Steph and Woody return home from the police and wonder what happened. They tell Joe and Flick about Woody being threatened and that they've reported it to the police and they now have their own policeman guarding the house. They notice Lyn running home and she comes in panicking at not finding Michelle and that there is someone sitting in a car watching the house. Joe tells her it is a policeman. Woody tells them it will all be over once he's been to court but Lyn is still panicking about Michelle. Steph tries to tell her that it is Woody that they want, not Michelle, but Lyn isn't thinking straight and Joe shouts at her to calm down but she insists on going outside and telling the policeman that Michelle isn't home. Woody apologises and says he will move out but Joe tells him to stay where people know him.

Maggie comes in and the boys point out the car to her and notice him speaking into a radio, so it confirms their suspicion that it is the police. The boys want Matt to go outside and play football with them but he says no. It's now Maggie and Evan's turn to look out the window and see what is going on.
Steph and Woody are clearing up. Lyn goes into the kitchen to speak to Joe once he's come off the phone. She wonders if Woody should still be staying with them but Joe points out that if Woody goes so does the police protection. Just then Michelle and Jack arrive home. Michelle wonders what is wrong so Joe tells them about the police watching the house. Michelle tells them about being followed by the car so Lyn goes to inform the police but in the meantime she wants everyone to stay home. Flick protests and Joe tells her to leave it.

No. 26 next day
Woody is up early making some tea as he can't sleep. Lyn comes in and Woody wonders if she is upset at him for what has happened and does she wish he never got involved with Steph. She tells him she has a soft spot for him, despite what he has done, and if he and Steph want to give it a go when everything settles down then he has her blessing. Woody thanks her.
They still can't find the comfort blanket when they boys come in wanting to go to the cinema but Evan tells them maybe later. Genevieve comes round for Matt, and is not impressed with the house, and the mess Evan and Maggie are in. They tell her about Emily's blanket disappearing and she comments that she shouldn't need one now at her age. Matt appears and Genevieve comments on his crushed shirt and Evan says it is a fashion statement. They leave and Evan says tells Maggie his ex is a cow before resuming the search for the blanket.
Everyone is fed up being “locked up”. Flick begs to go over to Tad's and Lyn reluctantly agrees as long as she doesn't wonder off. Michelle asks Woody if their “lock up” is like being in prison and how did he cope in prison being locked up all day. He tells her it is but the women are better looking! Jack comes off the phone annoyed at his club for their lack of understanding. Joe and Lyn tell him it is up to him whether he stays in Erinsborough or goes back to the UK to play football.
