Lassiters Hotel/Complex
Paul is furious about what is going on as he accompanies Matt (and the silent officer) towards the police station. He demands that they talk to Naomi and Matt confirms that they will be having a chat with her too. Matt also confirms how they managed to find out how they knew he had the painting.

Sheila has spotted what has been happening and is only too happy to witness it!

SHEILA: Law finally caught up with you has it moneybags? Always wondered how you kept ahead with that gimpy leg of yours!

Paul just glowers at her and Matt enquires if he is coming to make a statement and somewhat reluctantly, Paul follows Matt into the station.

Number 22
Brad comes into the house after doing a yoga session (to try and clear his mind about Doug) and Terese tells him about letting Piper know and about her grandparents coming to see her. She reassures him that if they stick together as a family they will get through it. Brad knocks back Terese's suggestion of a date afternoon in the city in favour of setting up a yoga class by the lake.

Number 26 back yard
Georgia is after some company and tries to tempt Chris to break his studying (his way of getting over Hudson) but he turns down her coffee offer.

Police Station
Paul exits the station after giving Matt his statement, still not a happy chappy! He overhears the paintings owner (Polly Tranner) coming in and demanding its return and after re-entering the station, the pair exchange their differences of opinions on who is the rightful owner but she gets the upper hand by rubbing it in over who has the documentation for it! Matt stops the verbal fist fight by telling them that he's going to be the one keeping the painting until it's resolved and confirms he will be interviewing Naomi (aka "The Tramp" in Polly's eyes) too.

Number 26 backyard
Naomi is back from an indulgent spa package. Chris tells her she's had a load of calls on her mobile and after listening to her voicemail, rushes off.

Number 32
Lauren is admiring her sketch of Matt she drew when Brad pops round. After the exchange of pleasantries, he starts talking about the recent 18th party and it's got him wondering what Lily did for her 18th. Lauren admits she's been thinking of her constantly through the years and passes on some advice to him - to stop thinking about Lily and to focus his energies on other things.

Police Station
Naomi arrives and immediately spots Polly sitting waiting. She reaffirms that the painting is hers since Charles bought it for her (for her apartment) and explains that not having the paperwork is simply her forgetting to ask for it. Polly counters back that the apartment belonged to her family thus the painting is her families too.

NAOMI: Charles said I could have it, he gave me his word, but when I left he wasn't around so
POLLY: (interrupting) You stole it!
NAOMI: (shouting) I did not!

Matt stops them arguing, so Polly insists that Charles can't give anything away that belongs to both of them without her consent and while he's out of the country, she's in charge of the family trust. To clear the mess up, Matt wants to contact Charles but there is communication difficulties given he's in Antarctica, so Naomi suggests that until that happens Paul should get the painting back. Polly of course isn't happy at that suggestion and Matt informs them both that until he speaks to Charles, the painting is staying at the station.

Harold's Store
After spotting her outside, Chris follows Georgia into the store to tell her that she was right, he's doing too much studying but before he can suggest they do something, Will reveals himself and she tells Chris about them going to Brad's yoga session. They invite him along but he knocks the offer back (citing he's not 100% fit yet despite being off crutches) and rushes out of the store to get back to studying.

Lassiters Complex
Naomi tries and fails to contact Toadie as she walks towards the car park where she then runs into Polly. "You might as well give up now," Polly tells her as well as getting in that Naomi is a "gold digger!" Never one to keep quiet, Naomi retaliates that she is confident that Charles will clear it all up once they get in contact with him.

POLLY: You put far too much faith in my husband. After all these years you should know better. He never committed to you because he couldn't leave me.
NAOMI: I could see why he wanted to!
POLLY: Ah but he didn't!

Naomi is exasperated over why she's going to all this trouble and Polly replies that seeing her name dragged through the mud will be priceless!

POLLY: I want you hurt and humiliated just like I was.

Naomi taunts her by asking what Charles will say about that but at her silence then suggests she is worried that perhaps this time he will leave her hence why she's acting so crazy!

Naomi's phone then starts ringing but she doesn't get the time to see who is calling before moving it away as Polly tries to grab it. Polly demands to know if it's Charles who is calling as she wants to talk to him and lashes out by slapping Naomi on the face!!! Ouch! The pair then wrestle for the phone (and fall onto the ground in the process) and after a bit of rolling around/hair pulling, its Sheila who separates them (by pulling Polly off Naomi) after spotting what was going on from the complex.

POLLY: I suppose this little harlot learned everything from you!

Sheila takes great offence at that and pushes Polly onto the ground...forcefully! The ladies go to resume fighting only to be pulled apart seconds later by the police (Matt/silent officer) and Matt demanding to know what is going on.

Lassiters Lake
Meanwhile, very nearby its all peace and tranquillity at Brad's yoga class. He finishes the session and Georgia, Will and Susan plus the other randoms seem to have enjoyed the class. The ladies intimate that they will continue (and eventually Will too) although are a bit puzzled by Brad's hard sell even with the tempting offer (sign up for 10 classes and get 10 percent off).

Paul's penthouse suite
"You told me you owned that painting," Naomi is greeted with after travelling up in the lift to see Paul. He rants about how everyone thinks he is a thief and but her comeback is that it's his fault he bought the painting without documentation!

PAUL: Lesson learnt, never trust a Canning!

Naomi reassures him that it will be all cleared up once she talks to Charles but that isn't satisfying Paul, he wants his money back. "I don't have it," is Naomi's reply and explains that she used some of the money to pay off her debts but he couldn't care how she gets the money, just that he returns what he paid.

PAUL: Otherwise I'm going to have you charged with selling stolen property.

Number 26 backyard
Georgia is back commenting to Chris on how good the yoga session was... and doesn't believe his excuse that he still wouldn't have joined in if even Will hadn't been going. "Guilt sucks," Chris says after explaining that when he sees Will he is reminded of how things ended with Hudson. Georgia tells him to stop feeling guilty, he was never destined to remain with Hudson.

CHRIS: Saying and doing are two completely different things.

She suggests that it's time to begin 'doing' and invites him to drinks (with her/Will) at The Waterhole.

The Waterhole
Sheila is tending to Naomi's injuries from the fight and is thanked for what she did in the fight with Polly. "Just because I did doesn't mean to say I think you're in the right," Sheila adds before also adding that she is the only person in the world that can pull Naomi into line!

Chris arrives and Georgia hands him her cue while she goes to get the drinks in. Will breaks the ice by telling Chris he's got great timing as Georgia just made him look like an idiot.

CHRIS: I know that feeling... looking like an idiot.
WILL: We've all been there.
CHRIS: Really? Have you lied about having a boyfriend in jail and then acted like a lunatic when an awesome guy tried to be friendly?
WILL: Well maybe we haven't all exactly been there.

That seems to have broken the tension between them and they agree to play a game of pool and to see what happens.

Harold's Store
Susan is raving to Terese about Brad's class and Terese admits she is surprised that he's doing it independently of the gym and seems almost stunned when Susan then tells her about Brad getting people to pay in advance but then thinks that if it's keeping his mind off Doug, then it gets her approval. "You might see some pressies coming your way!" Susan suggests with this extra cash Brad will be brining in but Terese scoffs at the suggestion and thinks he'll use the money to buy himself a new surf board!

Number 22
From the phone call Brad is having, he's already got the cash spent - hiring Paul's PI to track down Lily.

Paul's penthouse suite
Naomi is back to apologise properly for what happened. "I'm not a thief," she reiterates and once contact is made with Charles it will all be sorted out. Paul gives an unseen rueful smile when she also comments that she'd rather face Polly than him!

NAOMI: You were embarrassed. What Matt did in front of your guests... I'm so sorry, I'll do anything to make it up to you but I also know that if there's any way you can spin this to your advantage you will find it 'cos that's the kind of man you are.
PAUL: I try my best.
NAOMI: I don't want things to get nasty, please accept my apology.

Paul then comments about her smarting herself up just to apologise to him, so she repeats that she will do anything to stop him pressing charges against her. "That's a very big call," he remarks and she replies that she keeps her word. Paul then says that there is something that she can do for him, and if she goes through with it, he will back off.

NAOMI: Name it.
PAUL: Spend the night with me.

From the looks on her face, it looks like Naomi is regretting saying that!
