- Amy getting why she has been fired.
- Amy planning on staying for the lip- synch event then leaving.
- Kirsha wanting to reunite her parents.
- Dipi planning on selling the necklace.
- Kane warning Hendrix that his interest rates are very steep.
- Jay trying to get Hendrix to come clean to his parents.
- Hendrix adamant he wants to prove he can stand on his own two feet.
- A bullet being left for Hendrix.
Hendrix shows Jay what Kane has sent him - the bullet. Neither are sure whether something will happen, but Hendrix doesn't want to wait and find out! He is desperate for the money but has nothing left to sell, however Jay thinks he might have an idea.
Mackenzie and Harlow are ready for a day at the beach and invite Kirsha but the lass wants to stay home to spend time with her mum before she gets her flight. To get in some beach time, Dipi suggests everyone heads to Sydney (and to check on the family there too) before the school holidays are over.
When Kirsha heads off to make sure she's packed, Dipi checks that Shane would be happy with the trip. Shane is happy with her suggestion but can't commit yet to a date as he's helping organise the lip-synch event. Dipi volunteers her services, which he is happy to accept.
Amy is packing up her stuff when Terese and Chloe drop by - they've consulted the lawyers and got an agreement sorted regarding the plagiarism of the uniforms. Chloe hands over the paperwork so Amy can sign and when she is doing that, Terese spots the utility belt lying on a surface and enquires about it. Amy replies it's the utility belt but adds that its not worth finishing it now.
Jay is in the middle of telling Hendrix his plan when the girls drop by to get the boys so they can head to the beach. The boys come up with every excuse under the sun to excuse themselves. "I'm going to cop it from Harlow," Hendrix acknowledges after the girls head off, but Jay ask what is more important - his "girlfriend getting all huffy or heading off a death threat?!"
Dipi and Shane are brainstorming ideas for the lip-synch event. Both seem to be enjoying working with each other without the animosity of late.
The boys jump over the fence into the garden of #26 and retrieve the spare key from underneath one of the gnomes. Much to Hendrix's surprise, he's told to look in Dipi's room alone, as Jay plans on remaining outside as a look-out.
Jay is surprised to see Mackenzie in the house (they decided not to go without the boys to the beach) as he arrives home to say goodbye to Kirsha. With the sibling goodbyes said, Kirsha then asks for Shane not to go with them, she wants to spend some alone time with her mum - girl stuff! Shane buys it and settles for a hug once he's placed her suitcase in the boot.
Hendrix hands over the necklace to Kane, thinking that his debt is now paid off. He is then shocked to hear Kane is only planning on wiping off half his debt as he needs someone to buy the necklace from him, "that takes time and time is money." Kane then informs Hendrix that he is planning on using #24 as a regular gaming venue starting tonight... and expects Hendrix there to play too. He isn't taking no for an answer when Hendrix tries to protest!
Over drinks, both Chloe and Ned try to persuade Amy not to give up her designing after the Lassiters incident, especially as her new ones are really good. Amy isn't sure Terese is interested in her new stuff, but Chloe has an idea - once the new design is finished, they lure Terese somewhere to give her the ultimate presentation "so she cannot say no." Chloe's idea still isn't winning Amy over, so they rope in the newly arrived Shane to wear Amy down into not giving up.
Jay can't believe what Kane has done as the necklace is worth heaps, but Hendrix explains that Kane doesn't care.
HENDRIX: I stole it for practically nothing.
Jay tries to say he's at least bought himself some time so he won't be killed... well just not yet! Hendrix adds in that Kane is going to be holding more games at #24 and that he is being forced to play too. The only advice Jay can give is for Hendrix to bet small.
JAY: And who knows, maybe luck will be on your side and you'll get yourself out of this.
HENDRIX: I'm never getting out of this because Kane is never going to let me.
As they drive to the airport, Kirsha asks her mum, based on what she saw when she was home, if Dipi is falling back in love with Shane? Dipi admits, spending time together as a family for Christmas has made her feel more warmly towards Shane and she thinks he's open to the idea of reuniting too. "Excellent," Kirsha says but Dipi warns that it's not going to happen overnight - a lot of pain and hurt has occurred, but she is open to the idea of it happening.
KIRSHA: My work here is done.
While they wait for Chloe to arrive home (to have drinks with her), Harlow questions why Hendrix now had time for this but couldn't find the time to go to the beach. "We live two minutes away from here, the beach takes effort," is his explanation just as Chloe arrives home.
Chloe tells Hendrix of her decision to let out #24 (just in case either see the real estate agent showing people around) once she meets with said real estate person tonight to agree a rental price for the house. Hendrix is suddenly all ears asking when the agent will be around and Chloe thinks in a couple of hours, thus allowing them still time to catch up.
Jay decides to apologise to Mackenzie for missing out on the beach trip earlier. She is cool with his apology, but then wonders if it was because he would be embarrassed to be in his bathers. He quickly dismisses that suggestion; it's simply they weren't in the mood to go to the beach and instead proposes they go tomorrow instead. Mackenzie is about to message everyone, but he wants it so it's just the pair of them who go, citing that "it's easier" with less folk to coordinate.

Terese is surprised to see Amy and Shane instead of the customer she was expecting when she arrives in one of the hotel rooms. The pair dazzle her with the new uniform including the utility belt she was admiring in The Hive earlier.
Even though he'd messaged Kane previously telling him not to come to #24, he is there waiting when Hendrix lets himself into the house. Kane thought Hendrix was lying and orders him to stop the real estate agent from coming, but seconds later they hear Chloe's voice outside the front door (talking to the agent on the phone).
KANE: You're going to pay for this!
Kane quickly retreats out the back door as Chloe enters, surprised to see Hendrix there. She thinks he is there to reminisce and tries to reassure him that he will be okay.
Dipi drives back to Ramsay Street, thinking back, with the aid of flashbacks, to happier times with Shane.

Terese returns after speaking with Paul to inform Amy that she's been given the contract to supply the new Lassiters uniforms (the utility belt swung it). Cue one happy Amy and Terese tells her about returning in the morning with the new paperwork.
With Terese gone, both Amy and Shane can fully react now to the news. Amy is very grateful to Shane for pushing her, even though he doesn't think so. "Come here," she says to him and grabbing him by the lapels on his suit jacket, pulls him in for a kiss! Thankfully both come to their senses before anything happens... but after some longing looks in eyes, the pair lean in and start pashing.
