Recap
Drew telling Libby that the fact they won't be able to have children doesn't change anything. Wendy realising that Harold is not Alfie, but won't go to the cops.
The Bishops where Harold is Desperate
Harold begs Wendy to help him out and tell the truth, but she's adamant that she won't - he goes to jail otherwise. Madge is in the other room and overhearing all this - she calls the police quietly. Wendy feels that she can't go to the cops because she helped Alfie in the armed robbery, so she'll be in trouble. Madge then calls Karl.
The Kennedys where Karl thinks there's a Medical Emergency
Karl answers the phone to Madge and says he'll be right over. He tells Susan there's a medical emergency and grabs his bag. Susan looks all wifely and concerned.
Aw!
The Bishops where Harold is Desperate
Wendy looks like she's leaving (she also looks like she should have been in Prisoner Cell Block H at some point in her acting career), and Harold asks her for a last name, or Alfie's last name, but she won't give it.
She leaves, and Madge tells Harold the police are on their way - go after her.
Ramsay Street where things are Too Dirty
Karl and Susan come running out of number 28 across the road.
Wendy gets in her car and drives away, and Karl runs up asking is Madge okay. Harold explains what happened, and they try to get the number plate of Wendy's car, but Susan says it's too dirty.
Lou's Pub where Dee and Steph have Girltalk
Steph and Lance are playing darts and Lance manages to get the score he needs. He and Steph have some friendly banter, and Lance goes to get more drinks. Dione comes in and asks Steph's opinion on her going out to dinner with an old ex-boyfriend and her current boyfriend. Steph thinks it's strange that Dee would want Joel to meet an ex, but Dee says he's a really old friend she hasn't seen for ages. She wants to prove to Joel that everything's above board.
Steph thinks it's sensible as long as Joel wants to meet him, but Steph says as long as everyone knows where they stand it should be fine.
No 30 where Joel is feeling Neglected
Dee and Lance are chatting about Steph when Joel comes in feeling neglected. He asks after Steph, and suggests that Lance doesn't overdo things with her. Dee suggests a meal with her friend, Max, and Joel suggests they have a meal on their own. But Dee *really* wants Joel to meet Max, and confesses that he's an ex-boyfriend.
Joel thinks he'll pass on this one, thank you very much - but when Dee suggests there's no competition he agrees to go.
The Bishops' where a Policeman isn't very Helpful
A policeman is taking details of what happened from Madge and Harold, the number plate, and any details about Wendy. Madge and Harold explain that Wendy is afraid, and the policeman says they have to hope that she gets back in touch again.
Harold is pleased he knows the truth now, that he definitely wasn't responsible, and is pleased Wendy verified it. But he doesn't think she'll come back, and she won't speak to the police.
Erinsborough Hospital where Libby Lies
Lib and Drew are joking about, Karl and Susan are at her side. Susan asks after her eating, and Libby says that her room has been like Grand Central Station all day. She says that Simon came in, and goes to show them something, but hurts herself when she stretches. Susan and Karl agree to go and get a coffee, leaving Libby and Drew alone.
Lib says that Simon has kept her job there for when she wants it back, and that she's still experiencing some twinges lying here all day. She hates not being able to do anything. Drew tells her he still loves her like crazy.
The Scullys' where Steph is Sad
Steph is having coffee and biscuits with a biker mate of hers, Stanno. They talk about bikes and their mates, and he asks her to go and have a drink with the gang, but she's not really in the mood, and she'll have an early night. Stanno leaves, and Steph watches him from the window, sadly.
The Kennedys'
Karl puts the phone down and tells Susan that his lawyers want to offer Maurie more money in the case - it'll cost more to go to court. Susan can't believe it, and doesn't want to give in and give Maurie any money at all. They are both angry about it.
Drew comes in and says he's on his way to the hospital, but Susan says she'll pop in herself later, anyway. Susan offers him coffee, but he doesn't want any. As he's leaving, Susan asks how he's coping. He says he's coping, and that they'll get through anything - even the baby thing. They're taking each day as it comes. Susan's pleased, but is concerned that they need to talk about their feelings about the whole not having kids issue. Drew leaves. Karl reminds Susan that different people have different ways of coping, but Susan says Drew isn't coping - "he's ignoring it. They both are."
The Scullys' where Steph just wants to be Alone
Lance wants to take Steph rollerblading and then to an aquarium and then to the pub to play darts. Steph isn't interested - she just wants to spend some time alone. She tries to tell Lance that she really appreciates it, but she really wants to be alone. Lance is upset about it.
The Bishops' where Wendy is trying Blackmail
Harold is on the phone to Wendy (the camera cuts between the Bishop House and Wendy at a Roadside phone). She agrees to help Harold if he can help her. She needs her airfare home - $5000 in cash - and she'll go to the cops and tell them the truth.
Madge takes the phone from Harold and tells Wendy that blackmail is illegal. Madge says she won't pay and that if Wendy goes to the cops she might be able to strike a deal.
No 30 where Lance thinks Joel has no Pride
Joel tells Lance that he's going out for a meal with Dione and one of her ex-boyfriend's - Lance can't really believe it! He says he can't think of anything worse!
Erinsborough Hospital where Libby Lies
Libby can't believe that anyone would think that Harold is a robber! Susan asks how the consultant appointment went. Lib says she feels lucky - Brendan's dead and she's alive. Susan reminds Libby that it's her she's talking to - she doesn't have to put on a brave face. Libby says she's not - she really is fine, there's no point crying about things she can't change.
Susan says she doesn't believe Libby, and Lib begs her to let it go, but bursts into tears. Susan cuddles her. Really sad scene.
No 30 where Joel refuses to Go
Dee comes over but Joel says he's not going for the meal - he doesn't want to have dinner with her ex. He thinks Dee's trying to prove something...does she still like this guy or what?
I personally they should have ended this ep on the Libby scene, but hey - it's not up to me. So we cut to:
