Phew!
Gym
Ringo is working out impressively and ignores Declan's request to call the fight off.
Number 28
Didge arrives to give Zeke a latte as he too is working out but doing martial arts instead of gym work.
Gym/Number 28
We cut back and forth between the two venues and despite Didge and Declan's best efforts, the boys aren't changing their mind - the fight goes ahead. Realising that their minds aren't going to change, both hand over letters from Donna to the respective boys.
Harold's Store/Number 28
We hear voiceover Donna telling the boys that she's gone to find her dad to get away from the two of them fighting.
Number 30
Looks like Libby has started to eat for two already judging by the amount of food she is scoffing. She asks Dan how the trip to the gym went and he tells her about the run-in with Steve and that it didn't go down well.
Ben and Callum arrive to hear the end of their convo (about Declan's suspicion that Steve broke the mirror) and to get them off talking about the gory details, Libby enquire what they are doing today. Ben tells her that they are going to a mini-gladiator day at the Scouts and once Dan fills her in on the activities, he asks that she doesn't come because the other scouts will think he is a wuss when she gets all worried and scared. She finally relents and agrees not to go.
Ramsay Street
Callum is trying to get Ben into mischief by getting him to run and knock on the Parkers' door to see if Steve is all bandaged up like a zombie but Steve freaks the living daylights out of them when he appears carrying his washing, to ask if he can help them. The two have lost their voices but after Steve sees they're looking at his hands, tells them that violence solves nothing and to their relief, Dan calls them to head off to Scouts.
Number 26
Didge tries to talk to her mum about Steve while they do the dishes but Miranda isn't in the mood to talk and tries to reassure her that Steve will be fine because he realised (like she did) that they couldn't continue on the way they were.
Gym
The usual gym equipment has been removed and in its place are a few mats arranged for the boxing match.
Susan is chatting to Rachel on the phone trying to reassure her that the boxing match won't go ahead but Declan and Karl both agree that is unlikely to happen. Declan tells him about the tag team with Didge and handing over the letter from Donna to no-avail either. Susan hands over the phone to the newly arrived Ty and tells Karl he can go elsewhere if he continues to stare at her like he was doing but he's staying put in case medical assistance is required. She reminds him why they are having the match at the gym but he points out that there is no such thing as a safe fight even with full safety gear.
Lassiter's Complex
Zeke and Ringo run into each other on the way to the gym and both are still full of agro despite the letter from Donna to the pair of them. Ringo wants them to head straight to the gym to fight but Zeke wants them to fight there and then. Realising that there are too many people about, Ringo rejects that idea but adds that he knows where they can go to instead.
RINGO: No gloves, no spectators.
ZEKE: (giving him the evil eye) Your choice.
Harold's Store
Libby is still fretting about Ben as she heads into the store and runs into Miranda and Didge. Miranda apologises for not being at the wedding (and congratulating her on the baby news) before Libby puts her foot in it and lets slip about Steve smashing the mirror before also adding that he had a run-in with Dan.
Vets clinic
Miranda and Didge creep into the clinic but Miranda leaves to let Didge talk to him and she begins by mentioning that the boxing match is off because Ringo and Zeke haven't shown up. Steve tries to put off talking, saying he is busy so she gets lulls him into helping her with biology coursework citing pregnant brain as the reason she's forgotten previous knowledge.
Lassiter's Park
Callum is having a great time in his jousting battle and is eventually victorious. He hands over the equipment to Ben for him to have a go but Ben is rather reluctant to participate and as if she has ESP, Libby calls to say that Ben is scared because his bottom lip is trembling. Dan twigs she is watching and once he finds where she is watching from, tells her not to reveal herself or she'll freak Ben out even more - he's got to do this on his own.
Callum is trying to get Ben to have a go but the little lad isn't budging but Dan reassures him and a reluctant Ben heads off into battle.
Vets clinic
Didge is impressed at her dad's help but he can see why she has called and reassures her that he is fine. Didge tells him that she is worried about him and he can see that, and they share a half-hug.
Gym
There is still no sign of Zeke and Ringo and neither is answering their phones. Karl tells Susan about the letter from Donna and she wonders if that's why they've called the fight off but Karl points out that is unlikely and the four of them leave to search for the boys at #28.
Waste ground
The boys are in a desolated building site and as Ringo makes his way over to where Zeke is standing, he calls out "what are you waiting for?" as we cut to the commercial break.
Commercial break over, Ringo taunts Zeke that there is nobody to save him now, which suits Zeke fine because he replies that he needs nobody before following that up by remaking to Ringo that perhaps he does.
RINGO: (scoffing) Get real. (Bit of a pause) So, are you ready for this?
ZEKE: Give it your best shot.
RINGO: You know you burnt everyone you used to be friends with. (Angrily) Do you have any idea how many people are going to be happy when you go down?
ZEKE: (solemn) Are you really that gutless?
That's enough for Ringo and he begins the fight by charging the few metres into Zeke, head down. Zeke grabs his head and holds him in a rugby tackle as they move around.
Lassiter's Park
We cut to the park to see Ben standing there scared to fight as the other lad bashes him without reply. Hidden in the trees, Libby winces as she watches on, itching to come out and save him but Dan signals for her to stay put. Eventually, and with a bit of voice-over Dan telling him that he has to believe he is brave enough, Ben starts to fight back but ends up getting knocked off the plinth. Libby's had enough of staying put and runs towards her "injured" son but Ben has the biggest smile on his face as he looks up to tell Dan "how cool was that?" When Libby arrives, he isn't impressed at all to see his concerned mum and after a quick look at/from Dan, she plays her concern down very well and disappears as quickly as she arrives. "Can I do that again," Ben asks before having a high-five with Dan.
Charlie's
Declan arrives looking for Ringo and Zeke and asks Steve (who hasn't seem them) why he isn't at the gym either and after he replies that it was a dumb idea, Declan mutters that at least he realised that. He leaves after asking Steve go get either one of them to call him if he spots them.
Number 28
Susan leaves a voicemail message on Zeke's phone as Karl and Ty go over where they've been looking. Karl is very worried and has a go at Susan for suggesting the fight (especially given Zeke's current state) but she tells him that she has enough guilt already.
KARL: If anything happens to that boy it will be your fault.
Waste ground
Zeke has Ringo pinned to the ground unable to move, and tells him that Donna is fed up being dissed by him. "Just give up" Zeke tells him and eventually Ringo concedes defeat and he lets him stand up but as he does so, Ringo pushes Zeke. Zeke lands in a puddle of water and starts to splutter/choke and he has a flashback to the rafting accident. Ringo can see that Zeke is struggling and genuinely concerned, asks if he is alright.
Number 28/Waste ground
Declan, Didge and Ty arrive to update them on the search for Ringo and Zeke but Karl's mobile starts to ring - its Ringo. Answering the phone, a relived Karl asks where they are.
RINGO: Karl, something's happened.
KARL: What, are you alright?
RINGO: I didn't mean it. I didn't mean to hurt him.
KARL: What has happened? Is Zeke hurt?
RINGO: He's not moving.
There is a change in the credits too - Libby is now Libby Kennedy-Fitzgerald and Rachel's name has been removed.
