Recap
Angie arriving to stay and help plan the wedding.
Libby telling Cameron that her and Ben are a package, and if he doesn't like that it's best to stop things right now.
Susan is making plans for dinner since Karl is doing rounds at the hospital. Libby comes home in quite a bad mood- as she was supposed to be having dinner with Cameron. When Susan tries to ask her to have dinner with her tomorrow, Lib rejects her saying that she is to busy. Lib then says that she will put Ben down and storms into her room, while Susan looks at her slightly worried, and accidentally ruins dinner.
Harold is showing his new commercial to Lyn and Joe. They praise it, though they give each other sideways looks. Harold is thrilled and says that he wants to show it to some other people to get their opinions, thanks Lyn and Joe and leaves. Joe shakes his head, and says that he feels sorry for the insomniacs. Lyn then reminds him how much Michelle kept them up when she was a baby, and how many late night re-runs they had to watch. Lyn laughs and says that he used to imagine himself being Mr Ed, since he watched it so much. Joe looks shocked at the fact he'd be trying to get to sleep with 'Afro Harold' in his head.
Harold then takes his ad to show Dee, Toadie and Angie. Angie thinks that it is fantastic, while Dee and Toadie have the same reaction as Joe and Lyn; and when Angie asks Harold to be the 'Master of Ceremonies' they both look horrified. Toadie laughs and says that they better save Harold for Hollywood, but Angie insists. Harold says he will think about it, but he has to go to show Susan his commercial. Angie asks to come along, and Harold looks delighted. Dee and Toadie are left alone and Toadie says that Dee cannot say that Angie is driving her crazy. Dee insists that she isn't.
Susan watches the video of Harold and applauds, and Angie insists it gets better everytime she watches it. Susan tells Harold that he has a lot more confidence now than what he did with the dating agency. Libby looks at it and makes a couple of catty remarks about it, (for example it fits the profile of a late night ad, because it's tacky; only had a small budget- and it looks it too; ) until Angie gives her a look, and reminds her that it isn't Gone With The Wind they are making. Harold is hurt by Libby's opinion, but insists that it isn't totally finished yet. Angie and Harold then leave, and Susan turns on Libby for saying such hurtful things. Libby tells her mother that she wasn't going to lie... but Susan interrupts her saying she doesn't know what made her so upset, but no to take it out on other people. Lib storms off to her room and slams the door.
Dee and Toadie are trying to cut back the wedding budget; like Dee arranging the flowers herself, and ordering a buffet instead of a three course meal. Angie is listening at the door and looks pensive.
Lyn and Joe are trying to think of names for the baby. Joe insists that he gets the final say because Lyn decided on the other girls. They are reading a book of names that Gino bought for them, and Joe asks if he is still trying to compete to be godfather. Lyn shrugs saying that he was just being nice. Joe tells her that he will nail down the godfather when she finds a godmother- and then asks her if she has asked Susan again. Lyn looks into the book and says she doesn't know whether she would do it or not. Things after that seem pretty tense.
During the night Lib and Ben wakes up and finds Susan still up. Libby tells her that he will apologize to Harold tomorrow, but now she feel hungry again. Susan gives her a hug and reminds her not to stay up too late. When she has gone to bed Libby kisses Ben and says that they are a team, and if anybody doesn't like it they can go jump.
Libby is in the Coffee Shop and apologizes to Harold insisting she was being selfish, and was taking it out on him. Harold waves his hand and says an apology isn't needed, and that the commercial still needs to be edited. Libby apologizes again and sits down with Ben. Taj comes in and sits with Libby, reminding her about booking Ben into swimming. He looks at Ben and asks how the little 'Thorpedo' is going and begins to talk to him. Libby smiles to herself
Joe is on to the phone to one of his builder mates, and finds out that the architect has gone overseas and has bought a pool that is the wrong size. He argues with him, and hangs the phone up in disgust, when Lyn comes in with some good news. She has just gone to see Karl, and the baby has moved into the right position. Joe gives her a big hug and says that is the best news he has heard today.
Angie is on the phone to Kev, telling him to haggle- but still get a reasonable price. She hangs up the phone and notices that Dee and Toadie are looking at wedding invites and caters. Dee suggests that they go and have a look for some nice invitations, and Angie insists in coming along. She says that they will have a look later in the afternoon, so wait till she gets back- and with that she leaves. Toadie and Dee give each other a 'look' and Toadie says that Dee can now say his mother is driving him crazy. Dee smiles and says that Angie is not, but she's glad the wedding is soon.
Angie is at the Coffee Shop telling Susan that she has sold the caravan. Susan gasps when she hears and asks why she did it? Angie insists she has to give Toadie and Dee the 'fairytale wedding' because she knows that is what they would want; after all her and Kev have seen enough of Australia. She then talks about evil mother-in-law nonsense and that her and Dee are getting closer every day. Susan smiles.
Taj is watching the movie he is doing for his assignment when Libby comes in. He turns around quickly and stops it, and she asks if she can watch it. He insists it is not finished yet, and Taj worries about the guys calling it soft. Libby tells him that it is intelligent, sensitive and makes people aware- but Taj interrupts with wauss (sorry, can't spell) Libby says that if anyone insults it, she will punish them. Taj then comes up with teacher's pet. Lib tells him to stop moping and let her take a look.
Lyn suggests to call the baby Femina, or something like that and Joe shakes his head. Lyn then comes up with Bella. Joe smiles and says that she is getting warmer, and that name is kind of pretty anyway. The phone rings and Joe picks it up thinking it is the architect, but he then apologies when he finds out it is Henry. Lyn gasps. He says that Lyn is lying down, but will check if she is up. Joe puts his hand over the receiver and asks Lyn if she wants to talk.
Lib says that Taj's clip is great, and all it needs is a name. Taj suggest poverty line, and it gets the thumbs up from Lib. He tries to ask her something but Libby cuts him off, saying he is a lovely boy- but nothing can come out of their relationship. Taj looks at her and says that is not what he was asking, but was going to remind her about Ben's swimming lessons. She apologies and then leaves. Taj sighs.
Lyn is on the phone to Henry, and continues to call him dad. She tells him that they got the video package, and she's been meaning to call. Lyn then begins to sob, when she kept calling him dad, and cuts the call short-saying she'll call back later; and hangs up the phone in tears. Lyn says that is the first time she couldn't talk to Henry about something, and she kept calling him dad the whole way through. Joe tells her that she has to face the truth about the situation- and to stop ignoring Valda. Lyn insists that she has more important things to worry about, like the baby. He tells her that facing the situation is better for her and the baby, and that he cannot face another scare with the baby. Lyn puts her head in her hands and confides that she doesn't know where to start looking for the truth. Joe suggests asking Henry.
Dee and Toadie are ready to leave, and are waiting for Angie. They decide to go without her, but she comes in and asks them to sit down- because she has some good news. Toadie tells her to sit down, because they need to have a chat. Angie looks slightly confused, but sits down. Dee thanks her for being so excited about the wedding, but...Toadie interrupts insisting that Angie should stop interfering, and let them make the decisions- because it is their wedding. Angie sighs, and says that they are right, and it is time for her to take the backseat. Dee and Toadie then leave to look for invitations, and Angie begins to sob.
Lyn tells Joe that he is right, and begins to dial the phone. She says that she needs to find answers... and now.
