We begin with both new titles and a new theme song version today. First up are Callum, Sonya (pushing unseen Nell in her pram), Toadie and Georgia walking up the #30 driveway. Over to Ajay and Rani setting up food at a picnic table before cutting to Kyle dive bombing into a swimming pool that contains Chris and Georgia. The Turner family and Lou helping themselves to food from the picnic table as we then see Paul and Kate coming down the driveway with food for the table. Next up is Sheila delivering a cake to a table where Kyle and Chris (with Bossy) are seated before we see Karl and Susan putting more food onto the table. We then cut back to Kate, Amber, Kyle, Chris, Mason and Georgia in a swimming pool. Bringing up the rear are Lucas and Vanessa (pushing unseen Patrick in his pram) up Ramsay Street and the final scene is the Ramsay Street residents playing cricket.

Hospital exterior
Patrick finally leaves hospital and as Vanessa joins him in the back of the car, Karl takes a moment to have a quick word with Lucas on how he's feeling after his diagnosis. Lucas is still refusing to say anything to Vanessa, he wants them to stay in this happy bubble feeling, and pleads with Karl to delay having a scan by 24 hours. Karl agrees to wait but doesn't seem too happy.
Patrick & Vanessa's flat
Vanessa carries Patrick into his new home, relieved to be angst free and tells Lucas to sit and bond with their son while she puts the kettle on.
Harold's Store
Georgia isn't amused when Karl knocks back her request for stronger tablets telling her to take some exercise/attend counselling.
Number 30
Callum and Sonya come home to a bombsite after finally escaping from Colac (Toadie is staying on for a few more days). Georgia apologises for the mess and explains she's been working loads but reassures them that she is fine.
Ramsay Street
Chris dishes out the advice to Amber on how to make more friends as they walk down the street and Cal (quickly changed into his uniform) accompanies her on the walk to school.
School
Cal and Amber walk into the locker area and she discovers that her locker has been vandalised with TROLL written on it in big black capital letters. Seems that person who might know (Cassie and her silent sidekicks) refuses to explain what it's about and walks off to class. Amber is bemused at their reaction as they've been chatting okay on social media as she tries and fails to remove the graffiti off her locker.
Harold's Store
Sonya is glad she run into Kate (who is waiting for her lunch order to be made) and gets filled in on what has happened with Georgia while they've been away. Kate then passes on a message to Paul (for him to call Lyn) as she rushes out the door, already running late for work.
Paul then calls Lyn and doesn't seem too happy with whatever the news is she's just told him.
Goodwood women's prison
And after being locked up for 29 months, Steph Scully is released from prison.
Garage
Lucas drops by to tell Chris that he won't be in today but refuses to say exactly why.
School
Cassie (or one of her silent groupies) has placed a rat into Amber's bag, which of course escapes and causes shrieks amongst the class. Kate asks who it belongs to and Cassie blurts out it must belong to Amber and surprisingly, Amber takes the blame for bringing the rodent into school and is told to stay back after class.
(Later)
With the class finished, Kate tries to get to the bottom of it and thinks Amber is being picked on/bullied but she denies that and keeps quiet other than asking for Kate to dish out her punishment so she can get to her next class.
Harold's Store
Amber tells Chris all about what happened at school that morning. He's managed to suss out what has happened - autocorrect has changed what she wanted to say about someone (you look pretty) into you look pregnant and it's gone viral! "It's just a mistake," she pleads and Chris obviously accepts what she's said but of course the person concerned doesn't and thinks she's trolled her.
School
Amber tries to make amends with Cassie but it's not only fallen on deaf ears but looks like Cassie now wants revenge not just to give her a hard time!
Hospital exterior
Georgia leaves the hospital in a foul mood - she's been ordered by the nursing manager to take time off and guess who is getting the blame for blabbing, yes Karl. She rants at him about what he has done but he reassures her that even though she might not think it, it is a good thing.
KARL: You need the time.
GEORGIA: To what sit around and twiddle my thumbs?!
He thinks that would be good but it isn't for Georgia, she's now not going to have a distraction from thinking about it 24/7.
KARL: I'm only trying to help you. I know you don't want it but you need it.
Charlie's
Kate comes in for a well earned coffee after work and runs into Paul. She enquires if he got hold of Lyn and he replies that he did and it was to tell him about Steph being released and that she's on her way to Erinsborough. "With Charlie?" Kate asks and is told no, that Max has full custody. She's unsure why Steph is coming back and Paul informs her that she's going to be running Harold's Store, possibly out of guilt because Lyn didn't try hard enough (on Steph's behalf) during the custody battle.
KATE: She's just out of jail and lost her kid.
PAUL: Too late if you count the one she gave up. All I'm saying is there is a hell of a lot of mixed up history there.
KATE: I can't even imagine what's going through her head.
Lassiters Complex
As Paul/Kate were chatting a taxi pulled up at the hotel containing - yes, you've guessed it Steph. She walks round to the heart of the complex and surveys the place as we head into the final commercial break.
Harold's Store
Lauren hands over some books to Vanessa for Patrick and as they chat, Lucas comes in and he does a double take at who's sitting at a table - Steph. The pair hug and he asks why she didn't call and Steph explains that she wanted to surprise him. He asks where Charlie is and she explains he's in Fiji with Max. Vanessa comes over to see who Lucas is talking to and although she knows the name, didn't know the face. Steph then says she is back for good (Lyn's orders) and is going to be the store manager!
