Number 24
Lucas interrupts Kate pondering after she was looking at some photos when he comes home and she can sense he's still down in the dumps over Emilia.

LUCAS: If it happens enough do you reckon you can get used to being dumped?

Kate tries to be kind to Lucas by telling him to stop holding out that Emilia will come back to him but he's not giving up hope because he believes the pair of them are fated to be with each other.

LUCAS: I can't give up.
KATE: Then don't.

When Lucas goes to get showered, Kate goes over to the photos she was previously looking at and pushes together a picture of herself with one of Kyle.

Charlie's
Tash bemoans to her aunt that Summer isn't making any attempt to repair their friendship - she is blaming her for her dad's breakdown.

"What's going on with us?" Michael asks Emilia when he spots her after entering the bar (Tash is off getting drinks). "It's not that simple and you know it," is her reply but their private chat is curtailed when Tash returns with drinks. She tries to quiz her dad about his "girlfriend" but Michael doesn't bite.

Dial a Kyle (next day)
Kyle is air drumming away and is caught by Kate as she is out on a run. The two banter away over what she's just seen before Kate resumes her run.

Harold's Store
Tash is trying to quiz Chris and Lucas about Michael's "girlfriend" but neither knows anything.

Somewhere
Emilia finishes her job and in the pouring rain goes to get her lift, but it isn't there so she calls to find out what has happened to it.

Garage
Michael drops by to see if Lucas can service his car but is told he'll need to come back at the end of the week as he is too busy just now.

Somewhere
It's still peeing down with rain and Emilia contemplates calling Lucas for a lift but scrolls past to select Michael instead.

Garage
Lucas is about to start quizzing Michael about his "new girlfriend" when he receives a call but doesn't say who it is before going to take it outside. Putting 2+2 together, Lucas shouts out that it is her but Michael neither confirms nor denies it as he races into his car to go pick Emilia up... after a few seconds delay while as he eventually gets his car started.

Somewhere
Thankfully it's now nice and sunny as Michael arrives to pick Emilia up. He thinks it's a sign that the pair of them are a couple now but she isn't biting as they get into the car. Oops, they aren't going anywhere though because unlike at the garage when the car eventfully started, this time it isn't as we head into the first commercial break.

Charlie's
Jade is a bit miffed when celebrating the success of their boot camp with Kyle, when he mentions that he's had a few calls and has filled them in as she feels he's trying to take over her business.

Garage
Lucas mentions to Tash that her dad is out on a date when she drops by wanting Chris to take his break but when the boys start taking cars she decides to head back to Uni.

Somewhere
Michael tries to get his car going but is forced to call for help. Emilia doesn't want him to call Lucas as it will give the game away but he feels the fact they are related will discounter any suggestions they are a couple and again tries to quiz her on if they are indeed a couple.

Charlie's
Rhys charms the pants off the new talking barmaid (Bonnie) and it works as he gets her phone number so they can arrange a date. Jade (and Kate) are "impressed" at his 'sleazy' work over how he got Bonny's number.

RHYS: Don't hate me because I have a gift.
JADE: Yes...So do car salesmen but everyone thinks they're slimeballs.

"Think about it," she also adds before exiting the bar.

"Ouch, that's going to hurt," Kate says while making her way over from the table she was at to where Rhys is and winds him up by informing him that Jade so has his number! Rhys denies that and Kate continues to wind him up by accusing him of only being good with the ladies if they are young and vulnerable. He further claims that if he wanted Jade, he could have her "just like that" but he's not interested. "Of course you're not," Kate replies then explains why

KATE: She's out of your league. She's too smart, she's too attractive and she's way too classy and she'd never fall for any of your tricks.
RHYS: You are so wrong on so many levels.
KATE: Am I?

"Yes," Rhys replies and is willing to prove it to her too!

Garage
Lucas enjoys winding Michael up after he calls wanting his help.

Tash returns to the garage and gloats about how little time she spends at Uni and suggests to Chris that he should join her! Perhaps he might after he and Lucas disagree over how the repairs to a car is going (Chris seems to be refusing to do what Lucas is telling him). Lucas calls his bluff, since he thinks he knows everything, and tells Chris to go and fix Michael's car beginning with the spark plugs! "See if I'm wrong," Lucas throws to his apprentice.

Hoppers Crossing
Turns out that is where Michael and Emilia have broken down at. Michael wants them to resolve the awkwardness between them, more importantly that he isn't wasting his time. "You're not," Emilia replies to him, which has made Michael's day! He leans over to kiss her but Emilia breaks it off, asking "what about Tash?" Michael acknowledges the point but would rather pash her than think about that... or the fact Lucas is his best friend and who will be arriving soon to rescue them!

Dial a Kyle
Kyle calls out to Kate as she walks past the yard to thank her for keeping quiet about his air drumming! He admits that he is glad she is back before he breaks off the conversation to resume working.

Hoppers Crossing
Chris and Tash arrive to rescue Michael and notice the car is locked up. She thinks her dad is sleeping and tries to open up the rear (but finds it locked) however it doesn't matter now as Michael jumps out of the driver's door surprised to see his daughter accompanying Chris.

As Chris makes his way to the engine, Emilia jumps out of the passenger seat and rushers to the rear where Tash is quizzing Michael on what he's doing there. "Rescuing me," Emilia informs her niece and she thankfully falls for it as we head into the final commercial break.

As we return from the break, Tash notices that her aunt's jacket is inside out but she pretends she didn't notice it was before Chris reports that the car is fine now - Lucas was right about what was wrong with it. He then brings out that Lucas thought Michael was out with his new girlfriend and Michael replies that Lucas obviously isn't right about everything! "So definitely no date?" Tash asks, which Michael confirms but as the camera cuts to Chris sitting in the driver's seat, he finds something he wasn't expecting (and with a lovely facial expression too) - a bra!

Tomorrow on Neighbours
Lucas asking what was wrong with Michael's car and being puzzled Emilia was there too.
Chris telling someone that Lucas still thinks Emilia will go back to him.
Tash being blunt with Lucas that Emilia doesn't want him, she wants someone else.
Chris telling Michael about what he discovered.
Michael then telling Emilia that.
Both admitting they're hating keeping things secret.
Summer on a new project then trying to convince Paul to be given a chance.
