Steph working out that it was Lyn's sandwiches that poisoned everyone.
The DHS paying a visit to the Ramsay kids.
Kate is miffed to find that Harry didn't wake her when the DHS visited and Sophie is still annoyed at him too. Kate's night gets worse when she takes a call to find that the showcase has been brought forward...to tomorrow!
Lyn tries to stop Lou sabotaging the milkshakes (he told Jumilla to put extra ice-cream in them to make them taste better) but that however is the last of her worries, when Steph calls to say that it was her sandwiches that poisoned everyone. Between them they work out what caused it - the dodgy wiring affecting the fridge. Lyn wants to keep the news under warps but Steph thinks its better to be open and honest. She initially refuses to keep quiet so Lyn goes for the emotional blackmail route instead.
Steph is now trying to get Toadie to keep quiet about the food poisoning. Like Steph initially, he doesn't want to keep quiet but she persuades him to when they come to an arrangement where he won't say anything unless directly asked.
Kate is still feeling crook so Harry suggests she cancel the showcase but Kate doesn't want to as it will prove the easiest way to earn money to keep them together.
Number 24 (next day)
Sophie is giving Harry the silent treatment when Kate gets up. She isn't amused either when Toadie calls round to chat privately with Kate about the DHS visit but eventually they manage to chat themselves.
He gives her some good news - due to Kate's forthcoming exams, they've agreed to delay the mediation for a couple of weeks and it also gives him time to work on a case explaining why they shouldn't be split up. Kate mentions if he's heard about her showcase and he admits that's great but putting on a united, happy front will work better in the DHS' eyes.
TOADIE: If you can't show them you are a united family well that's going to make things very hard indeed.
Lyn is trying to butter Steph up by cooking her a cooked breakfast to keep her onside but looks like she should have cooked Lou one too as he's threatening to phone the Erinsborough News to say who poisoned everyone! Steph denies blabbing but Lou reveals he put two and two together and has a sandwich (in a sealed bag) too as evidence.
LOU: So, can we start negotiations?! This is a list of all my demands and unless they're met by the end of the day, this (holds up the sandwich) goes straight to the Health Inspector!
Kate is nervous about her showcase and rejects her siblings coming with her so they can sort things out between them. She departs and Harry tries to make peace with Sophie but when she is resistant, he lays it on thick - if Kate doesn't succeed at the showcase, "this family is finished".
Commercial break later and Sophie is making a cake for what would have been her mum's birthday. She vents her frustration out about Harry to her too.
Lyn tells Steph what Lou's (outrageous) demands are and top of the list is to be reinstated as manager of the store. Steph points out that is a good one as Lou knows the place inside out. Number two - he wants a generous pay rise and number 3 is that he wants Lyn's room (the master room which is en-suite). Steph again is all for that because she's got to share a bathroom with him and doesn't like his hairs all over the place!
STEPH: God I just hope they're from his head.
Steph then suggests that Lyn call Lou's bluff by calling the Health Inspector herself and she might get an easier time too by being upfront. Lyn still doesn't want to but Steph persuades her to by promising to help get the Store's reputation back.
Lyn takes great delight in telling Lou that she's called the Health Inspector! He asks to come on board to get the store back profitable again but she refuses and tells him to continue with the cocktail making (he was making one while they chatted).
Sophie thinks Harry is out to annoy her deliberately when he plays his keyboards in front of her. She disappears into her bedroom and Harry resumes after having a quick look (and chat) to their mum's photo.
Ministry of Dance
Kate arrives and immediately spots Jason. He's chatting but someone points Kate out to him, and he goes over to see if she is ready after the showcase was brought forward. She tells him about being ill but is okay now and he reminds her that she can do it; he just needs to see the passion from inside her.
JASON: I want you to be good. Don't blow this chance again.
Commercial break later and Kate gets herself ready for the showcase.
Lyn is cleaning the store to within an inch of its life for the arrival of the Health Inspector (Mr Saunders).
Ministry of Dance
Kate gets a text from Harry saying she can do this.
Lyn is jumpy as anything as Mr Saunders inspects the store and her nerves are shot more when Lou comes in to buy some milk.
Mr Saunders finishes and tells Lyn the news - she'll need to re-wire the store and will be getting a $2000 fine too. There is more bad news too - she needs to close while the work is done, around a week.
LYN: This is a disaster.
Steph tries to put a positive spin on it, she can go visit Oscar. Lyn finally concedes but gives Lou a warning - there better not be any grey hairs in her en-suite or she'll "rip him from limb to limb!"
Ministry of Dance
Kate makes her way into the studio but her mind isn't clear - she's hearing her conversations with Harry (about getting money from dancing to keep them together) and Toadie (that the family need to be united).
Jason starts the showcase and everyone struts their stuff. Immediately he can sense that everyone isn't dancing from the heart so calls for a 5 minute break so they can get their heads together. "I need you to be good" he says staring right at Kate.
During her break, Kate tries to talk herself into being good and gets some extra reassurance when she see's a vision of her mum telling her positive things. Kate tells her what is bothering her and "mum" reassures her that she couldn't be more proud of her eldest and tells Kate not to let it beat her.
GHOSTY JILL: Now go out there and dance. Not for me or Sophie or Harry, do it for you.
Jason re-starts the showcase and we see a much better performance from all. After conferring with the other judges, Jason announces who's made it - and we're left on tender hooks to see if Kate is going to be the 3rd person who's chosen.
(at Number 24)
HARRY: (to Kate) So how did you go?
SOPHIE: (to Kate) We might get split up thanks to him. I don't know how you can forgive him because I can't.
KATE: (as Sophie walks off) Sophie.

DONNA: She slapped me. She ended my career.
RINGO: You are ending your career.
(at Number 22)
DONNA: I sacrificed my friends, my study. Now I have nothing.
RINGO: (giving Donna a birthday cupcake) Happy Birthday.
