Lou is still insisting that it's standard procedure for someone buying in to get 49%. Max won't budge though. Lou suggests they toss for it saying life's a gamble. Max is rather takenaback but agrees. Lou loses the toss, but Max has played a trick - he reveals a second coin in his hands. He explains to Lou that it's not right to cheat or play games. Lou agrees to amend the contract.

Just then Lou comes up and asks Harold outright if he's trying it on with Rosie. Harold takes offence and says he's joining a dating agency.

Max thanks Steph for filling in on the babysit - he didn't think it would be this late. He says he thinks Summer likes Steph.
MAX: Still, I'm sure you've got better things to do with your nights than play with ten-year olds, eh? Goodnight.
As Steph shuts the door, the look on her face says it all.
Chloe's place
The robbers are...er...still robbing. But eventually they leave. Darcy can't get his hands out of the ties. Chloe says the housekeeper won't be there until 8am. Darcy starts playing i-Spy and even Chloe laughs.
CHLOE: This is going to be the longest night of my life.
(Later)
Chloe is telling Darcy that she's guilty of just working towards the latest acquisition. Darcy says there's nothing wrong with success. Chloe says she's not successful in the things that really matter - like her marriage and her children. She blames herself for the way Mark treated the Scullys girls - she's always delegated his entire upbringing, boaring school etc. Darcy says that she can't take responsibility for her children all her life. Chloe thanks Darcy for being there - she couldn't have coped without him tonight.
CHLOE: I can't think of anyone I'd rather spend the night tied up with!
They laugh.

HAROLD: No, no, no...
