Boyd is still hyper over him thumping Travis. Stingray isn't as happy and says he should get his hand looked at.
Summer is on the phone to Caleb. He wants them to get back together. Summer isn't too keen unless he shows her “a good time, a really good time.”
Karl comes off the phone and notices a young good-looking doctor go into the room Izzy uses with Dr Levi. The sign on the door says “Dr Levi.” Once a very jealous Karl leaves the area, the doctor changes the sign to Dr Philip Smith.
Summer is still on the phone to Caleb, this time suggesting things he could treat her to, if he wants to go out with her again. She suggests a mystery flight, somewhere tropical or to go ice-skating when there is nobody else there. With a smug look on her face, she reminds him that if he wants them to get back together then it isn't going to come cheap.
Steph is asking Lyn the reason behind her sudden news about Joe. Lyn explains it's been going on for months now possibly longer. Steph suggests it might be because of the recent pressure she's been under and when she is back with Joe, everything will be OK. Lyn says she's shared the same life with Joe for 27 years but she doesn't want to go to Bendigo. Steph begins to understand and tells Lyn if she needs anything then to come to her, despite Lyn saying she's got her own family now, and that she won't desert her.
The Coffee Shop
Sky is asking Lana how it went with Susan after class. Lana explains she managed to persuade Susan not to tell her parents about the bullying because she doesn't want a teacher to tell them that she is gay. Sky is shocked to find out that Lana's parents don't know.
Harold announces he's off to the hospital and asks Izzy if she and Lana will be OK here. Izzy replies that they'll cope as Lana basically runs the place and she's better than the last girl they had ie Sky.
Sky and Lana resume their conversation about Lana's parents not knowing about her being gay. Lana says when she spoke to them before, they thought it was a passing phase.
Lana rushes to Izzy's aid as she's struggling with some plates. Izzy sings Lana's praises again. Lana calls Izzy ‘Iz'.
SKY: Iz? You two buddies now?
LANA: Of course, she's such a hottie.
Steph asks Lyn what's next. Lyn explains that she wants to do things on her own. Boyd shouts hello as he comes in from school. Steph asks Lyn is she wants to stay for a roast. Lyn is reluctant because of the frosty atmosphere between her and Max. Steph says he can talk to her if he's got a problem.
The Coffee Shop
Lana and Sky are still talking about whether Lana should tell her parents about being gay. Sky says they will know eventually, but Lana is still reluctant as they've had enough to contend with lately with Lana having to move schools. Lana eventually gives in and says she'll tell them.
Izzy interrupts them bringing over free food for Lana whilst at the same time giving out more digs at Sky.
Summer and Lyn are chatting idly when Max comes home. They head for the kitchen whilst Max goes into the livingroom to find out from Steph why she's there. Steph tells him about Lyn & Joe's marriage being on the rocks and to go easy on her. Max promises to behave.
Boyd comes into the livingroom and both ask enquire about his hand. Boyd says he fell on the tarmac and tries to change the subject very quickly by saying they should go eat. Max and Steph look at one another wondering what's up.
The Coffee Shop
Karl comes in for his morning latte and notices Izzy with more make up on than normal. He then asks if she is wearing more. Izzy says maybe and why but still not giving not giving him a reason. Karl now tries the charm offensive to find out why. To Izzy's relief, Harold comes in and she says she's off to see Dr Levi, Karl's face drops. Izzy then starts going on about how Dr Levi has helped change her whole attitude and thanks Karl for sending her there in the first place.
Boyd is bragging to some fellow pupils about how he's taken care of Travis and they won't be seeing anymore of him, but if Travis hassles any of them, then let him know and he'll sort it out. Stingray drags him away, which Boyd isn't happy about, and says that Travis won't take this lying down and will be back with his mates the next time. Boyd says he can handle himself.
The Coffee Shop
Harold is taking to a not very impressed Karl about Izzy's change in attitude since she's been seeing Dr Levi. Karl thinks it might be too good to be true and tries to dispute Dr Levi's “amazing” work. Harold tries to suggest in a very subtle way that Karl shouldn't feel alienated but should be congratulated for loving and supporting her. Karl still doesn't look very impressed.
Summer is walking though a park and we're given the impression someone has been following/waiting for her, and then goes to confront her. Summer looks petrified.
Harold and Karl are now talking about being in hospital. Karl spots the good-looking Dr Smith, who he thinks is Dr Levi, and suggests he is vain. Izzy rushes in saying she left her jumper on Dr Levi's couch and head off to collect it. Karl still has a face like thunder on him.
Stingray comes over to Boyd trying to knock some sense into him about Travis. Boyd still won't take it seriously. Stingray is peaved off at Boyd's attitude now and say's he couldn't care and that Boyd can get his head kicked in, now becoming even more exaggerated Stingray reminds Boyd that he's on a bond and doesn't want to go back to Juvenile Detention.
Summer now rushes in telling them that Travis said that her, him and his family are dead. Boyd gets angry and says he'll kill Travis. Summer says he was being serious when Boyd tries to pacify her. Eventually Stingray says if Boyd won't tell Max what's going on, then he and Summer will.
Lana and Sky are preparing for their interview for the magazine. They think being schoolkids will mean their work isn't taken seriously. They head to change out of their school uniform, but it's too late as Buffy from Larkin Magazine comes in and begins to interview them.
Karl and Izzy are having a drink the pub taking about her latest session with Dr Levi. Izzy says it was tiring, but she leaves there feeling very scented. Karl say's he's proud of her. They then start talking about Dr Levi's reputation and Karl says he's never actually seen him and could she describe him, and then asks if he's a looker. Izzy of course wants to know why. Karl replies he's just curious.
IZZY: He's not attractive.
KARL: He's not.
IZZY: He's not.
KARL: He's not, at all?
IZZY: He's bald and ugly and he's not an attractive man.
KARL: Is that right?
IZZY: Yes, now does that satisfy you?
KARL: As I said, I'm just curious.
Summer and Boyd have returned from school. There is a three way conversation going on, Max is asking if Summer she remembered to take home milk (she forgot) whilst at the same time she's trying to get Boyd to tell Max about Travis. Max eventually comes out of the kitchen and looks at them. Steph also joins them and asks what's wrong? Boyd looks away.
Lana and Sky are in the kitchen area discussion Buffy's strange choice of words during the interview. Lana seems to think that Buffy doesn't realise that they really are still at school. Eventually they both re-join Buffy in the livingroom. Buffy praises them on their work and wants to take their photo (for the article). She jumps to the wrong conclusion that they are partners. They both look mortified and Buffy quickly corrects herself.
Boyd is getting a lecture from Max. Max eventually gets the truth out of Boyd about his past injuries and lays into him by saying he should be protecting Summer as he's the big brother. Boyd tries apologising but Max isn't accepting it and says he should grow up and this isn't a school bully incident any more. The lecture eventually finishes and Boyd's been grounded (no TV, girlfriend, two hours homework every night plus extra chores). Max eventually decides they need to go to the police, but Boyd obviously doesn't want to go.
