Toadie tells Xanthe and Gary that they should have the insurance cash by the end of next week. Xanthe isn't sure she even wants to take the money. They reassure her that the money is to help her to live up to her potential in life.

Waterhole
Mark is still disapproving of Chloe over "Cash for Company". Mark threatens to call their mother to tell her. Elly is there and tries to keep out of it.

Penthouse
Paul is setting up for the pre-wedding party tonight. He's pleased to hear that Amy is going on a second date with Rob.

No.24
Elly tells Mark that he's interfering in Chloe's life too much - she has to make her own decisions. Mark is not happy, but she says that Mark can't treat Chloe as a fifteen year old kid. He is not pleased and heads off back to work.

Garage
Paul moans at Mark for being late back from lunch. He drops his car off and leaves.

Toadie comes by with Hugo to invite Mark to Hugo's naming day ceremony. However, Mark has got a clash with Aaron and David's pre-wedding party. They chat, and Mark mentions that Caitlin's first anniversary is coming up soon.

Harold's café
Yashvi is staggered that Xanthe has been allocated so much money and starts dreaming about what she'd do with that kind of money (mainly football-related!) Xanthe is stil uncomfortable about the money and wonders if she should donate it to charity instead.

Amy comes in and tells Yashvi to get back to work(!) Yashvi tells Xanthe that Mishti got a payout from the police and she struggled too. Perhaps Xanthe could talk to her?

Handywoman
Amy is teaching Yashvi how to use a saw when Rob comes along. Yashvi suggests that Amy could take Rob on a tour of Robinson Heights and then bustles them off(!)

Harold's café
Mishti and Xanthe are talking. Mishti says the compensation is not a lottery win - it's for her pain and suffering. Eventually she helped Shane to buy Harold's Store for Dipi and invest in The Shed. Xanthe's says she'll have to wait a year to do medicine now because she failed the UMAT test. Mishti tells her that money can open doors.

Robinson Heights
Amy is showing Rob around the building site. He gives her lots of compliments and asks her to show him everything.

Mark has calmed down now and tells Elly that she is right about him going overboard with Chloe. He does feel "stuck" at the moment and Elly points out that Mark has had a really hard year. He's not sure what he's doing with his life anymore.

Mark apologises to Chloe and tells her that he trust *her* even if he doesn't trust the guys she meets up with. Chloe says she's spent the afternoon making a proper website laying out her terms. Mark says he'll still worry, but he wants them to have a good relationship.

Xanthe comes to see Elly and Karl. She tells them about the compensation money and asks if she could use the money to get into a private medical university. They look it up and Xanthe will still need 85% on her ATAR (instead of 95%). The course, however, will cost $308,000 and must be paid upfront. Xanthe looks downcast.

Xanthe tells Gary about the private medical school - she's almost $100,000 short.

GARY: I'll make up the difference.
XANTHE: What? Dad, you don't have that kind of money.
GARY: Well, I'll sort it. If you get the marks, I'll get the money.
XANTHE: Are you serious?

She hugs him.

XANTHE: I love you, Dad!

Robinson Heights
Amy is showing Rob how to use a plane. There is a lot of flirting between them and they start to kiss passionately.

Waterhole
Xanthe tells Elly and Mark that she's going to medical school. Elly is confused and Gary explains that he's going to get the rest of the money together. Mark gets them some champagne to celebrate.

Robinson Heights
Amy and Rob are stripping each other's clothes off(!)

Handywoman
Paul comes looking for Amy (Yashvi is still sawing). He has some clients to show around and Yashvi tells him where Amy is.
