- Paul signing the affidavit for Rebecca
- Rebecca telling Paul their marriage is over
- Paul seeing Rebecca and Michael together
- Paul smashing up a photo of him and Rebecca
Number 22
Andrew cleans up the broken glass remnants while Paul sullenly nurses a glass of scotch. Andrew asks what he can do to help so Paul angrily says he can get rid of all traces of "that woman" from the house.
Rebecca and Declan's Hotel Room
Declan tells Rebecca that India's getting restless so he's going to take her for a walk. They panic when there's a knock at the door, but it's just Michael. Declan leaves them to chat and Michael asks if Rebecca wants to have dinner together later, but she doesn't think it's the right time. Rebecca smiles and says he can keep her company at work tonight, though. Michael reminds her that he's there for her and they'll get through this rough patch. Rebecca smiles again and kisses him.
Lassiter's Complex
Andrew's just finished telling Tash about his dad and Rebecca. Tash asks if he knows why Rebecca left but Andrew says his dad didn't go into much detail. They overhear an argument between Summer and Lisa, with Summer basically telling her that she's a troublemaker. Andrew steps in to see what all the fuss is about and suggests that Lisa leave Summer alone. Summer fills Andrew in on the untrue Zeke rumours, but he gets suspicious when Zeke passes them by and barely acknowledges Summer.
ANDREW: What was that?
SUMMER: We just have to keep our distance in public now.
ANDREW: Why would you have to keep your distance if it's no big deal?
SUMMER: It already is a big deal.
ANDREW: You sure nothing's going on?
SUMMER: Would it bother you if there was?
Tash interrupts them and says they better head to school, but gets her nose out of joint when Andrew invites Summer along for the walk to fill her in about his dad.
Erinsborough High
Andrew gets a phone call from Rebecca, which results in Summer and Tash playing the angel and devil on his shoulder. Tash thinks he should ignore it but Summer thinks he should hear Rebecca's side of the story. He decides to answer it and makes plans to meet with Rebecca after school for a chat. The girls bicker some more and Tash asks why Summer's on Rebecca's side. Summer just sneers at her and says she's on Andrew's side.
Charlie's Bar
Andrew decided to skip his next class and meet with Rebecca early. Rebecca gently explains that choosing to leave Paul wasn't a sudden decision for her - she's been feeling this way for a while now. Rebecca adds that no matter what happens she'll still love Andrew. Andrew doesn't quite know how to take this show of motherly affection so just quietly nods at her.
ANDREW: I just thought we were a family.
REBECCA: We were. It just didn't work out. Ever since your dad's accident a lot of things are different. We tried to play happy families but it just didn't work.
Rebecca says that she'll always be there for Andrew if he needs her, but Andrew just nods at her again before going back to school.
Number 22
Paul is rifling through a box of Rebecca's things when he finds a receipt for a wallet and immediately flashes back to looking at Michael's new wallet while he was in hospital. Paul sifts through the box again and finds a mobile bill filled with texts to the same number - Michael's. The last straw for him is finding a photo of their marriage renewal ceremony with Michael moodily staring at them in the background. Paul slowly rips the photo up with a look of pure loathing on his face.
Charlie's Bar
Michael asks Rebecca how she went with Andrew but she's not sure it went all that well. Michael leans over the bar and says he'll buy her a drink to cheer her up, but Rebecca jokes that she'll do the buying considering she's the bar owner. Paul strides in with two garbage bags of Rebecca's stuff and dumps them behind the bar. He tells Rebecca there's an awful lot of lies and deceit in there.
PAUL: Funny how things turn out, isn't it. Because you're now back exactly where I found you - in the gutter. So how long has it been going on? Well? Don't even think about trying to lie to me again.
MICHAEL: Back off.
PAUL: How did she suck you in? Some sob story about me not treating her right, was that it?
REBECCA: Paul...
PAUL: Mind you I wouldn't blame you because she can be very persuasive this one. Oh yeah, should have seen last night's performance. There was a real Oscar winner [Rebecca and Michael look uncomfortable]. That must have hurt.
MICHAEL: It was one night.
PAUL: Is that what she told you?
REBECCA: Paul, stop it.
PAUL: It's been going on a lot longer than that. See we've been sleeping together for weeks. I am surprised though that you'd settle for someone who's capable of doing that. Best of luck to you. Oh, by the way, here's the receipt for that wallet she bought you. Fifty- five dollars. Cheap - bit like the woman that bought it.
And with that, Paul struts out of the bar leaving Rebecca and Michael devastated in his wake.
First Commercial Break
Charlie's Bar
Michael can't believe that Rebecca has been sleeping with Paul all this time, but Rebecca said she had no choice. She had to make Paul believe she was in the relationship for good. Rebecca appeals to Michael's parental side and says he would do anything for Tash - the same sentiment applies to her with her kids. Declan was in danger and she wasn't about to let him suffer.
REBECCA: I never thought I'd be able to do what I've done, but when it comes to my kids, all my rules go out the window.
She tells Michael that when all this has settled down they can be together, but Michael is still upset. Rebecca reminds Michael that he said he loved her, but Michael replies that the woman he loved would never have been capable of deceiving him like that. Rebecca tries not to cry as Michael walks away.
Number 32/Charlie's Bar/Number 22
Michael throws his keys on the coffee table and slumps down onto the couch, head in hands. In the bar Rebecca wipes down a table, mulling over her messed up life. At the Robinson house Andrew dishes up some dinner for he and his dad while Paul silently stews on the couch.
Tash bursts through the door and starts yakking away about her day, but Michael is barely listening. He grabs his keys and tells Tash he's going for a drive.
Declan finds his mum crying in the office. She tells him that Michael knows she was with Paul and doesn't want anything to do with her anymore. Declan can only hug her.
Andrew tries to get his dad to eat something but he's not hungry. He brings up his chat with Rebecca earlier, which just makes Paul angry. He tells his son to stay away from her because everything out of her mouth is a lie.
PAUL: She's seeing someone else. While I was trying to make things work she went behind my back with another man.
ANDREW: No she wouldn't do anything like that.
PAUL: Let me tell you exactly what Rebecca is like. She renewed her vows to me while she was planning on leaving me. She played us both, son. In fact, the only people around here that you and I can trust is each other.
Harold's Store
Summer finds Zeke and says that them trying to avoid one another is ridiculous. Zeke agrees and suggests they have a movie night at home later. Summer jokingly runs her hand along Zeke's shoulder, teasing him about keeping the blinds closed so no one can see them. Zeke plays along and says they better lock the door too. Of course Andrew chooses this time to walk in and isn't happy to see them so touchy- feely. When Zeke leaves, Andrew approaches Summer.
ANDREW: I thought you said nothing was going on?
SUMMER: It's not.
ANDREW: Are you sure about that?
SUMMER: Are you sure you're not just jealous?
ANDREW: No that's not an answer.
SUMMER: I can't even believe you're asking me this.
ANDREW: Well it was pretty easy for you to be with me when I had a girlfriend. Maybe it's just as easy for you to be with Zeke in secret now. I came here to talk to you because I thought I could actually trust you.
SUMMER: You know what? You can talk to someone else - you're an idiot.
Second Commercial Break
Number 32
Summer returns some of Andrew's CDs to Tash, letting her know that she and Andrew are fighting because he believed the rumours about Zeke. When Andrew walks in, Summer pretty much just pushes past him to leave.
Later on Andrew is telling Tash that Rebecca lied to he and his dad for ages, but won't say what about. Andrew says he's sick of letting people walk all over him, so from now on he's only putting his energy into the people that need him - his dad and their baby. Tash smiles through her guilt. Andrew adds that he's going to be there for everything - including her doctor's appointment next week.
Charlie's Bar
Rebecca's relieved when Michael comes to see her and she tells him again that she only slept with Paul because she was desperate to escape her nightmare situation. She tells Michael she doesn't want to lose him. He says there's a lot they have to put behind them, it's just going to take time. Michael knows Paul's going to make everything as difficult as possible and he's worried about the effect on Tash now that she's pregnant. Rebecca understands and says they'll tell the kids about their relationship when things settle down more. She smiles when Michael steps in for a comforting hug.
Number 22
Rebecca strides in and tells Paul that his little outburst at Charlie's earlier was completely out of line. She accepts that he's angry with her but she wants him to try and keep things civil for Andrew and Tash's sake. Paul scoffs and says Rebecca doesn't care about the kids.
REBECCA: You know I do.
PAUL: Really? Well you've got an awfully funny way of showing it. You and Michael and your sordid little affair.
REBECCA: Michael and I are not together.
PAUL: No but you will be.
REBECCA: ... Yes, eventually.
PAUL: How very convenient.
Rebecca reiterates that Andrew and Tash have more than enough on their plate right now, so as a parent, she's asking Paul to keep things quiet. Paul gets angry and tells Rebecca that she doesn't get to dictate terms when it comes to his son. Frustrated, Rebecca says Paul can hate her all he wants but asks that he just leave everyone else out of it. Andrew arrives home and calls Rebecca out for cheating on his dad.
ANDREW: Who is he? Who was worth wrecking this marriage over?
REBECCA: Andrew can I talk to you about this another time?
ANDREW: No, please now.
PAUL: Michael Williams.
ANDREW: What? [He looks to Rebecca] You and Mike?
Andrew rushes out the front door on a mission. Paul scornfully 'apologises' to Rebecca for not keeping her little secret and tells her to get out of his house.
Third Commercial Break
Number 32
Michael gives Tash the takeaway menu and tells her to order what she likes, especially since she's eating for two now. His happy mood is dampened when Andrew barges in and tells Tash to wait in her room for him - he needs to speak with Michael alone. Tash, though, wants to know what the hell's going on.
ANDREW: Rebecca's been cheating on my dad, that's why she left. And it was with him.
MICHAEL: Right, that's enough [he tries to escort Andrew out].
ANDREW: Do not touch me!
NATASHA: Dad?
ANDREW: It's true. They've been lying to us the whole time. Rebecca lied to me and my dad and he's been lying to you.
MICHAEL: Leave Andrew.
ANDREW: Don't worry I'm going anyway. You make me sick.
Andrew leaves and Tash glares at her dad like, 'How could you?'

(Tomorrow on Neighbours)
PAUL: We're Robinsons. We stick together.
(Tash gets upset with her dad)
TASH: This whole idea makes me sick. You're not meant to do this sort of stuff.
(Tash and Andrew chat at Harold's)
ANDREW: He's such a hypocrite.
TASH: Could you do that though? Deceive someone like dad and Rebecca did?
(Lucas and Mark work out a plan to trap Garland)
MARK: It's just like any other business deal.
LUCAS: Except I could end up in hospital.
(The boys worry when Garland appears suss about something)
