David tells him to look at the positives like a new house and tells Harold he thought that he'd be proud of him. Harold says it isn't about money, it's everything in Number 24 and the Street is people/things that he loves, and that is what he is fighting for. Quoting family references (Madge, Charlene, Henry, Kerry) says that the neighbourhood is story of a huge part of his life. David says that this can then be a new chapter in that story.
HAROLD: David the most important thing in the world to me is providing a home for the people that I love, so they can always feel safe always feel welcome. I thought you'd help me with that fight but oh no not you, no you're off chasing power or respect or something. Well I'll tell you something David, respect has to be earned and quite frankly you haven't earned my respect.
