Connor tells him that Lou had a valuer around because the Hello Dolly tour is going ahead. Max doesn't like the sound of it, but lets Connor continue. Connors says that apparently Trixie was made for the part, but they need half a million. Max asks if he's selling half the pub. Connor reckons that if Max didn't know then he probably isn't Max doesn't reckon so as he wasn't consulted about the coffee machine or other desicsions regarding the pub. He goes to find out leaving Connor helpess.

The counsellor asks Susan what she hopes to get out of it. Susan talks about perspective, to help solve future problems. She says you don't get a manual when you get married. The counsellor asks for Karl's opinion, but Susan butts in saying he thinks it's a complete waste of time. The counsellor asks again for Karls answer.

Max decides that as it's quiet he'll let Connor stand in chance, while he goes to find Lou in person, but before reaching the door a group of British tourists arrive asking if its too late for lunch. Max goes to 'fire up the kitchen' while Connor takes the order for the first round of drinks.

Summer is telling Boyd about her school timetable consisting of English and Art on Tuesday afternoon. She seems a bit annoyed at having double maths on Wednesday (I don't see what's wrong with it!), but says the teacher nice and so makes up for it. Boyd offers to carry Summers bag home when he discovers she's got all her books in it because she needs to cover them in sticky back plastic that night. Sky arranges to join them after school. Summer returns to lock her locker but finds Sky covered in toilet roll that someone had put in her locker.
Number 28
Susan and Karl find themselves working as a team when they replace Audreys bandage. Susan admits that she agreed with what he said earlier at the counsellors about not listening, as they know one another so well, there's nothing left to say. Karl agrees that they finish each others sentences. Susan feels happier knowing they've made the first step, and starts thinking about dinner. They decide to go to the new takeaway, but decide against having the dish 'dahl bah' due to Dahl.
Lou's Place
Max struggles to cope with the tourists demands, but Connor's sweet talk and jokes keep them happy enough. Max is surprised at how on top of things Connor is and stands to watch. Connor however notices and throws a comment back at him, regarding 'the bosses laziness'.
Number 28
Susan returns with the takeaway and she and Karl joke about each other's waistlines. While Karl goes to wash his hands, Susan hides the top she bought. Later that evening, Karl is too engrossed in his book to notice Susan's dressed up for the night. She goes off to bed alone.
Lou's Place
Max tells Connor to stop putting things away and sit down. Connor says that if he sits down he won't get up again. Max thanks him for the hard work, saying he wouldn't have managed if it had been one of the other guys on. Connor tells him that you just have to keep them happy. Max tells Connor he is very impressed by him and tells him he has a flare for the job that you don't often see. They agree he picked it up off Lou and not Max. Max goes on to say that if Lou goes on the tour, he's going to be short of a co-manager and offers Connor the job, complete with training. Connor asks about Lou , but Max sees no reason to tell him if he's selling his half and travelling on. Connor says he'd love to but his visa regulations won't allow him and he's already wangled them once to stay on at the pub. Max suggests he could go to another pub after, but Connor says he loves his house at number 30 and Erinsborough too much. Max tells him to leave it with him and he'll find a way.
Number 28
Karl is on the phone to Libby, but she is interrupted by Ben and has to cut it short. He hangs up and reaches for the bottle of alcohol infront of him on the coffee table.
