Outside Charlie's
Ajay says they should do dinner more often but Priya is distracted, claiming she is full. He suggests they go for a walk, but she says she has work to do for the board meeting. Ajay agrees to drive. Then Priya spots Paul coming out of the hotel, so she changes her mind and she and Ajay walk off, arm in arm. Paul watches, unimpressed, as Priya glances over her shoulder at him.

No 28
Karl gets home. Nobody's in and the place is a total mess. He tries the answering machine: "Hi, you've reached Summer and Tash; you know what to do." He looks at the unwashed plates and sighs.

Harold's
Karl orders a coffee. Susan comes in and greets him, surprised that he's already back. Karl says that he had to cut the trip short, because something came up at the hospital. Seeing how she's dressed, he asks if she's off to the gym. She says it's a dance class, but she wants to hear about his trip. He tells her that she should go - they can catch up later. He agrees to call her, and she leaves, greeting Ajay on her way out.

Ajay wants to hear about Karl's trip. Karl says it was good. Ajay waits for more, but Karl isn't forthcoming. Ajay says most people won't shut up when they get back... Karl asks if he's ever travelled alone. Ajay says he hasn't, and Karl says he's always travelled with Susan.

KARL: Without it... well, it's just an adjustment, that's all.

Karl says next time he's going to pack his guitar, and they agree to meet in the afternoon for a jam. Ajay says it's good to have him back, and he leaves. Karl sighs.

(Later)

Lucas and Lou are drinking coffee. Vanessa takes an incorrect order to a customer. Lucas asks Lou if she seems OK. Lou points out that she's pregnant and she's broken up with Rhys. Lucas says he'd like to do more to help, but Lou warns him not to push it. Lucas asks if she's said anything about when she's going to give up work. When Lou says she hasn't, he wonders about mentioning it to her.

LOU: Good luck with that conversation.
LUCAS: Why?
LOU: Because no woman likes being told what to do. Especially if they're tired and cranky.

Vanessa comes over to see if they want more coffee. Lucas suggests she take a break, which she sarcastically says will be fine because her customers can starve. She has a problem with a safety pin digging in, and adds that nothing about her body is comfortable, and Lucas again suggests she take it easy.

VANESSA: I don't want to take it easy: I'm fine.
LUCAS: You look like hell. (Lou looks horrified.) I mean, you've been through hell.

Vanessa says she hasn't slept in days. Then having asked them again about coffees, she walks off. Lou warns Lucas to leave her alone.

Outside the community centre
Vanessa is carrying a full binbag to a Salvo clothes bank. She tips it the wrong way up and all the clothes fall out. Susan comes out of the centre and rushes over to help, telling Vanessa she shouldn't be lifting heavy items. Vanessa says they're not heavy. Susan takes a closer look at the clothes, surprised that Vanessa is throwing them out. Vanessa says that it's spring cleaning. She's worn them too long, and they've stretched. Susan has a stickybeak, and says that they look OK to her. Vanessa says she's sick of them. Susan tells her that her body will go back to how it was. Vanessa replies that if it does, she will buy new clothes. Susan suggests putting them in storage. Vanessa looks her up and down, decides Susan is the same size as her, and offers her the clothes. Susan starts to say that their styles are different, but Vanessa spies her stilettos and says they're not so different.

Susan tells Vanessa they're for dancing, and Vanessa looks over and sees the new pole-dancing poster which has miraculously appeared outside the community centre. Vanessa is impressed.

SUSAN: It's no big deal.
VANESSA: Yes it is, you sexy thing, you.

Vanessa insists that they find somewhere so Susan can try on some of the clothes so they walk off, with Susan trying to get hold of the bag.

Charlie's
Priya apologises to Ajay for being stressed. He says it's fine - he knows she's stressed. Priya asks if they're still OK. Ajay is surprised and wonders why she asked. She backtracks, saying she's tired and has got to prepare for the meeting. He offers to help. She tells him that she's using corporate sponsorship to fund the VET programme. Paul walks in and stands by the bar watching them. Ajay thinks it's a brilliant idea - thinking outside the box - and says it will be no problem getting it past the board. Priya says she has to get Rani to work, but Ajay tells her not to stress, and says he'll do it. He bumps into Paul on his way out. Priya looks stressed. She sneaks a glance at Paul, who is looking at his phone. She walks up to the bar, but he ignores her. She asks if he got her email. He pauses a while before asking which email. She reminds him that she's pitching to the school board and she'd like him to be at the meeting to represent the corporate sector. He says he'll check his schedule. He thanks the barman and turns to leave. Priya asks if that's it, and he asks if there was anything else, before walking out. She stomps out after him.

Outside Charlie's
Priya tells Paul he's arrogant, and he replies that at least he keeps his appointments. She can't believe it: he's giving her the silent treatment for being faithful!

PAUL: That's not what you chose, Priya. You chose safety.

Priya says it's her prerogative, which Paul accepts, but says she won't admit what she wants. She is angry with him, but points out they need to work together him. He reminds her he is going to check his schedule.

PRIYA: You can't expect me to throw away my marriage for one night.
PAUL: Hmm. Always thought it would last more than one night. Guess we'll never know.

Paul adds that he won't beg, even though that's what he thinks Priya wants. She tells him she's not playing this game. He tells her she's angry, and there is a way to keep a lid on it. He raises an eyebrow suggestively. She straightens her jacket, looking flustered.

Susan's flat
Vanessa is sitting on the couch, and asks what is taking so long. Susan says she's fine, she doesn't need any help, and she emerges. Vanessa thinks she looks gorgeous. Susan looks at herself in a mirror and says it's not bad... Then she upgrades that to pretty good. Susan pulls out a leopard print dress. Vanessa says it's the one she wore to the bachelor auction, when she won Rhys. Susan asks if that's what the spring cleaning is about. Vanessa looks a bit rueful and says everyone thinks everything is about the pregnancy. Susan says she (Vanessa) doesn't know what will happen, so she should keep it. Vanessa shakes her head and says she and Rhys are very different people. Susan offers to look after it just in case, so Vanessa agrees. Susan goes to try on a different dress.

Harold's
Susan has one of Vanessa's dresses on. She asks Vanessa if she looks OK. Vanessa asks how she feels, and Susan says she feels different. She offers Vanessa some money, which she refuses. Lucas comes over, telling Vanessa he's glad she took a break. She says she's glad too, adding that Susan has been helping her sort through some stuff. Susan tells Vanessa she knows where everything is if she wants it. Vanessa goes into the kitchen and Lucas leaves, telling Susan she looks different.

Karl and Ajay come in. Karl tells Ajay he'll be right back and comes over to talk to Susan. He tells her she looks different and she says they're Vanessa's clothes - it's her new look. Karl says she looks great, and says she seems happy. She says she is. She's working less, taking a dance class. He asks if it's ballroom: she says it's a bit more modern. Is it jazz, he asks. She says it is "sort of" then swiftly changes the subject and asks about Peru. He lists some of the highlights he's seen.

SUSAN: I always thought Machu Picchu would be such a spiritual place.
KARL: It's just a bunch of rocks. 13:27
SUSAN: You're just saying that so I won't be jealous!

Karl says he has lots of photos if she's interested, which she is. Ajay has come over to the table with the coffees. Karl says has to edit them first, but they'll be ready tonight. Susan says she thought he had to work. Ajay looks puzzled. Karl says he's working tomorrow, and they arrange to meet at 7. Karl and Ajay leave.

AJAY: Hey, sounds like a date!

Charlie's
Priya is sitting in Charlie's, fiddling with her pen. *Flashback to when she and Paul nearly kissed.* She makes an effort to concentrate on her work. She's emailing someone about the Lassiters staff meeting.

No 22
Paul is looking at his emails. There is one from Priya about the VET programme meeting. He reopens it, then deletes it.

Charlie's
Priya is still trying to work. *Flashback to when she got the message from Paul from his hotel room*. She looks frustrated and flicks determinedly through some papers.

No 22
Paul's phone rings. Glen (a staff member from Lassiters) tells him they almost at capacity, and asks if he still wants the room he booked for the week.

Charlie's
Priya is still in Charlie's. *Flashback to her in Paul in the hotel room when Paul tries to kiss her.*

No 22
Paul tells Glen to hang on to the room and he'll call him if there's a change. He smirks.

No 28
Karl is working on his laptop when Ajay knocks on the door and comes in. Karl is finishing the slide show. He invites Ajay and Priya to see the photos too. Ajay thanks him, but says he wouldn't want to ruin the mood. Karl says it's not a date. Ajay implies he's kidding himself, just like he's trying to tell Susan he's home because of work. Karl tells Ajay he's embarrassed that he missed Susan because he wanted to know he didn't need Susan to have a good time. Ajay looks serious and says he doesn't know what he'd do if he and Priya split up. Karl says he spent a fortune, saw the sunrise over the ruins, but he didn't have anyone to share it with. Ajay says he doesn't think Susan wants to get back with him. Karl says he knows that. Ajay says he thought Karl came back for her. Karl says he did, but he realises Susan is happy on her own. Ajay guesses Karl isn't. Karl confirms it. He knows there's no point in wanting Susan back and that he will always love her, but he needs someone else. They leave, Ajay looking concerned.

Charlie's
Priya is setting up table and chairs for a meeting. [What's wrong with the school?] She tells Lucas she needs his help to sell the idea to the board. Lucas thinks that's Paul's job. Priya says it is if he turns up, otherwise it's theirs.

Hospital
Paul is waiting impatiently at Recpetion. Rhys turns up, apologising for something being late, but Paul interrupts him. Sophie is coming home, and he has to go to a meeting. The walking aids were supposed to be ready for him. Rhys asks him to wait 10 mintues. Paul is annoyed.

Charlie's
People arrive for the meeting. Lucas says it's time to start, but Priya says they should wait for Paul.

Hospital
The walking aids have arrived. Rhys asks Paul to sign Sophie's release forms, holding him up another couple of minutes.

Charlie's
Priya gets a text from Paul, saying he can't make the meeting. She says she has to make a call, but she gets Paul's voicemail.

No 22
There's a loud knocking on the door. Paul answers and it's Priya. She angrily asks where he was, and he says it's lovely to see her. She says she won't be treated like that, and he says he sent her a text. She says he didn't turn up because she didn't sleep with him. He says he was at the hospital getting Sophie's walking aids. She doesn't believe him. He asks about the results of the vote, and she says they were all in favour. He walks closer to her, saying she didn't need him. She says she didn't. He wonders why she hasn't left and suggests it's because she wants to be with him. She says he's unbelievable and then she grabs him, and they're kissing, um, hammer and tongues. He pushes off her jacket, and then they make for the stairs. That's probably what you call TITTNL™.

Ramsay Street
Priya comes out of No 22 , looking slightly dishevelled, her shirt untucked, and without her jacket. We hear Ajay and Karl jamming in the background. Vanessa calls over to her that it's a great day. Priya is distracted. Vanessa says the weather is great: she likes to be outside on a nice day. Getting no answer, she asks Priya if she's escaping. Priya looks blank, so Vanessa explains she means band practice. Priya looks apologetic, but Vanessa says it's OK, you don't hear it after a while. Priya says she wishes she could block it out.

Tomorrow on Neighbours
- Ajay tells Priya her perfume is really strong
- Paul tells Priya she has to keep it together otherwise other people will know.
- Sonya tells Toadie she doesn't want to rearrange her life because she's pregnant.
- Sonya deals with an annoying customer.
