn't think that he should get off scott-free (laughing at that pun) when his older brother started work when they were 16. She is his mother and knows what is best.
Formal
Serena excuses herself from Stingray, saying she's going to see Boyd as he is by himself. She tells Boyd it's alright, they are friends and would be odd if they weren't seen together. They go to dance and Sky looks slightly shocked. Serena semi snuggles against Boyd, her wishing "the whole world would just disappear". A bit uncomfortable, Boyd suggests they need talk outside.
The Pub
One of the women is in Stu's lap as he recalls his naked anecdote, which lets the table howling. In the midst of this, who should walk in but Sindi! Stu immediately gets up and chasing after her.
Lassiter's
Having caught up with Sindi, Stu tries explaining what Toadie wanted him to do. Sindi remarks that it was nice of him to pick up the left overs, but he could have at least waited until the sheets were cold before he moved on! Stu explains he didn't call because Toadie has been with him for the whole day, but "what happened between us, it meant everything to me." He sighs, wanting to tell Toadie the truth as he can't keep on lying but Sindi doesn't think it is wise and to wait just that little bit longer.
Lassiter's
By the lake, Serena daydreams of how things will be when she and Boyd are finally be able to show the world their love, she wonders what they'll all say. As Sky has Miles now, Serena knows she'll be happy as Sky knows her bad track record. Boyd wants to head back but Serena has other ideas. She kisses Boyd, stating he makes her so happy and wants to show her how much. Looking straight at him, she knows she's ready and wants to do this.
