Lou and Karl go to check up on Harold, who is looking around for Madge. He insists that he's fine.
LOU: You are not fine. You nearly took out half of Erinsborough.
Lock-ups
Joey accuses Matt of being a slacker as he prepares to leave. Matt answers a call as "Senior Constable Turner", and he tells Joey what's happened, Joey mockingly says he'll need his police uniform.
Lassiter's Park
Kyle tells Matt what happened, and says he's surprised the area wasn't closed to traffic.
MATT: Yeah, well, it was supposed to be.
They hear a rumbling, and they see that there's a pipe leaking into the lake.
The Waterhole
Nick is examining Sheila, who seems quite taken with him. Georgia comes in to see how she is, and Nick tells her that Sheila had some minor heart palpitations. Whether that was before or after his examination, he doesn't say. Georgia says she has to get back out to the first aid tent, but Nick suggests they work together in the bar. She agrees, leaving to organise it.
Paul is trying to contact Naomi, and Terese points out she's probably busy and asks if he needs anything.
PAUL: What I need is my incompetent festival organiser... in a shallow grave.

Lassiter's Park
...Kyle, who informs her that the water situation is very serious. Josh offers to help.
Meanwhile, Matt is asking Susan about Harold's driving. She says that he's been a bit distracted the last few days. Paul storms over, ranting about lack of traffic barricades. Matt tries to placate him by saying there will be an enquiry, but that is not much consolation for Paul.
PAUL: Save your breath. Just keep it for the lawyers.
Hospital
Karl tells Lou and Toadie that they have ruled out stroke and heart attack and they will do more tests. Toadie says he should have seen it coming as Harold had been acting strangely since he arrived.
In the treatment room, Madge appears and asks Harold how he's feeling.
Waterhole
Georgia and Nick have worked through all the patients, so Georgia is about to leave to change for the ballet. She thanks Nick again for the tickets. He asks how Kyle feels - she says he'd rather watch footy. She overhears Kyle telling Terese that there's a lot of work still to do with the burst water mains. He asks Georgia to bring him a change of clothes. Nick smirks.
Hospital
Harold and Madge are talking.
HAROLD: But does that mean I'm ...
MADGE: Dead? Hardly. Mind you, you gave it a red-hot go, driving into that stall the way you did.
HAROLD: Well, if that's the case, either I'm crazy, or you're a ghost.
MADGE: I am here, because I thought you needed me.
Karl comes in to do some tests. Harold looks over at Madge, and they giggle, much to Karl's consternation.
The Waterhole
Joey is sitting at a table. A couple at the next table leave their keys and phone behind, and Sheila spots Joey going over to steal them. Matt happens to walk in, and Sheila tells him to arrest Joey. Matt is hesitant, but says he'll deal with it, and the two men leave.
Naomi is handing out baskets of goodies, compliments of the Festival. Paul blames her for the disaster. She says it was a freak accident, and people will understand. She tells him to focus on the good things, like Nina Tucker's performance at the closing ceremony. Paul says that Nina said no. Naomi is horrified and tells him to find some good news - fast.
Hospital
Lou, Susan and Toadie are visiting Harold. They talk briefly and he insists he's fine, while he watches Madge leave the room. He tells them to leave because he' tired.
The Waterhole
Kyle says that he doesn't think he's going to be able to make it, and if not he'll buy tickets for another show. Georgia says she'll give Nick his tickets back.
Lassiter's complex
Paul is talking to the press, saying the he expects to have the festival up and running before too much longer. He introduces Nick and says there should be an important announcement soon. Nick gets a call from Georgia, and he offers to go with her. Georgia checks with Kyle and he says he'll call a limo from the hospital.
PAUL: "Call a limo": very smooth.
NICK: I call that capitalising on an opportunity.
PAUL: I call it you still do not have a chance because Kyle and Georgia - solid as a rock.
NICK: My motto in life: never say never.
The Waterhole
Kyle tells Georgia to have fun.
Lock-ups
Matt tells Joey what he's done is not on.
JOEY: What? What you gonna do? Dob me in?
MATT: ...
JOEY: Didn't think so. You're one of us now, mate. Catch ya.
Matt looks worried as Joey leaves.
Hospital
Nick is in a tux, and Georgia is embarrassed as she feels underdressed. She comments that she hasn't got anything much to change into. Nick promises to take care of it.
Harold's
Sheila asks Matt if he needs a statement about Joey, but Matt says he confessed. He walks off before she can say any more. Naomi comes in, saying that she's dealing with disaster-ville. Sheila disagrees, saying that the festival is on its way to becoming legendary. Naomi is upset, because she still hasn't got a Bake-off judge, or an act for the closing ceremony.
Hospital
Madge has returned, saying that she left because Harold's friends had come to see him.
MADGE: And you have got to stop looking at me when there are people around. They are going to think you've lost your marbles.
She asks for gossip about Lou - telling him not to leave out the juicy bits. But we cut away just there...
Hospital
By the nurses' station, Georgia finds two formal dresses with a note "try these on for size, Cinderella". She tries one on and "wow" is Nick's reaction. Just then Kyle arrives - dressed smart casual - and he has a similar reaction. He tells Nick and Georgia that they should go. She is reluctant, but then tells him to watch some footy and they'll go to another show some time.
In Harold's room, he tells Madge that Scott is deputy editor and Charlene is running the garage. He says that Daniel is getting married to Lou's granddaughter. Madge wants to meet her, saying that she can't depend on Harold to ask the tough questions. Harold laughs.
HAROLD: We've just had our first tiff in fourteen years.
MADGE: Ah, just like old times!
