Number 30
Toadie is on the computer, while Sonya is talking to Callum on the phone, who is going to hang out with Sophie at Paul's all day (suppose he's not in this episode then). Toadie tells Sonya he can't get access to his emails as the law firm have locked him out. Susan comes in bringing a nice cuppa from everyone. Toadie tells them that the emails organising the attack on Chris came from his account, and that Peter steered the police towards that information.

SUSAN: Can you get someone at work to forward them to you, so at least you know what you're dealing with?
TOADIE: I wouldn't even know who to ask.

Toadie stands up and leaves, saying he'll be back soon.

Simmons and Colbert Law Firm
Toadie passes the receptionist, Anna, who stops him from going to his office. Toadie wants to get access to the computer server, she refuses threatening to call security. As Toadie is about to leave Anna stops him, saying she's going for a coffee break and that sometimes she 'forgets' to lock her computer. She goes off, as Toadie sits down at her desk.

Number 28
Karl and Summer sit down to talk, he tells Summer that Susan has moved out, and is staying with Toadie before she finds somewhere permanent. He assures Summer that she is very welcome to stay and that he's glad to have the company. Andrew enters, asking if Summer's ready, she's been cooking cupcakes for Chris. Summer gives Karl a hug before she goes.

Erinsborough Hospital
Summer and Andrew talk about Karl and Susan's separation, Summer says she might call Lyn later. Aidan passes so they ask him to see Chris, apparently he didn't get a good night sleep, and he's on a lot of pain relief at the moment. Summer and Andrew enter Chris's room cautiously; Chris lifts his head and shouts 'HEY GUYS!' They ask how he is.

CHRIS: I'm great! I am really, really great, now that my third and fourth favourite people in the world are here.
SUMMER: Who are your first and second favourite?
CHRIS: Tash and Bradley Cooper. (Pause) Hey Sum!!

Chris apologises for what happened when they were together, and whispers to her that he's not into girls. Andrew laughs, giving Chris some magazines, Chris is amazed because he loves cars, he starts eating Summer's cupcakes, taking a big mouthful.

SUMMER: How are they?
CHRIS: Yeah, they're really bad, they're really doughy!
SUMMER: Chris!
CHRIS: You can't really cook Sum.

Aidan enters, Chris greets Aidan excitedly and introduces him to Summer and Andrew, asking Aidan for some sausage rolls. Aidan explains that Chris will be back to normal soon enough, it's just the painkillers. Chris waves Aidan goodbye, and then tells Andrew and Summer that he really likes Aidan!

Number 30
Toadie and Sonya are looking at the emails on the computer, they were taking photos of the garage and Lucas's movements. Toadie explains all the evidence is pointed at him which will lead the police to think he was responsible. Toadie notices that he had a meeting with Paul when the email was sent.

Number 22
Toadie asks Paul for an alibi. He explains what's going on and shows Paul the emails. Paul says he'll only verify the meeting if Toadie gives him the exclusive rights to the story. Toadie angrily says he'll never be able to work in the corporate world again, but realising that it's better than jail, he reluctantly agrees.

Erinsborough Police Station
Paul and Toadie talk to Supt. Hayes and confirm Toadie was in a meeting at the time of the email. Supt Hayes says he'll get someone to take Paul's statement. Toadie thanks Paul. Paul says he won't take Toadie's interview yet but he'll still go ahead with the story, exposing how dodgy the firm is.

Number 28
Susan is packing some more things, noticing a picture of her, Karl and Libby together, and taking it with her. Karl walks in and brings her camping bags for her to take with her, the bags he bought for Peru. Karl says he told Summer that Susan was moving out. Susan is hurt, thinking they needed to tell her together. She insists that Summer should come with her, but Karl insists that this is Summer's home.

Erinsborough Hospital
Chris tells Summer about what great a time she missed at Schoolies. He's about to tell them his favourite thing about schoolies when Aidan tells them time up but Chris begs Aidan for more time, Aidan agrees.

ANDREW: Okay mate, tell us the best part, and do not say it was me getting the tattoo.
CHRIS: Pfftt, that was just annoying, the guy didn't even know why I wanted him to write Pickles instead of Summer! The best part of schoolies was swimming with the dolphins after midnight.

Andrew is furious, while Chris continues to talk about swimming with the dolphins.

ANDREW: You deliberately told him to look at the wrong side of the business card.
CHRIS: Yeah, Pickles, like your car. And I'm Freckles because of my freckles.

Chris tries to continue to tell Summer about the dolphins, while Andrew is furious at Chris, as he's working 12 hour days to get rid of the tattoo, Summer drags Andrew away.

Ramsay Street
Andrew and Summer return home, Andrew still angry at Chris. Sonya and Toadie, meanwhile get a phone call that the police are taking Peter in for questioning. Toadie decides to go and find out what's going on.

Police Station
Supt Hayes questions why Toadie is here, while the police take Peter in. Toadie tells Peter to tell the truth, then gets aggressive.

TOADIE: You tell them, you tell them the truth, you scumbag!

Hayes tells Sonya to get Toadie home.

Erinsborough Hospital
Chris sleeps, while Sonya and Toadie enter. Toadie tells Sonya that Chris is in there because of him, Sonya tries to console Toadie.

Number 22
SUSAN: I rang Lyn.
KARL: Without me! Wouldn't it be better if we spoke to her together.
SUSAN: Enough with the sarcasm. We both agreed that Summer should stay here with you, but only while I'm at Toadie's. Once I've got a place of my own, she could move in with me.

Karl refuses, Susan says he's being deliberately antagonistic. They agree that Summer should decide where she stays.

(Later)

Andrew and Summer enter. Susan asks where Summer wants to live, as she's welcome to live with her. Summer tells Susan she's settled where she is and wants to stay with Karl. Susan is clearly hurt by this, but smiles and says the offer is always open.

Number 24
Susan returns to find the police searching the house. Toadie asks Hayes while they're searching his house, Peter is still saying Toadie organised the assault.

Ramsay Street
The police open Toadie's car boot and under a blanket they find a wrench from Fitzgerald Motors.

TOADIE: I didn't put that in there.
SONYA: Chris is our friend; you can't possibly think Toadie has anything to do with this.
HAYES: Well this evidence suggests otherwise.

Tomorrow on Neighbours
Susan tells Toadie that Paul will get to the bottom of all this.
Rhys asks to be reconsidered for the surgical program
Kyle asks Jade if they are a couple or not.
Paul asks Ajay for the exclusive story.
Toadie's car is towed away; he thinks he's out of a job.
