Michelle is in the lounge reading Connors love letter. Her thoughts are interrupted by Joe, Lyn and Steph who are heading out to the coffee shop for a caffeine fix. They ask Michelle along but she declines. Steph takes a rain check and tells Michelle she'd rather hang with her little sister and if she wants to tell her what's wrong she can, but if she doesn't then that's ok too. Michelle gets tearful and shows Steph the letter that Connor wrote her,

Joe and Lyn are chatting to Harold about his forthcoming date, He tells them he is nervous, but Lyn says he has no need to be, he's a very special man. Rosie enters just as Joe is telling Harold that he should be asking for her advice on what a woman would want from him as she is in the right demographic. Rosie's says "what the right age group?" Lyn then tells her to ignore Joe he is expert at putting his foot in his mouth. Joe says he will be back to speak to Harold tomorrow to see how the date went. Rosie doesn't seem too impressed.

Steph is reading Connors letter and tells Michelle that it's a beautiful letter, full of vulnerability and feelings, which is a very rare quality. Steph says she has never received anything like this from anyone she has been involved with and that she should think very carefully what she is going to do next.
Lou's Place
Rosie comes in for lunch. Max suggests that she eats with Lou and maybe have a little chat about the possibility of Lou opening his mind to new opportunities. Lou then asks Rosie to talk to Max. He's full of ideas but has little experience, maybe Rosie can help him convince Max to back off a little with his plans. Rosie doesn't want to get involved and advises Lou that the first rule of partnership is communication and that Max and Lou should talk to each other.
Max is messing with the air hockey table when Steph walks in. She is none too impressed that he has replaced her beloved pool table with the air hockey. Max suggests a game. Steph`s up for the challenge, he won't be much competition after all. Max suggests a $10 wager. They`re on. Steph loses, and then declares she has never played before. Rematch? Steph wants to win her ten bucks back. No way Max wants to savour the moment. He suggests the winner buys the loser a drink. Steph says she can buy her own drink thanks. She turns down his offer of a drink and decides to find a pub where she can play a decent game of pool.

Michelle is sitting in class, obviously miles away. Nina comes in and sits at the desk behind, and attracts Michelle's attention. Connor is at the door and wants to speak to her. They talk about the letter and Connor apologizes, it was awful. No Michelle says, it was the most beautiful thing anyone's ever done for her. Connors thrilled and they kiss. Her class all cheer.
After class Michelle apologizes to Nina for her behaviour lately. Nina says its fine but Michelle says she had no right not trusting Nina. They agree to be friends again and Michelle offers to help Nina get ready for her gig that evening.

Boyd has his "friend" Heather over. They chat about skateboarding and cricket and Boyd is surprised to hear that Heather tries to catch all the one day matches. He suggests they go to a game but Heather declares no way would her parents let her go with him, they are too strict. She says its fun keeping her parents in the dark and moves in to kiss Boyd....just then they are interrupted by a noise, its Summer with the instant camera. She says that they make a great couple and wonders what the photo will look like on the coffee shop notice board.
The Coffee Shop
Michelle and Connor are discussing the future and whether Connor will move back into no 26. Chelle tells him that she has apologized to Nina. Joe and Lyn walk in and spy the lovebirds. Joe tells them he is relieved that they have worked things out and Lyn says that their home is his home and he is welcome to move back. Michelle explains how busy she is going to be preparing for New York and Connor has promised her two weeks of hard partying. Connor receives the Joe Scully stare.
Rosie tells Harold he looks very dapper and asks where he is meeting his date. He says that they are meeting here just as the lady herself walks in. Rosie introduces herself to Dorothy and makes her excuses and leaves. Dorothy takes a seat to wait until Harold finishes work. He comments on the size of her briefcase, and she declares it contains a treat for later, and that she was pleasantly surprised by his video, and that he's a man of hidden depths.

Boyd is apologizing to Heather who is on her way out. They arrange to meet again but agree not to kiss goodbye as the paparazzi are hovering. When Heather leaves Boyd has a go at Summer over her constant interference in his life. Summer innocently declares (whilst waving the photo) that both Heathers parents and Max might be interested in what Boyd and Heather are getting up to.
The Coffee Shop
Harold's finished work and is ready for his date with Dorothy. She asks him what he has planned for their evening. Dinner and watching a young friend perform. Lovely and "what's for after?" Dorothy asks, whilst taking hold of Harold hand. Dorothy goes to powder her nose and invites Harold to take a peek in the case. As he peeks Joe is passing and they both take a look before closing the bag sharply. Joe declares that he didn't know Harold was into that stuff.
Harold is explaining to Dorothy that the date is off. She doesn't understand, didn't he like what he saw in the case, Harold explains that there has been a misunderstanding......Dorothy says that his video suggested he was into this sort of thing then quickly makes her excuses and leaves, much to Harold's relief.
Lou's Place
Steph and Joe are looking at the new décor. Joe declares he likes what Max has done to the place but Steph`s not sure. She can't believe Max is selling Jelly drops at the bar. Max asks if she wants one. No she doesn't. He says how can she be against the idea if she hasn't tried them, to which Steph retorts that she hasn't had a lobotomy but she's pretty sure she doesn't want one. Joe's mouth is agape; even he can sense the UST. Steph continues her rant about how Max is ruining the place to which Max replies that last time she spoke she was on her way to find a pub with a pool table, but strangely, even though she doesn't like it, she's back here again. Max declares she can't stay away. No response. 1-0 to Max.
Rosie comes in to collect Lou. He asks her what her opinion is about Ludo, Monopoly etc. She says they are ok. Seems Max wants to introduce them at the bar. Max then approaches and asks her opinion on something of Lou's. She summons the guys together and gives them a talking to. Don't involve her in their disputes and act like adults. She's going to Nina's concert.
