Harold's
Paige tells Lauren about Terese asking her to move in, explaining that it still has to be confirmed with the family. She says she's looking forward to getting to know them better, even Terese, who must now accept her, given the invitation. Lauren says it's perfect, although she doesn't look convinced.

Brad comments to Terese that he thought she might have discussed the decision with the family first.

TERESE: It was a spontaneous offer
IMOGEN: You never make spontaneous offers.
TERESE: Well I did this time. Are you OK with it?
IMOGEN: Well, I guess I'm gonna have to be since you already asked her.

Brad is really pleased. Imogen points out that Josh is going through a tough time, and she's studying. Brad promises they'll handle it delicately - after all, Paige has just broken up with Mark. He goes off to get her room ready.

Lassiter's suite
Kyle gets a text from Sheila, saying that she knows the airport wasn't flooded. However, she thinks they're still in Vanuatu.

KYLE: It looks like we'll be facing another kind of storm when we get home.

They decide to make the most of their time left... then Georgia decides she wants some pastries from Anson's Corner. Hmm - I hope that doesn't turn out like cupcakes. What is it with going across town? Doesn't the Lassiter's room service have pastries? So on with the show... Kyle dons his disguise.

Lauren turns up with a cake box - something to say thank you.

LAUREN: You won't be able to keep me away.

Terese doesn't look happy at the idea. Brad asks Paige if her room is OK.

PAIGE: It's no Lassiter's suite, but I'll manage.

There's an awkward silence, before Paige assures everyone she's joking. Imogen and Terese don't laugh.

Harold's
Bailey asks Lauren why she didn't invite Paige to live with them. Lauren says she didn't get the chance, but he says it's not too late.

BAILEY: Just throw in a better offer.

She says that Paige is happy with Terese and Brad. Terese is "fully on board" and she says wistfully that it's great.

Lassiter's - outside the hotel
Kyle (in disguise) looks out to see if it's clear. He walks out, but Sheila is nearby and spots him. Toadie is passing.

TOADIE: Oh, isn't that sweet.
SHEILA: Sorry?
TOADIE: You miss the big lug that much, do you?
SHEILA: Oh, no! Oh, OK. Yes!

Sheila says she was sure it was Kyle and Toadie gives her his coffee.

Harold's
Layla and Lou arrive to join Alice and Bailey. Layla suggests to Alice they could visit her uncle in Colorado, and to Lou that they could find ways to keep busy in the ski lodge. Alice and Bailey look very perturbed.

Imogen comments to her mother that she has never seen her say no to cheesecake. Terese admits that inviting Paige was a mistake. Imogen tells her to explain it to Brad before Paige settle in.

Harold's
Karl comes to join Lou, Layla, Bailey and Alice. He asks Layla about the Book of Secrets (she adores it) and asks Lou about his research (Bailey doesn't want to know). Lou tries to fob him off.

LOU: You wouldn't understand that, being a doctor. Hardly a creative pursuit, is it?

Lou tells Karl to leave, and Layla invites Lou to her room.

Layla's room / Waterhole
Layla is having a shower. Lou is worried and calls Karl.

LOU: Karl, Layla's going to be onto me if I don't deliver. She has a feather boa. What am I supposed to do?
KARL: Oh no, that sounds way too "creative" for me, Lou.

Lou mentions "blue box" and Karl asks how he can pretend to be EM Williams without reading the story. Layla comes into the room, and Karl finishes the call with "don't...". Lou is left saying "don't what?" with Layla and the feather boa.

Waterhole
Karl gets a text.

KARL: Susan's just seen a Kyle doppelganger at Anson's corner. You know, there's a woman in the hospital who's a dead ringer for Susan from the back. When she turns round, it's (laughs)
SHEILA: Did he have a moustache?
KARL: No, I thought it was Susan.
SHEILA: No. Him.
KARL: Oh, the doppel wotsit. Yes, um, yes actually. Otherwise Susan would have sworn it was him.
SHEILA: Oh. Oh!

Lassiter's suite

There's a knock on the door, and "Carlita" answers it. Sheila looks shocked. They ask each other what they are doing there. Kyle arrives and Sheila accuses him of lying. He says he wanted to spend a few more days with his wife.

SHEILA: You know, you don't have to cram every flight of fantasy into this honeymoon. You do have the rest of your lives together, you know.

Layla's hotel room
Layla is dancing with a terrified looking Lou. She says she's ready.

LAYLA: There is only so much teasing a woman of my age can take. Now are we doing this or not?

Outside the room, Lou puts the feather boa round a surprised Sheila's neck, and dashes down the corridor.

Waterhole
Terese tells Brad it was a mistake to ask Paige to move in. She admits that she was worried Paige would live with Lauren and he would go over there a lot. He says it would just be to see Paige, but she says what happened with him and Lauren is not resolved.

Lou arrives home and clatters some crockery when he sees that Layla is there. She says she's realised he's doing research for the next instalment of Constantine and Arabella's adventures. He agrees and she says she'll be back. Lou sighs.

LOU: What have I done?
BAILEY: Well, it would seem you can run but not hide.
ALICE: She's used to getting what she wants so there's really no point in trying to put her off.

Lassiter's suite
Kyle doesn't want to talk about Sheila, but Georgia is still thinking about what she said. She wonders if they will be a boring married couple. So do the viewers. Kyle says no, and suggests a final round as Carlita.

GEORGIA: Actually, can we just be Kyle and Georgia, newlyweds?
KYLE: Best idea ever.

No 32
Lauren finds Lou packing. She comments that she didn't think he'd be moving in with Layla so soon. He says he's not - he's going to Cambodia. He asks her not to let Layla know where he's going.

Waterhole
Paige meets up with Brad and Terese. Brad tells Paige that they have to withdraw their offer, and Terese tells her what the reason was. Paige says that Lauren hadn't even asked her. Terese offers to fix her up at the hotel, but Paige says she'll figure it out and walks off. Terese calls after her.

PAIGE: I had this gorgeous boyfriend who just dumped me and then you came along and made this nice offer and I think "wow". But no. No, you had a change of heart. So thank you, thank you very much. You actually made me feel like I mattered... but I was wrong.

Everybody looks upset.

Alice and Bailey are talking about Lou.

ALICE: Grandma was so full-on he had to leave the country?

She says that if Layla finds out, she'll book a trip too. Bailey is happy for them to flirt in another country. Paige arrives, and says that she's not living at the Willeses' now.

BAILEY: OK, Paige, well why don't you just come and live with us? Mum?
LAUREN: Bailey's right - you should come live here with us.

Paige asks about Matt and Amber. (Amber has actually moved out, didn't you know?) Lauren says it'll be fine.
