Recap
- Rebecca and Lyn agreeing to a cook- off
- Donna & Andrew's sexcapades caught on film
- Paul trying not to trade banter with Lyn
- Andrew making a copy of the sexcapades on his USB
- Griffo blackmailing Andrew with the USB
Harold's Store
Andrew is uncomfortable when he sees Griffo and his mates laughing around a lap top, but when Andrew confronts them he sees they're just using Photo Booth. Griffo orders his "slave" to get them some coffees.
Charlie's Bar
Rebecca ushers patrons out so she can set the bar up for the cook- off and asks Paul to keep his mouth shut around Lyn tonight. Lyn drops by to reveal that Guy Grossi's sending them a list of ingredients for a "romance theme". She then tries to engage Paul in some bickering but he's showing marvellous restraint (much to Lyn's disappointment). Rebecca congratulates Paul when Lyn leaves, but it looks like the silence is killing him.
Lassiter's Complex
Donna storms up to Andrew and demands to know where the USB is. But he's saved by the bell when Paul asks them to lend Rebecca a hand in the bar - Harry too (who is randomly walking around). Paul and Harry head into Charlie's just as Griffo and his mates exit Harold's. Donna is aghast to learn just who has the USB. She orders Griffo to give it back, but of course he won't, so Donna thinks the only thing left to do is 'fess up to Ringo.
Number 28
Ringo tries to hide a present from Donna that he's wrapping but then caves and says it's a Valentine's Day gift (he's just super organised). Donna's touched and realises she can't break his heart with her guilty secret. They head down to Charlie's to help Rebecca.
Charlie's Bar
Lucas has joined the cook- off crew along with Andrew, Harry, Ringo and Donna. Paul wheels in a TV and reveals a countdown screen on it for the competition (they've got an hour). Lucas jokes that Lyn's probably got Guy bailed up somewhere offering him bribes, but Rebecca panics and rushes out to make sure she hasn't. Donna informs Andrew she couldn't tell Ringo the truth and that they need a way out of this mess. Andrew promises to think of something.
A short while later the bar is packed with singles who are waiting for the cooking competition to begin. Rebecca and Lyn have taken their places behind a big workbench, but Guy Grossi is nowhere to be seen. They decide to start without their guest. Lyn tries to bait Paul again but he's still keeping his mouth shut. Donna tells Ringo she's going outside to keep an eye out for Guy, but sneaks off with Andrew instead.
Erinsborough High
Donna and Andrew creep around the hallway, almost getting caught by a teacher. Andrew reckons they need to hit the filing cabinet in the office.
DONNA: If we do get caught how do you expect us to explain ourselves? Oh I'm sorry, sir. I was just poking around in these files because one day I wish to be a filing clerk and I thought I'd do some work experience.
They enter the office and Andrew goes through the files while Donna keeps watch. She tells him that once this whole USB ordeal is over and done with, so are they. Andrew finds something interesting in Griffo's file but won't tell Donna what it is.
First Commercial Break
Charlie's Bar
Harry wonders if Donna should be back yet but Ringo thinks she's still looking for Guy. Lucas brings the ingredients over to Rebecca and Lyn, and it's all very 'MasterChef mystery box challenge'. They need to make something out of biscuits, coffee, cream, chocolate, milk and flour. Paul chews his nails and tells Rebecca to stay calm, but Rebecca thinks he needs to take his own advice. Lucas starts the clock and Rebecca cracks up laughing because Lyn can't even open the flour packet.
Gym
Andrew finds Griffo in the locker room and smugly tells him the tables have turned. Andrew knows that Griffo's parents work at Lassiter's, so all he needs to do is have a word to Paul and they'll both be joining the job queue. Griffo caves and angrily hands over to the USB. Andrew warns him that he also better hand over any copies he's made. Donna's delighted when Andrew emerges and gives her the USB.
Charlie's Bar
There appears to be nine minutes left on the clock but none of the women have their cakes in the oven, they're still at the batter stage. Less bickering more cooking I'd say, ladies. Donna returns and Ringo thinks she's been trying to snoop for her Valentine's present, so Donna plays along. Meanwhile at the workbench, Rebecca and Paul look cool, calm and collected while Lyn has a tizzy about a lost whisk. Rebecca quietly gloats by whisking her own batter.
LYN: You've got power tools.
REBECCA: Well we in the trade call them kitchen appliances, Lyn.
LYN: Where's mine?
REBECCA: Judging by that cake mix you'd do better with a hammer and a chisel.
LYN: My cake mix is as smooth as a baby's bottom.
REBECCA: Well it certainly looks like it came out of a...
LUCAS: OK, OK, ladies. We're meant to be having fun remember?
Deciding she's had enough, Lyn slathers some mixture on a spatula and flings it at Rebecca. And thus the food fight commences with all the patrons ducking for cover while Lyn and Rebecca cover one another with batter... Just as Guy Grossi walks in the door.
Second Commercial Break
Charlie's Bar
Lucas sees out the last of the singles, promising them they can return once the place is cleaned up. Ringo and Donna introduce themselves to Guy and he ends up promising Ringo a beef recipe. Paul leads a very sheepish Rebecca and Lyn back into the bar after they tried to clean themselves up. Lyn puts all the blame on Rebecca but Guy says he'll still judge the competition. He takes a batter sample from each of their sleeves and has a taste. And the verdict? Both their recipes taste awful. The women are stunned and Paul quickly leads Guy away from their resumed bickering.
LYN: You're just as much a loser as I am.
REBECCA: Oh excuse me. Last time you fed anyone they were hugging the toilet bowl for weeks.
Harold's Store
Harry and Andrew are having a laugh about Rebecca and Lyn's antics when Griffo walks in. He doesn't look happy to see them.
GRIFFO: Cute couple. You should start a boy band.
HARRY: Oh we should borrow your iPod, learn a few tunes.
Griffo ribs Harry about the basketball team but Andrew says his cousin is going to wipe the floor with him. When Harry goes back to Charlie's, Andrew confronts Griffo and orders his newfound slave to leave Harry alone. Griffo's annoyed that Andrew's throwing his weight around because he's got a rich dad, but Andrew just gives him a smug smile and walks out. Bad move, Robinson.
Charlie's Bar
Lucas, Donna and Harry all avoid eye contact with Rebecca so they don't get sucked into cleaning the mousse off the roof. Paul helps Rebecca clean the leftover batter out of her hair. She tells him that she's proud of him showing restraint and not fighting with Lyn today. In the background, Lyn slinks out, looking sad at how couply the Robinsons are.
Later, the bar has been re- opened and Andrew offers to get Donna a drink but she reminds him she wants nothing more to do with him. Not even friendship. She's not putting her relationship with Ringo at risk again. Ringo finds Donna and gives her the gift he was wrapping earlier - he couldn't wait till Valentine's Day. Donna's thrilled to find a book, 'The History of Fashion', but is even more delighted to see that Ringo has sweetly inserted a Donna Freedman section in there.
While they smooch, Griffo quietly slips into the bar and puts a disc into the DVD player attached to the TV Paul wheeled in earlier. Uh- oh.
Third Commercial Break
Charlie's Bar
Rebecca laughs when she gets a text from Lyn expecting her to cover her dry- cleaning bill. Donna, Ringo and Lucas have a giggle with Rebecca and Paul about the food fight when suddenly the TV flicks on and the 'Donna & Andrew Bow Chicka Bow Wow' show starts up. Donna and Andrew are horrified and rush to turn it off (as Griffo slips out the door with a smile), but not before Ringo cops an eyeful. He looks devastated (and verrrry angry).
