Recap
Darcy asking if he can buy Terri a drink and being knocked back.
Elly asking Liz who here real father is.
No. 28
Liz is astonished that Elly could even ask a question like that and is insistent that Ian is her father despite what he says. She tells Elly that Ian left them on their own and didn't care about them and tries to tell Elly to ignore what he said. They start to reminisce when Elly was 5 and played secretaries with her mum while she was a real secretary working from home and asks where Ian was then and when Elly doesn't reply she uses that to prove that Ian abandoned them before promising her that she won't let Ian destroy them.
Lou's Place
Darcy enters the pub just as Terri finishes her phonecall and offers to buy her a drink but she turns him down because she is working undercover. She also turns down further dates with him and tells him off when he tries to kiss her because she is working despite him not exactly believing her.
Garage
Stu sings very badly as a customer arrives to get some parts from him but he is on Drew's 'do not give him any goods at all without paying first' list. The customer turns on the sob story charm and Stu relents and gives him the part. Just as customer leaves, Drew arrives and isn't at all happy to find out what Stu did.
No. 28
Karl tries to cheer Elly up with a lame joke but it doesn't work so he gets straight to the point and asks her about Liz but she isn't in the mood to talk, so says that she can talk to him when she is ready. After a few seconds, Elly decides to ask him things about Ian but he is a bit vague due to passing time and suggests she asks her mum instead and to persist even if Liz doesn't want to talk about it reminding her that she has a right to know about her past.
The Coffee Shop
Drew hands over Ben and his necessary supplies to Dee as she is babysitting before having a go at Stu for giving out goods to those on the banned list. They leave and Darcy comes in and spots Terri at the counter and goes towards her. He notices that she has a bag of clothes and wants a private viewing of them and isn't impressed yet again to get a knock back.
Dee has been watching from her vantage point and smirks at him.
No. 28
Liz comes off the phone from Lars and Karl ask if he looking forward to having a family and she thinks he is speaking about bubs but in fact he was referring to Elly. She then starts going on about what a great job Karl and Susan are doing of raising her daughter and how she'd be better off with them but Karl doesn't take the bait and firmly says that Elly is going back to Sweden with her. Liz tries pleading just as Elly comes home form shopping and shows her mum what she has bought - a mini typewriter for her new secretary ie the baby.
The Coffee Shop
Dee gets ready to head out with Ben but gives up when Darcy hints that he needs someone to talk to. When she sits down though he clams up but eventually opens up to ask Dee for help because he thinks Terri is seeing someone else because of the call he caught the tail end of in the pub and the fact she's been evasive to him. Dee is a bit surprised that Darcy is asking her advice and she starts with asking him if he trusts her, he isn't sure, so she asks if it then is himself he doesn't trust.
Lassiter's Complex
Dee has managed to escape and runs into Stu who is heading back to TCS for more food which is weird because he left there not so long ago with food. Anyway, he spots the guy from the garage earlier who he gave the parts to despite being on Drew's list and having a brainwave, takes the pushchair from Dee and pushes it over to where the guy is. The guy notices Ben and mentions that he didn't see Stu as parent material before spotting Dee in the background getting impatient waiting for Stu to return with Ben and mentions it to Stu. Stu lays it on thick that "they" are struggling financially having moved down from the country and the guy coughs up the money that he owes!
Dee comes up and wants to know what that was about but he doesn't tell her what happened and instead asks if she is up for a neighbourhood stroll.
No. 28
While Liz does Elly's hair, she asks her mum about Sweden and what to take with her. Liz interrupts the questions to say that the baby kicked but when Elly turns round to feel for it the baby has miraculously stopped.
Outside
Much to Dee's annoyance and her sore feet, Stu pushes onwards with Ben...
Lou's Place
Terri finishes chatting with a former colleague just as Darcy comes in again he isn't happy to see her socialising without him. Finally she tells him that she's had enough and threatens him with an injunction for stalking her just as her phone rings. Yes, you've guessed it, he isn't impressed when she breaks off their chat to answer her phone and what sounds like her arranging a date.
Outside
Ah we find out the reason for Stu's sudden walk while Dee continues to moan - he's using Ben as a tool to get the money out of hard to pay payers. Dee isn't at all impressed as she thought they were going for a nice stroll.
No. 28
Karl arrives home after doing some housecalls and tells Liz they need to talk about Elly. Liz gets the excuses in early and Karl asks if Lars has issues over Elly before asking the $64,000 question - does Lars know about Elly? Karl is shocked to find out that Lars doesn't know about Elly and the fact that he is also married! Liz lets him in on her plan - she hopes that Lars misses her enough while she is in Australia to ditch his wife. Karl isn't impressed one little bit at this plan and forcibly tells her that she needs to talk to Elly about what is happening.
Outside
Stu has given Dee some flowers as they head towards Grease Monkey's with Dee still moaning. They run into the guy who paid up earlier and the he asks them how long they have been married! Dee is bemused by this but Stu is on the ball and does the talking before Dee discovers the real reason why they've been going around the not so scenic and relaxing places of Erinsborough and luckily keeps up the charade until the guy leaves. When he does, she throws the flowers Stu gave her and tells him she wants a divorce!
The Coffee Shop
Drew wants to know why Stu hasn't been at the garage all afternoon but Stu hands over the money and fills Drew in on what he was up to while Dee decides to take Ben home.
At a table Elly asks if she can be a bridesmaid in her wedding to Lars before asking what he looks like. Liz replies as best as she can before quickly shooting down Elly's next idea - phoning Lars before disappointing Elly by saying *they* aren't going to be going to Sweden in a hurry before suggesting that she goes back first then Elly can follow. Elly doesn't look happy not to be going with her mum.
Nightclub
Darcy arrives at the club and spots Drew at the bar and they a beer while talking about Terri working, when they spot her in the distance. Darcy watches her as she laughs and jokes with a guy before the guy spots him looking at them. When the guy moves away and leaves the club she passes Darcy and has a go at him for the fact they lost the guy who she was investigating.
No. 28
Karl asks Elly if she fancies going to Lanzini's for supper and she agrees before telling him what she was talking about with her mum in TCS - and asks if she can stay on in Erinsborough. Karl apologises on Liz's behalf and despite saying she is okay with it, her body language would suggest otherwise, so much so that Karl pulls her into a hug and tells her he is glad that she is staying she has a wonderful future ahead of her.
