Paul starts to look over the books with Harold.
Robinsons
Des comes to see Jim and Helen about Daphne. He admits that he settled with Mrs Mangel out of court. Jim says he should have waited, he would have won in court. Des asks Helen if she can go round and try to get Daphne to calm down a bit.
Ramsay Street
Mrs Mangel sees Lucy riding on Scott's skateboard. Daphne goes up to Lucy and compliments her on her bridesmaid outfit. Mrs Mangel comes over and tells Lucy that she's a danger to the community for riding her skateboard.
DAPHNE: Why don't you mind your own business, you old witch!
Daphne says she wishes she could strap Mrs Mangel to the skateboard and send her flying through rush-hour traffic!
Paul and Gail's
Gail can't find Rob, but his clothes and things are still there. Paul tells her that Harold is correct though, Rob has embezzled about $15,000. Gail can't believe it.
Ramsay Street
Mrs Mangel sees Des and tells him that she's very worried about Daphne - she abused her in public! Des glowers at her.
Clarkes
Daphne and Helen are having a chat. Daphne tells Helen about Des giving the money to Mrs Mangel. As far as she's concerned, it's war, but Helen says that won't do the baby any good. Helen suggests that Daphne just counts to ten before speaking. Daphne says she'd have to count to a thousand(!) but she'll give it a try.
Paul and Gail's
Paul, Gail and Harold are discussing the situation with Rob. Gail is saying that he must have taken the money for a good reason and they should give Rob a chance to explain himself.
At that moment, Hilary comes to the door. She thanks them for their hospitality and says she'll try to stay longer next time(!) She asks Paul where her statue is and Paul says they've put it in the bedroom so they can see it every morning when they wake up(!!)
When Hilary has gone, Gail asks Harold not to do anything for 24 hours to give them some breathing time. Harold reluctantly agrees, but after that time, he'll have to go to the police.
Mangels
Mrs Mangel is talking to herself and saying that she wishes Len was there to help her. She starts telling Len all about Mr Bishop and the church dance.
Harold comes up at that point and Mrs Mangel explains that Len's ashes have been scattered under the rosebush, so she goes there to talk to him.
Garden of the Robinsons
Hilary comes up to say goodbye to Jim. She says before she goes, she wants to tell him something that Julie told her. She says that Julie is sorry for breaking up Jim's romance with Anna. Hilary starts talking very insensitively about Jim's old age(!) and says that she's got the perfect woman for Jim. Jim gets angry and walks off.
Clarkes
Daphne is more relaxed now and Des is pleased. Des tells Daphne that he's planning to watch sport on TV, so Daphne goes off to take Bouncer for a walk.
Side of the Robinson House
Hilary is telling Jim about Beverly Marshall and how perfect she'd be for Jim. Jim is very cross and doesn't want to meet Beverly. Hilary complains that she's under appreciated. Helen comes out and Hilary tells her about the plan to get Jim a wife. Hilary thinks that Helen is standing in his way(!)
Outside the Coffee Shop
Daphne is sitting with Bouncer when he hears a cat mew. He runs off and Daphne follows him.
Robinsons

The phone rings and it's a friend of Hilary's. She wants to talk to Hilary, but Helen explains that Hilary has left, but invites her over anyway. Jim asks Helen guardedly if her name is Beverly Marshall. Helen looks surprised and tells him that it is.
Ramsay Street
