Erinsborough Hospital
Sonya is getting checked up by Karl, and apart from shock she is otherwise unharmed following the mugging. She worries about all of the things she'll have to organise now that her purse and phone are gone, but Karl reassures her that he'll help. Sonya explains that she went to the industrial estate in West Warratah to follow Erin, and confesses that Erin has slipped off of the wagon.

Off Air
Susan checks in and compliments the now fully furnished Off Air bar. Susan orders a lemon squash, and says she didn't realise the bar had opened. Imogen insists that they need an official opening, but Daniel says they don't have the money, and he wants to stay true to his intentions and avoid a boozy all-night happy hour. Susan suggests that she'll invite her book club to meet at the bar, and they decide to make Off Air a hub for social groups - they'll invite a speaker for the bar launch.

No. 30
Sonya tells Erin that she was mugged whilst following Erin. She tells Erin that the DHS meeting with her daughter will now be cancelled, but Erin insists that she never went through with the purchase. Sonya insists that she has to be honest with her, and Erin shows her the money she didn't spend.

ERIN: This is why I came over here tonight, to give this back to you! And to tell you that I was tempted, but I stayed strong! Okay, I want to see Cat, and I want to stop stuffing up all the time.

Erin shows Sonya some pasta jewellery that she made for Cat, as it was something they used to do together when Cat was young. Erin insists that she's clean, but Sonya is finding it all hard to comprehend and tells Erin to leave.

No. 32 Backyard
The following day, raunchy music plays as Paige has a steamy chat with her online friend, Bryson Douglas. She tells him that she's wearing a bikini, whilst Bailey asks what she's doing on her laptop. She snaps out of her fixation to the screen, and says she's searching real estate prices for the house. As Bailey probes her further, Paige shuts down the conversation and says she's going to her room - and not to come in!

No. 28
Daniel has suggested that Karl and Susan make a speech at the opening of Off Air. Chris questions whether or not a pop-in class at a bar would be popular, but Daniel insists that the idea is good. Karl suggests that Susan speaks about Carey Grant, and they ask Karl what he could speak about, whilst Susan pulls mocking faces behind him.

KARL: Well I know a fair bit about the history of guitar strings.
NATE: Erm, what else?
KARL: I could give a financial talk about how to make a dollar go a long way. I've learnt some tricks, believe me!
CHRIS: ...maybe too dry?
KARL: Okay, suburban farming! I could talk about the benefits of having farm animals in your backyard!

Susan mimes hanging by a noose from boredom behind Karl before he turns to look at her.

SUSAN: That one! That's a really good idea!

No. 32
Daniel drops by to invite the Turners to the opening of the bar, and asks that they invite Amber too.

Harold's
Brad suggests to Imogen that he could do a talk about how to make surf boards, and he says that it's good that she's still friends with Daniel. She says it's been a distraction from her family's issues. Elsewhere, Sonya tells Karl that the police have found her bag empty in a rubbish bin. Karl says that Sonya was right to trust Erin as she ultimately did the right thing, but Sonya isn't sure.

KARL: This investment in Erin, is there a reason you're doing so much to help her out?
SONYA: I guess I thought that if I could get her and Cat together then I'd feel less responsible for the way her life's turned out.
KARL: Why would you feel responsible?
SONYA: Because I feel guilty about the fact that I introduced her to the stuff in the first place.

Karl warns Sonya that her guilt may never go away, and all she can do is support Erin without forcing an outcome. He also warns her that if it's going to be too hard, she needs to walk away.

Off Air
It's the grand opening of the bar which is filled with customers. Karl reminisces that the bar reminds him of his university days, and Susan berates him.

SUSAN: I haven't got it in me to go through another midlife crisis with you.
KARL: Another?
SUSAN: Do you want me to list them?!

Imogen helps Daniel out behind the bar and comments how busy it is. Susan begins to deliver an informal talk about Carey Grant.

No. 24
Erin and Sonya both apologise to one other. Sonya says that she called Toadie, and told him not to say anything to the DHS - Erin's meeting with Cat is still on. She explains that she used to carry shells around with her to remind her of Callum and what she was fighting for - she suggests that Erin holds on to the pasta jewellery and does the same thing.

No. 32
Paige's steamy conversation with Bryson heats up even more as she flirts about skinny dipping and taking a bath. Lauren enters as Margie from Harold's rings to say she needs help with pricing, so Lauren heads to the computer to check the stock system. Lauren is shocked as she reads Paige's conversation and quickly ends the call with Margie. Paige suddenly realises that Lauren has read her messages, becomes defensive and storms out.

No. 24
Erin enters wearing an outfit she's picked out to meet Cat. She's apprehensive, so Sonya distracts her by playing solitaire together whilst they wait for Cat.

Later in the evening, they are still waiting and Cat hasn't arrived. Erin becomes agitated and starts to worry that Cat doesn't want to ever see her.

SONYA: You can't go jumping to conclusions; this is the tough part, when it feels like things just aren't going your way.
ERIN: It's not just a feeling Sonya, this is happening!
SONYA: This is just what your head is telling you but you need to ignore it, if she didn't want to see you then she wouldn't have agreed to see you in the first place.
ERIN: You can say whatever you like, but it doesn't make a difference. Cat doesn't want me in her life. This was such a mistake; I can't believe I let you talk me into this! How could you get my hopes up!

Off Air
Brad finishes giving a talk about designing surf boards. Georgia and Chris tell Imogen how interesting it was and what a great time they've had. Daniel pours himself and Imogen a drink to toast to their success as well Imogen's help, to which she looks smitten.

Harold's
Erin bumps into Karl at the counter and he invites her for a drink. He tells her that she should be proud of herself for resisting the relapse, but she's still cut up about Cat not visiting. Karl points out that Erin may have let Cat down in the past, and she needs to be given a chance to see that Erin has changed.

No. 32
Paige is heading out to check out Off Air, but Lauren interrogates her about Bryson. She wants to make sure that Paige is okay, and she explains that the beauty of their relationship is that she never has to see him as he lives in North Queensland.

PAIGE: Listen, it's just a bit of fun. After Brennan, I don't want anything serious. If I don't want to speak to him, I can just shut the laptop.
LAUREN: Are you sure that he hasn't asked for anything more than... online affection?
PAIGE: ...how much of my message history did you read?
LAUREN: I'm sorry, but I just need to make sure you're being safe! I don't mean "safe" safe...

She asks Paige if he's asked for any money or her financial details - Paige says no, and ends the conversation.

Off Air
Brad tells Terese that giving his talk has inspired him to take up surf-board making again. Terese points out that there's nothing stopping him and that he should go for it. They note how much happier Imogen currently is after all of their troubles. At the bar, Imogen points out that they've made loads of money on the opening night, and how proud she is of Daniel. He's happy, but still disappointed that Paul and Amber didn't show up.

No. 28
Karl and Susan are cuddled on the sofa in pyjamas when there's a knock at the door - it's Erin. She comes in to compliment Karl, and he suggests they make an appointment. She gets frustrated, so he invites her for a quick cup of tea before bed, to Susan's disapproval.
