Drew and Libby's Place
Steph is talking to Drew and Libby about Woody and his forthcoming release and stay at No. 26. She wonders where her relationship with Woody is.

Ramsay Street
Tad has left No. 24 and runs into Jess. She offers him a lift to somewhere. Initially he says no but changes his mind and says to go somewhere except TCS.

Drew and Libby's Place
Steph is complimenting Drew and Libby on their domestic bliss and Steph tells them about Flick moving in with Joel and they are very surprised. The phone rings and it is Lyn saying that Steph has to work at the pub. The house phone rings and it is the news that Madge has died.

No. 24
Harold and Paul come out of the bedroom and thank Lou, Karl and Susan for being there. Lou goes in to say goodbye and Susan asks if they need anything. Paul wonders where Tad is and Susan tells him he went for a work. Madge tells them of Madge's lasts moments and her telling him to go to Paris.

Outside
Tad is telling Jess about Madge's last moments and gets upset. Jess offers comforting words to him and then goes to kiss him but Tad breaks it off saying it's wrong and he's stuffed it up and asks her to take him home.

No. 24
Harold asks Susan where did Tad go to, but she doesn't know. Susan offers to let people know. When Karl and Susan leave, Paul offers to find Tad. Harold thanks Lou for being there with him.

Ramsay Street
Jess pulls up in her car just as Paul has come out the front door. Tad thanks her for helping him and Jess leaves giving Susan a look on the way past. Paul wants to know why Tad went cruising with his girlfriend when he was supposed to be upset.

No. 28
Drew and Libby pop round with supper for them after paying their respects to Harold. They say the street wont be the same without Madge and have a toast to her.

Lou's Place
Lou is in the office looking through paperwork but he gives up and takes some painkillers instead.

No. 24
Harold gives Tad and Paul some gifts that Madge left for them - Paul gets a watch and Tad gets a ring. He also speaks to them and tells them to stop the fighting between themselves, and they can handle their grief in their own way.

No. 28
The family are having supper when Karl asks Drew if he can make the wedding. Drew isn't sure if Lou can cope yet as he has been making mistakes at work and with Madge dying doesn't think he can be left alone. They wonder how both Lou and Harold are going to cope.

No. 28
It's late and Harold is sitting in the dark staring at his bible. Tad and Paul come out of their rooms and wonder if they should talk to him but Paul says to leave him alone.

No. 28
Tad has called round to talk to Karl about Harold. Tad tells them about Harold being up late and that he probably didn't go to bed last night. Susan says he probably didn't want to go into the same room as Madge died in. She suggests contacting his friends from the Salvo's but Karl isn't sure that Harold would welcome spiritual matters at the moment. Karl leaves and Tad asks Susan how she is feeling about her suspension from school. Susan tells him she is trying not to think about it but it isn't working.

The Coffee Shop
Jess sees Tad at TCS and wonders if he wants to do some bad things once he's set TCS up. He says maybe later and Jess sees it as rejection. She goes to leave and Tad calls her back to tell her to put things right with Susan.
