Fashion show venue
Emilia twigs on that Tash isn't a model but reveals that her face seems familiar hence why she didn't have her removed earlier. Tash lies that she is simply there to get her hair done and since her appointment at the salon was cancelled, she gate crashed the shoot! Emilia accepts her excuse but leaves her with a warning of not to lie to her again!
Road outside the Garage/Grease Monkeys
Michael departs Grease Monkeys in a bit of a daze.
Harold's Store
Toadie gets approval from Peter on how high an offer he can make to Lucas and Kyle.
Dial a Kyle
Lou dishes out orders to Kyle and Lucas while he relaxes with a cuppa (the boys are loading Kyle's Ute with paving slabs) as Toadie approaches the trio - he wants to speak to them all. Kyle tells him to come back later - they are busy, so Toadie retreats promising to do just that.
Fashion shoot venue
Tash and Emilia make small talk before Tash mentions her surname and Emilia is impressed that Tash pronounced it perfectly.
Number 32
Michael arrives home and looks through Tash's laptop to see what she has been looking at on her lappy.
Fashion shoot venue
Emilia replies that her surname is Serbian and confirms she was born in Australia but when Tash asks if she is local, Emilia announces that her hair is finished. Tash tries to stall for longer so asks that she does her make- up too. "It will be very quick," Emilia tells her!
Number 32/ Fashion shoot venue
After pacing round the room for a bit, Michael calls Tash. He quizzes her on where she is but she doesn't give anything away other than to say she'll be home soon.
Ramsay Street
Michael gets into his car and drags out a very battered copy of the phonebook. There is a number written on the page he has turned to.
Fashion shoot venue
Tash re- commences the quizzing of Emilia but she doesn't give anything away other than to tell Tash she'd make a good hairdresser!
Ramsay Street
Michael dials a number and asks for Emilia but it's an old number and the person on the other end doesn't know her new one. Just as he hangs up, he has another vision of Helena in his wing mirror but like previously, when he looks out the mirror, she isn't there.
Number 28
Mal is chatting with his wife and during the conversation, confirms that Susan is due home tonight. When he finishes, he chats with his dad about the call to Cath and is told to book his flight home.
KARL: You miss your wife.
MAL: So do you.
He then adds that he isn't leaving though until he knows things are okay. Karl thanks him for the support he's provided in the time he's been here. "So you guys have sorted everything out?" Mal asks and Karl replies that they worked through everything they had do, which appeases Mal, so he goes to see what flights are available next week.

Emilia finishes off doing Tash's make up and they resume the chit- chat about family. Tash tells her about being an only child and that it's just her and her dad too. After pushing her a couple of times for an answer, Emilia replies that she doesn't have any siblings and Tash hands over her card to pay for the work that has been done.
Number 28
As they prepare the meal, Summer and Mal chat about Susan's return she wonders how things will be given how bad they got prior to Susan leaving. Mal replies that Susan is fine although did have his concerns when Karl raced down there. Sum volunteers to spend the night at Andrew's but is told there is no need to. She admits that she didn't like to say anything earlier because she isn't family and is immediately rebuked by Mal.
MAL: You should know as well as anyone that your surname doesn't have to be Kennedy to be family around here.
Fashion shoot venue
Emilia returns Tash's card and receipt to her and instructs her to not crash any more shoots!
Grease Monkey's exterior/Garage
Toadie watches on as Kyle returns from the job he was doing and immediately heads over to talk to them. He informs them that the development hasn't closed down and hands Lucas and Kyle an envelope with something for them to read. Kyle opens his first and isn't enthralled despite Toadie saying he's offered them 30% more than what their businesses are worth.
LOU: That is a lot of cash.
Toadie confirms that it is and drops a big hint that they could relocate but it's immediately dismissed by Kyle, he still seems to believe that the development won't go ahead. Lucas asks Toadie for his opinion and tells them that "it's a very generous offer."
KYLE: What if we say stick it?
TOADIE: Well that's really up to you guys but that is a lot of money mate... I'd think about it.
Charlie's
The trio have re- located to Charlie's to discuss Toadie's offer. Lou seems to be very tempted by the offer while Kyle is dismissing it totally. Lucas has been very quiet about the whole thing since Toadie handed over the letters although does half- agree with Kyle declaring that they all need to stick together (probably more to shut Kyle up than anything else!)
Number 30
Toadie arrives home but it appears nobody else is.
Charlie's
Lou wants to pull rank and make the decision whether to accept Toadie's offer - he seems to feel that they should follow Sonya's lead and diversify but Kyle isn't signing!
LOU: Get off your high horse and smell the roses!
Number 30
Toadie finds a note from Callum and Sonya inviting him to the park for a kick around.
Charlie's
Lou is trying to convince Kyle that Toadie is doing the right thing for them, he wouldn't do that if it wasn't genuine. Kyle seems to think that if he moves, it will make him appear dodgy and Lou's immediate reply is that they are expanding; people do it all the time.
KYLE: This is our place. Okay we just can't give it up like that.
(Lou sighs loudly)
KYLE: Lou, this is our place.
Lou pulls rank and gets out his phone out. While he heads to the other side of the bar, Kyle quizzes Lucas on what he is going to do and he honestly replies that he doesn't know.
Number 30
Toadie gets a text from Lou saying, "lets do a deal" and he breathes a huge sigh of relief.
Number 28
Sum gives her thumbs up to Mal's curry and so does someone else - Susan! Both warmly hug her and Karl comes out of the room and the pair politely kiss on the cheek before making polite small talk about the drive back to Erinsborough.
Karl goes to get Susan's bags and she heads off to freshen up whilst Sum sets the table.
SUSAN: Great, we can all sit down and have a nice family meal together then Karl and I can catch you up on a couple of things.
As Karl and Susan head into the bedrooms, Sum immediately thinks something up but is told to relax by Mal, it's just what they do.
MAL: We'll sit down, have dinner and then they'll carry on about how they've still got things to sort out.
SUMMER: And you really think that's it?
MAL: Nah, nah. Dad will complain how there's no dessert.
SUMMER: Ah but we have dessert.
MAL: I know. See, everything's going to be fine.
Number 32
Tash arrives home apologising for being late home and confirms when Michael remarks that she looks nice, that she had a treatment as part of a special deal being offered but it wasn't too expensive!
Fashion shoot venue
Emilia looks through the receipts and notices one from Natasha Williams. She goes into her purse and pulls out a copy of the same photo Michael has stared at many at a time but unlike his version, her one has him cut out of it - its just Tash and Helena.
Number 32
Tash can sense her dad wants to talk but all he can say is that she looks beautiful! "I know!" she replies before saying goodnight to him.
Number 28
Everyone is tucking into the food and Susan remarks that it feels like she's been away forever! She looks at Karl and he nods his head for her to say something.
SUSAN: Karl and I did a lot of talking while we were away. It's the first time in a long time we've been able to do that.
Mal doesn't think there is much to it and asks Sum to pass him something, so she continues.
SUSAN: A lot of what we covered wasn't new but it was good to be able to work through all that stuff without any distractions.
KARL: It was.
SUSAN: Yes, and I feel like we really made some progress for the first time since... oh I can't remember when we... Well we both know we're going.
(Karl nods his head in approval)
MAL: See, I knew you guys would work things out.
SUSAN: We have.
MAL: Great well let's get on with dessert before dad keeps complaining about.
SUSAN: (interrupting) Mal... Malcolm your dad and I have decided to separate.
Mal looks like his world has just ended and looks to his dad for confirmation of what his mum has just said.
MAL: Dad?
KARL: (nodding his head) Yes.
Commercial break later and we're back at a shell- shocked Number 28. Mal wants to know what happened - he thought they were working things out.
KARL: We did work it out and this is the conclusion we've reached.
SUSAN: Darling I know it's a shock and we're so sorry really.
MAL: You're only away for a couple of weeks.
SUSAN: We were away long enough.
MAL: Long enough to decide to end over 30 years of marriage? Come on, you guys have been through much worse than this. What is this, some sort of culmination of all the bad things that have ever happened to you?
SUSAN: Mal it's not about what we've been through.
KARL: It's about who we are as people.
MAL: Still ending each other's sentences for heavens sake.
KARL: Nothing much will change anyway in the short term. We'll both still be living here.
MAL: That's very amicable of you!
Both of them reassure Summer that whatever happens she still has a home at #28 but the lassie looks just as shell- shocked as Mal and excuses herself to go to her room.
Mal just looks at his parents as the promo kicks in.
