Jimmy has a hole in his sweatshirt which Sheila offers to mend. Jimmy rudely says he doesn't want her to, and Amy tells him off. Sheila offers to take him to school, but he goes with Amy. Kyle asks if Jimmy is blackmailing her, as she's being defensive. She admits that she said something to him about Liam.

Harold's
Tyler asks Susan about Ben. She says he's worried about the court case. Tyler says that Ben should get community service since it's his first offence. She's concerned that he could go to juvie. Piper comes to ask about Ben, and she thanks Susan for inviting her back to school.

Daniel thanks Imogen for her support, and she asks if he means thanks for not talking to Nate.

DANIEL: The pool and rec area wasn't a deciding factor for him.
IMOGEN: It was a factor.
DANIEL: He was ready to sign. I had to keep him in that head-space. I didn't want to throw in any other obstacles.
IMOGEN: What, like the truth?

Daniel scowls, then says he has three more clients. Imogen asks if he lied to them too.

Tyler is minding his own business when Piper comes to sit by him. He points out that he's hardly ever spoken to her before.

PIPER: If Ben talks to you about me as much as he talks to me about you then we're practically besties.

Piper says that since he lives with Susan, he must be able to read her body language.

TYLER: She's hardly a ninja.

Wrong, Tyler. Piper says she doesn't think that Susan wants her at school. Tyler says it's not surprising given that she dared Ben to start the fire. She says the kids are going to hate her.

TYLER: You never know. They might think you're a rebel.

Dial a Kyle
Jimmy is throwing stones at the fence. Kyle arrives and Jimmy tells him that he would get in trouble for telling lies about people. Kyle suggests taking him to school, but Jimmy refuses. Kyle then says they could talk to Amy, but he doesn't want to. He throws a stone at Kyle.

JIMMY: Leave me alone.

Harold's
Paul asks Daniel how the sales are going. Daniel says he's sold three houses, but it's harder without the pool. Paul wants more, but Daniel says he's doing his best.

PAUL: I've worked hard all my life, and do you know what I've got? A big fat tax bill from our money-grabbing government.

Daniel tries to be upbeat, but Paul says the bank is about to repossess all his assets so he needs a lot more sales to get out of the situation.

Waterhole
Imogen asks Nate how he's feeling about home-ownership, and he's very enthusiastic about using the pool every morning. Imogen advises him to read the contract carefully to make sure the pool and rec area are included.

NATE: Why wouldn't they be?
IMOGEN: Sometimes during construction plans can get changed.
NATE: The pool was kind of a big draw card for me.
IMOGEN: Well in that case you might want to take a close look at the fine print.

School
Pepper arrives at school, and Ashtyn calls her Pyro. A girl asks Susan if she's letting an arsonist into the school. Susan assures her that Piper won't be starting another fire.

No 26
Sheila tells Amy that people sometimes do the wrong things for the right reasons. Kyle and Jimmy arrive home. Kyle's cheek is bleeding. Kyle says it was an accident, and Jimmy admits he was throwing stones. Sheila tells Amy that she told Jimmy about Liam, because Kyle always wanted to know about his father and nobody would tell him. Jimmy asks Amy if it's true that Liam stole from their friends.

Amy says that Liam meant to put the money back, but he didn't think things through. Jimmy asks if Liam had ever been to jail. Amy says no, but he hangs out with the wrong people.

AMY: Look, he's made mistakes, but he loves you. I know he does.

Jimmy asks if he'll come back. Amy says he's run out of chances with her, but he'll always be Jimmy's dad. Jimmy asks about Kyle. Amy says she wants to keep hanging out with him but she wants to know Jimmy's OK with it.

School
Susan is taking Piper's class, and asks the students to split up into groups so they can discuss any questions/concerns they have about year 12 - including stress.

ALISON: I'm pretty stressed that we have an arsonist in our...
SUSAN: That's enough Alison.

Ashtyn's group invite Piper to join them, only to say she can give them tips on burning the school down. Susan then tells her to join another group.

No 24
Daniel has missed calls from Imogen and Nate. Nate turns up and Daniel says he's flat out.

NATE: More buyers?
DANIEL: I hope so.
NATE: More suckers, you mean.

He asks what happened to the pool and rec area. Daniel asks how he found out, and Nate says it was in the contract. He says he's using his 3 day cooling off period, and he's out. He's also contacted his mates.

Waterhole
Daniel tells Imogen to stop working on the contract as Nate has pulled out. He's annoyed that she said anything to Nate.

DANIEL: Now he thinks I was hiding it.
IMOGEN: You were.
DANIEL: I was going to tell him.

Imogen accuses him of misleading Nate, saying he had made a verbal agreement about the pool.

DANIEL: It's not my job to spell out the terms of the contract. It's my job to earn money for Paul.

He tells her that one of Nate's friends has accused Freestyle of being dodgy, and asks if she has any idea how hard that will be for Paul.

DANIEL: If Freestyle goes down, it will hurt me too.
IMOGEN: Only because you have aligned yourself with him.

He says he's not just doing it out of guilt for leaking the hard drive. He's doing it because he actually feels like he's good at selling.

IMOGEN: If this is who you are, I'm not sure that I like it.

Amy, Sheila and Kyle are sitting on the couch, and Jimmy comes through.

He apologises to Kyle, and says he's fine with Amy and Kyle being together. There are conditions though. No kissing around him; Kyle can't boss him around, and has to hang out with him. Kyle agrees. He tries for a raise in his pocket money but fails. Sheila takes Jimmy to school. Kyle and Amy are thrilled it's official.

AMY: Do you want to take one last spin cycle for old times' sake?

Tut tut.

No 22
Piper is reading the comments on her vlog. They are very uncomplimentary and should be edited for SPAG. Imogen comes in and wants to know why Piper isn't at school. The two sisters shout at each other a bit and Piper strops out.

Waterhole
Daniel and Paul are reading the so-called defamatory article about Freestyle. Daniel wants to call Tim, but Paul says it's too late. He says that Daniel has probably lost all three sales. Daniel insists they shouldn't give up, but Paul says the bank, investors and the tax office are all after him and he has to liquidise his assets.

Harold's (outside)
Piper bumps into Tyler and tells him how it went at school. He asks if she's going to drop out. She says her family won't let her. He tells her she has to own her mistake, then people will leave her alone and move on.

No 26
Amy and Kyle are kissing and cuddling in the kitchen. Paul arrives, and Sheila asks if he's coming to see the "happy couple". Amy tells him that Jimmy has given them his blessing. Paul says that what he has to say affects all of them.

PAUL: I need to sell the house.

He adds that he will sell it subject to the terms of the current lease. (Sheila comments they only signed it last month.) He's also selling the Willis house. Kyle suggests that Sheila buy it. He and Amy say that she would have their rent and she could let the other room. Paul says she's got a week to decide.

(morning) Sheila is advertising the room on Airbnb.

School
Piper is greeted by a group of pupils taunting her about her arsonist past. Alison holds out a cigarette lighter to her. Piper grabs it and lights it. She threatens several of the pupils with it.

PIPER: Do you want me to burn something? Maybe your hair... or your school uniform. Who knows what I'm capable of.
SUSAN: Piper! What are you doing?
PIPER: Playing with fire.
