In the garden, Imogen is telling Amber and Paige about how Nick called her whole family failures. Paige remarks that Nick clearly needs help. While Amber goes to fetch them drinks, Imogen admits that she has plans tonight to take things to the next level with Tyler. Paige questions whether it's the right time, but Imogen says she feels ready to 'go there'.

PAIGE: As long as you're not 'going there' to get away from something else?

Imogen says she's only taking Paige's previous advice, about living her life because Mr Perfect doesn't exist.

Indoors, Amber and Lauren are talking about Nick's arrest. Lauren's making a lasagne for the Willises, pointing out that they've offered her a lot of support and now she wants to do the same. Amber says her baby will be lucky to have a gran like Lauren.

Bailey comes in , all petulant and brooding. He's going out, but won't tell Lauren where. She wants to speak to him about seeing a counsellor, and meeting Toadie in preparation for his court hearing, but Bailey 's not in the mood for discussing it - and is cagey when Lauren goes to take his bag off.

LAUREN: Have you been drinking?
BAILEY: No.

He walks out swiftly, ignoring Lauren's pleas for him to stay.

Fitzgerald Motors
Tyler is singing and dancing along to 'Riptide' by Vance Joy which is playing on the radio. Joey Dimato comes over to talk to him.

JOEY: You ever think of auditioning for a boyband?

He says Michelle has asked him to drop off a stolen car for Tyler to work on later this evening. Tyler says just to leave the keys under the passenger seat if he's not here. Tyler also asks Joey to tell Michelle to 'ease up on the jobs', but Joey retorts that Tyler should tell her, before leaving.

Nate turns up, and Tyler makes an excuse about why he was talking to Joey. Nate suggests they go for a beer tonight, but Tyler explains he has plans with Imogen. Nate reminds Tyler about Nick being arrested, but Tyler is unfazed and says that Imogen would let him know if she didn't want to take things further with him.

NATE: Well, you'd better make your bed, then.

No 26
Kyle shows Georgia a postcard from his mum Sharon, who's still on the cruise. He also shows her an ad in the paper, which is inviting tenders for Paul's beautification project. Kyle is keen to apply.

KYLE: Unless of course Paul's changed his mind now he knows he's not dying!

Karl turns up to grovel to Georgia for having treated her so harshly lately, given the fact that her concerns about Nick have now been vindicated. He says the hospital owes her a huge debt of gratitude, and that he's meeting with the board later to discuss her position there. He says Nick's confession will count in her favour, and that he'll do everything in his power to get her job back. Georgia thanks him, albeit a little bitterly, and Karl leaves them to it.

Ramsay Street
Imogen is coming down the drive of No 32 when she bumps into Tyler, and sees he's been out shopping for some new bedsheets! He insists the timing is coincidental, and tells Imogen that if she's changed her mind about wanting to take their relationship further, given what's been going on with her uncle, he'll understand.

IMOGEN: I haven't changed my mind. Have you?
TYLER: No. No way!

They agree for Imogen to come over to Tyler's place at 7pm, and Tyler all but skips home.

Erinsborough Hospital
Georgia has turned up to find out the results of the board meeting. Karl comes out of the meeting and tells her it's good news; the board has exonerated her over the social media posts which Nick created on her account, and are happy to reinstate her. However, they're not prepared to offer an official apology, or compensation for lost pay during her suspension.

GEORGIA: That's so wrong, Karl. Nick Petrides put me through hell. The hospital board needs to acknowledge that officially; otherwise it's like nothing ever happened!
KARL: Sure, I'm on your side - but what can we do? They've made their decision.

No 32
At a loss about how to help Bailey, Lauren has summoned Sonya to the house to help resolve the situation. Sonya's proposed strategy is to spring an informal family meeting on Bailey when he gets home. Amber wants to play it gently with Bailey and help him figure out his own answers, but Paige is talking tough and thinks he needs to see that there are consequences to his actions.

AMBER: Can't we just tell him that we love him? And that we're behind him, and that we're all in pain as well?

Paige doesn't look convinced, but grudgingly agrees to go with the softly-softly approach.

No 22
Paige calls round to see Imogen, just as she's about to leave for Tyler's place. Paige thinks they should talk about the Tyler situation a bit more, as she's worried Imogen is going into it for the wrong reasons.

IMOGEN: You're not jealous, are you?
PAIGE: I care about you. Not Tyler. Don't let grief make you do crazy things - that's all I'm saying.

But Imogen's mind is made up, and she hurries Paige out of the door along with her.

Tyler shows Imogen into his bedroom, which he's darkened and adorned with scented candles.

TYLER: I've got Mr Romance written all over me.
IMOGEN: Is that how you get all the ladies?
TYLER: Actually, I'm only into one girl.
IMOGEN: Oh. Well I bet she's pretty awesome, right?
TYLER: Yeah, she is.

They kiss at length and sit down on the bed.

Lauren, Amber, Paige and Sonya are sitting around the table, waiting for Bailey to show up for his intervention. Bailey comes in, and doesn't look pleased to see the interview panel, preparing to make a swift exit for his room. His sisters manage to convince him to stay, but he's in a very tetchy mood.

Amber begins, telling Bailey she loves him but that she hates seeing him self-destructing and turning to drink. Bailey insists he's not an alcoholic, and says he just wants to be left alone.

BAILEY: This is a waste of time, okay? I am fine.
PAIGE: No, you're not fine, okay? You're stupid, and you're selfish, and you're scared - and that's what's going on, and you need to deal with it.
BAILEY: You didn't even like Dad, okay, so stop feigning grief to get closer to Mum!
AMBER: Bailey!
BAILEY: No, and let's talk about you, Amber, okay? Because all you care about is yourself and your problems.
LAUREN: Bailey, that's enough!
SONYA: Let's just everybody calm down.
BAILEY: Sonya, what are you even doing here? What are you doing here? You're not family.
LAUREN: She's here because she came to help, like she did last time.
BAILEY: Yeah? Well this is nothing like last time, okay? The woman can barely keep control of her own life.
LAUREN: Bailey, that's enough! Stop right now.
BAILEY: And it's not like you're grieving either, Mum, okay. You spend every spare moment with Brad Willis. It's like you've already moved on!
LAUREN: That is not true.
BAILEY: Yes it is! None of you remember Dad. None of this - none of this matters. Nothing matters!

Bailey storms out of the room, leaving everyone looking upset.

Tyler and Imogen are now lying on the bed, in full-on pashing mode. Imogen sits up.

IMOGEN: I can't do this.
TYLER: Okay, so we'll slow it down...
IMOGEN: No, I might go.
TYLER: What, you're leaving? Again?
IMOGEN: I think I should.

Tyler's confused, and asks if it's to do with what's going on with her family. Imogen says it's not.

IMOGEN: It's Daniel. I'm still in love with him.
TYLER: But you told me you were over him.
IMOGEN: And I genuinely thought I was. But now I'm realising I was just trying to convince myself.

Imogen admits there is something between her and Tyler, but that it just feels wrong being with him, even though she knows she'll never be with Daniel.

IMOGEN: Tyler, you've been the perfect gentleman - and I really appreciate it. Thank you.

She leaves. Tyler sighs and blows out the candles.

Imogen comes in to talk to Paige, and admits she couldn't go through with her night with Tyler. She's feeling guilty, saying Tyler deserves better, but Paige says she did the right thing, provided she was clear that it was just about the timing.

PAIGE: Besides, it's not like you're into anyone else.
IMOGEN: Yeah.
PAIGE: Listen - the right guy will come at the right time.
IMOGEN: Exactly! When I'm forty-five. Hashtag 'loser'.
PAIGE: Come on. It'll be more like thirty-five. Hashtag 'cougar'.

Paige insists Imogen will find someone much better suited to her - a 'Mr Way Better Than Right Now' - who's going to be interested in law and politics, and will come along much sooner than she thinks. They head out for a walk, as Paige begins to explain about the difficulties with Bailey.

Once they're gone, Bailey comes into the room and sits down on the sofa. He sees an unopened letter on the table from the Metropolitan Police, addressed to Lauren and marked 'confidential'. He opens it, and begins to read...

The Waterhole
Kyle and Georgia are playing pool, and discussing the situation with the hospital. Kyle is just pleased she has her job back, but Georgia thinks she should still get a public acknowledgement of the way she's been treated.

KYLE: Babe, take the win and move on.
GEORGIA: No. I used to go into work feeling confident and proud of the role I did. And now everything's changed.
KYLE: Babe, I get it. I do.
GEORGIA: Okay, good. Then stop telling me to move on and put it behind me. Because I'm not going to - not until the hospital apologises.

Meanwhile, Tyler turns up and joins Nate at the bar.

NATE: Wasn't expecting to see you here! What happened?
TYLER: Nothing. Which means I'm free. Feel like a big night?
NATE: Tyler out on the prowl? Wouldn't miss it. And probably you also need someone to look out for you tonight.
TYLER: Great! You can be my wingman.
NATE: Ha. YOUR wingman?

Kyle and Georgia come over, and Tyler suggests they go out partying with them. Kyle says they're having an early one, but Georgia says they should go out - since Nick would love to think she was holed up in the house feeling sorry for herself. They all prepare to leave.

No 22
A musical montage begins, as Imogen writes a letter in her journal to 'Mr Way Better Than Daniel'.

IMOGEN: One day I'll meet you, and I'll know you're the one. We won't have to keep our love a secret; your heart won't be with someone else. We'll be in love, and completely at ease with each other. And I'll love you with all my heart.

Imogen bursts into tears as she writes.

Site of Matt's accident
The montage continues as, the following dawn, Bailey walks sadly down the middle of the road where his dad was hit by the car. He stands there and stares at the road at his feet, oblivious to the traffic passing in the opposite direction. He then spots a solitary flower, the last remains of Matt's roadside shrine. He kneels down and picks it up, staring at it sadly, before laying it down again and continuing his walk down the road.

A worried Lauren is leaving Bailey a voicemail, concerned for his whereabouts and wellbeing.

LAUREN: Bailey, just call me or send me a text. Let me know you're okay. I love you.

Paige comes in, and Lauren explains that Bailey never came home last night - she's tried Jayden and Bailey's 'other mates', but no-one's seen or heard from him. Paige goes to wake Amber so they can go and find him.

Power Street - outside Fitzgerald Motors
Bailey walks past the garage, and spies a car that's been left outside. He finds the door unlocked, and the keys hidden under the passenger seat (as Tyler instructed Joey to do). Bailey smiles, and switches to the driver's seat, before starting the engine and driving away...
