Ramsay Street
Sky drives up the street with baby Kerry, and Harold jumps up. She apologises, saying she doesn't know where she thought she was going. He points out that she did come back, and she replies Kerry deserves a strong and honest mum. The police officer, who has been waiting in the street, approaches and begins his arrest spiel but Sky cuts him off, tearfully begging for a moment alone with Kerry. He agrees, but she has to make it quick. Crying, she tells her "little mushroom" how much she loves her, and then hands her to Harold. Now the police officer does arrest her for Terrence's murder, clips the handcuffs on and leads her into the back of the police car. Harold yells it will all be alright in the background. As she is being arrested. Sky doesn't seem that comforted as she is still crying. Does it say Wednesday on Kerry's bib?!
Number 30
Pepper is lying asleep on the couch, when a voice calls for her to wake up. She asks what time it is, then sits up properly, and lo and behold Mary is leaning over the top of the couch. Mary is all sympathetic at the baby making Pepper tired, and Pepper gasps as she looks down and she has a massive baby bump! Mary tells her it won't be long now though...
Pepper suddenly sits up with a gasp and we are back to reality. Rosie tells her it was just a dream, and asks what was it, surely not naked at school, or actually being forced to wear cheap shoes?! Pepper tells her she was dreaming about meerkats, and how much she hates their little faces. Rosie tries to go and make a cuppa, but Pepper quickly stops her asking how this morning went. Rosie tells her no joy, and Sky is on her way to remand now. Pepper is suddenly distracted by the bag in Rosie's arms, seeing she bought bling, and expensive bling at that! Rosie is keeping it a secret, but admits it might be a happy secret. Pepper is ecstatic for her, as she believes Rosie deserves to be happy. Rosie is a little puzzled by her enthusiasm and tells her this is the result of sleeping during the day. Just as they are about to go for coffee, a very tearful Carmella dashes in and they rush to see what is wrong.
Prison
We see Sky have her handcuffs removed, mug shots taken, her possessions checked and bagged. Kerry's dummy comes in for particular scrutiny. She gets given a set of overalls and we see a group of women raising their eyebrows at her and nudging each other. I think they are meant to look rough. And then as a bell sounds she is left alone in her empty cell. Which has two beds though, so maybe not for long.
Number 30
A crying Carmella is handed a tissue as she bemoans that she doesn't know what's wrong with her. Rosie and Pepper try to comfort her reminding her about that important deal she sealed.
PEPPER: And I bet you didn't even have to flirt with them! When I meet someone important my brain goes to mush and...
Her Rosie decides to cut her off, telling Carmella that the point is she is better, and doesn't have to take the medication anymore. Carmella says she doesn't get it, things between her and Ollie are great, work is great, everything is great but she feels so exhausted and so low. Pepper tells her if she stopped taking the meds suddenly she was always going to crash, and she should have gone and seen a doctor. Carmella admits Elle said that, and asks Rosie to come with her. Rosie agrees saying she just has to stop in on Sky first. Suddenly realising both are about to go out Pepper says she doesn't think that Rosie should go because her relationship with Charlotte might make things less productive. Rosie reckons Charlotte can remain professional in front of a patient and so Pepper changes tack and asks to tag along herself.
ROSIE: And hang out in waiting rooms and car parks?
PEPPER: Waiting rooms and car parks, awesome! Come on!
Prison
Rosie, Harold and Kerry are here to see Sky. Harold doesn't think they should do too much legal talk today, but Rosie points out that Sky coped well at the hearing. He thinks that she didn't have time to react then, but as Rosie reminds him, once Sky ran then there was no chance of bail. Sky arrives, and dashes towards Kerry asking if she is ok and has she had her feed. Holding Kerry Sky sits and Harold assures her Kerry is fine and happy. One of the girls checking Sky out before is now watching her with Kerry from a far wall. Rosie asks how Sky is and she says she is ok. Rosie says that next on the list is the committal hearing, where the judge will decide if there is enough evidence for the case to go to trial. Sky asks if there is enough evidence, and Rosie confirms there is. Sky's fingerprints were found on the weapon, and the autopsy shows Terrence was hit twice, with the second fatal. Sky's phone records show she phoned Terrence minutes before he died and that they will argue she deliberately tempted to the GS with the intention of killing him. Sky gets distressed saying that it isn't true. The redheaded woman is still watching, and at this point thoughtfully moves away. Rosie tells Sky not to give up hope, they will fight it, but the fight is just beginning. Looking like she is resigned to her fate, Sky says the fight just isn't looking good. Choosing to ignore this, Rosie tells her that she and Toadie will contact her in the next couple of days, but if there is anything else she needs to give them a call. They all get up and Sky focuses on Kerry, kissing her before handing her back to Harold. Sky slumps down again, and we focus on this as we cut to the break.
Prison
Boyd is shown in to where Sky is waiting, and as soon as she sees him she gives him a big hug. He asks how she is.
SKY: Fluorescent lighting is doing wonders for my complexion, don't you think?
BOYD: Only you could crack a joke at a time like this.
SKY: Are you saying I don't look good?
They sit down and Boyd tells her he knows she is innocent, whatever Terrence did, there is no way she is capable of it. Sky replies no one knows what they are capable of until they are really pushed. She really wants to remember but when she replays events, they stop. She says that she was so angry she was capable of killing him. Boyd is confused because Sky is pleading not guilty. She tells him that's what Toadie and Rosie want her to do, but that he should look at the facts.
SKY: Boyd, I'm guilty. I killed him.
Outside GS
Charlotte leaps up at the sight of Boyd and asks how Sky was. He says she wasn't great, and she tells him that if he needs to talk, she is here. When he refuses, she says only offers because she knows he doesn't really have anyone else right now, but he maintains it isn't her, it's the fact that Sky is saying she is guilty, or at least she thinks she is.
CHARLOTTE: Thinks?
Boyd admits she can't remember and Charlotte asks if she has indeed been charged. Boyd tells her she has, because the cops reckon they have a good case, and she was denied bail. Boyd goes on to say Sky is only 19 and that Kerry is not even one, and as he walks away we can see he has definitely given Charlotte some food for thought here, she looks vaguely guilty now!
Medical/Lawyer centre
Boyd comes in and tells the waiting Carmella, Rosie and Pepper that Charlotte will be here in a minute. She does suddenly appear and tells Carmella to come through, and for the others to take a seat. Rosie tells her she is here for support and walks right in. Charlotte doesn't look happy, but what can she do. Pepper walks over to Boyd, but he is off for coffee. Pepper volunteers to come, because she has only had three, but Boyd tells her that he will fetch one for her. Pepper asks if she smells, but Boyd's issue is with Pepper's dad. Pepper asks why, but Boyd says he is engaged to Janelle, and so Janae is going to be her step-sister. Pepper suddenly twigs and realises he thinks that she hates him, just like everyone else. She assures him that she doesn't.
PEPPER: I'm Switzerland, baby. Neutral!
Charlotte's Office
Charlotte is asking Carmella if she is accusing her of making a mistake, but Carmella is sure the tablets were fine but weren't right for her. Carmella admits she has tried to stop taking them, and Charlotte asks on who's advice, whilst looking in Rosie's direction. Carmella though, says no one's advice apart from her own, and Charlotte isn't happy saying that was a bad decision and potentially dangerous. Carmella says she now wants to do things right. Charlotte explains their relationship is all about trusting each other, and Rosie has to leap in here saying that they both had reservations which they shared with her. They get into a debate about how Rosie's comments aren't helpful and are too aggressive for the surgery. Charlotte says she can't help Carmella if she doesn't follow advice and asks them both to leave.
ROSIE: It's ok, we will find another doctor, and we will make sure the medical board is aware of our reasons for leaving. Doctor Stone.
Prison
Sky is holding a little cuddly thing, which she quickly sits on when she realises she has company. She asks red head what she wants but apparently red head has nothing against her, and asks what her hippy name is. Sky tells her, and red head says she has a hippy name too, sorta. It's Krystal. With a K. Like that bird off Big Brother last year. Sky cuts her off saying she doesn't watch it. Krystal says she will in here because they all love it. She then goes on to give a few pointers, what with Sky being the new girl and all. She shouldn't talk back to any screws or anyone, and she should keep her nose clean. By this she means she should keep things at she finds them. She should also hand over the cute cuddly thing she has, because Krystal is doing her a favour as she knows where to hide it away from the screws. Sky looks sulky, but Krystal says she has kids and knows what Sky is going through. Sky slowly hands it over and is told not to worry, because Krystal will look after it.
Number 30
Here Rosie wants details off Carmella, but Carmella complains that Charlotte has been nice to her. Rosie counters that hairdressers and waitresses are nice, doctors should be respectful and complicated. As Rosie tells her that she must pay a price for not looking after her little sister properly, Pepper is having a quick look at Rosie's bag of expensive bling. She waves it in front of Rosie's face and then opens the bag and then the box in side. As Pepper and Carmella tell her that she should be buying things for herself, Pepper sees what is inside said box. It's a man's watch, and Pepper asks if it is Frazer's birthday. Rosie says tomorrow is his first day back at the race track and she wanted it to be special but the girls aren't buying it. Pepper wants to know why all the secrecy and they decide she wouldn't normally be this happy. They want an explanation. Rosie begins to talk about the medical board but Pepper interrupts saying Rosie doesn't them love them and then they threaten to tickle her. Rosie agrees to tell them.
ROSIE: The watch is for Frazer...because I'm going to ask him to marry me.
Too rather shocked girls as we head into the break.
Surgery
Boyd tells Charlotte she doesn't deserve this as she is a fantastic doctor. Charlotte though is worried about the affect an investigation may have upon Carmella as she is fighting an abuse of prescription drugs. Boyd can't believe after all this she is still putting Carmella first, but Charlotte wants to talk to her without Rosie. Boyd volunteers, but Charlotte can't possibly ask him to do that and she doesn't want Carmella to feel harassed...but Boyd doesn't mind seeing if he can get her to drop it all.
Number 30
Pepper is pacing the living room thinking about all the things they need to plan for the wedding and suddenly asks who the bridesmaids will be. Obviously apart from herself and Carmella. Rosie points out he hasn't said yes and asks Carmella what she thinks. She asks why Rosie is going to ask him, and Rosie says she wants him to know she can't imagine her life without him. Carmella says of course she is happy for her and Frazer is the luckiest guy in the world. Rosie says again that he hasn't said yes yet, but they tell her he worships Rosie and of course will say yes.
CARMELLA: And he'll enjoy never having to think for himself ever again!
Carmella asks what she says when she knows she's going to win a case.
PEPPER: Got it in the bag!
CARMELLA: Got it in the bag Rosie.
And big hugs all round!
Prison
Sky comes in and Krystal says to her gang that it's her new best friend who gave her a present. And she whips out the reminder of baby Kerry. They begin throwing it around and then Krystal steps on it. Sky yells for them to give it back and Kystal says not until she remembers what they talked about, not to rock the boat. As Sky kneels on the floor trying to get at it, Krystal drops food on her head and Sky gets all teary. Krystal is jubilant, saying it didn't even take 5 hours but Sky maintains she isn't crying. Sky tells her whatever her game is, she doesn't have her, and she never will. And stalks off.
Scarlet Bar
Rosie wonders if they will jinx it by celebrating early and Carmella moans about why they brought her. Pepper says because she is paying and they get all excited about a white wedding. They see Harold looking depressed and Rosie and Pepper rush over, while Carmella says they will catch up later. Pepper says he can help pick on Rosie but Harold says there are no reasons.
ROSIE: Well, I'm sure Pepper could give you a few pointers.
Over at the bar, Boyd is telling Carmella Charlotte only wants the best for her. Carmella is distraught Boyd knows the reasons for her visits, but Boyd says she will look after her, put her on a milder dose and phase them out gradually. Carmella says she was weird today and Boyd agrees it's important to trust your GP and suggests she doesn't like Charlotte. He says there is nothing to be achieved in going to the medical board, especially as the first question will be whether she always followed her instructions exactly.
Surgery
A jubilant Boyd tells Charlotte the idea was actually all Rosie's, and Carmella wasn't enthusiastic. Boyd shrugs off her thanks and says once Carmella heard how Charlotte would treat her she was fine. Charlotte asks why he helped her out and suggests it wasn't just professional. Boyd can't answer that one, and Charlotte says the more he gets to know her the more she struggles keeping her feelings in check. They kiss as we go to a break.
Number 24
Pepper brings round cookies for Harold and says she thought he might like company. He agrees, saying Lolly and Lou aren't here and he had an awful night with Kerry, because she is used to her Mum settling her at night. Pepper bets Sky can't sleep without Kerry either and Harold says Mary said she would be a natural and she was right. Pepper is shocked as Mary appears from the bedrooms, saying she will make a wonderful mother.
Back to reality as Pepper wakes up on the number 24 couch, and Harold saying baking must have exhausted her. Harold asks if she is alright after a bad dream and Pepper makes her excuses. She makes Harold promise he won't tell what happened and he thanks her for her company and sees her out.
Prison
At the prison as bells ring and Krystal is being dragged by guards.
KRYSTAL:I didn't do nothing to her! I didn't do anything! (To Sky) You little snitch! I'm going to get you for this! You're gone, piglet! You hear me? You're gone!
