Lou and Cheryl have got the house to themselves, but Cheryl is more interested in talking about the baby competition. They need to come up with a caption for the baby photo. Lou suggests that he gives Cheryl a massage, but she says she's not in the mood.
School
The headmistress is berating Danni for putting an octopus in the toilet. She tells Danni she's in very serious trouble and she'd better be at her office in five minutes. Lata tells Danni quietly to tell them that Paco did it, but Danni says that Paco has already paid her(!)
Pub
Lou thinks Louise will win the baby competition. He says he's loving being a doting father.
Phil tells Lou that living with Julie is like a concentration camp(!) so Lou suggests they have a boys' night out.
Coffee Shop
Lata is telling Brett about the "agency" and Danni taking the blame for Paco. Julie comes in and tells Helen that they're having a dance competition at the Community Centre and she wants her and Phil to enter.

Cheryl is cooing over Louise and considering different outfits for her for the competition. Danni comes in with Miss Teschendorff for a serious talk.
Pub
Julie finally catches up with Phil and tells him to come home. Phil is having a drink with Lou and says he doesn't want to! Lou lets slip that he and Phil are planning to go to a game tomorrow night.

Helen tells Hannah to go home and do her chores and her homework, but she's engrossed in a book. Helen says she must do her chores or else!
Julie and Phil come in and find Hannah polishing her bridle. Julie sends her off to do her chores. Julie tells Phil that she wants to go dancing, but he says he's going to the football with Lou.

Miss Teschendorff tells Cheryl and Lou that Danni is being suspended for the time being. If Danni can't show she's turned over a new leaf, she'll be expelled.
No.26 (Garden)
Brett tells Helen that Danni is just taking the blame for the octopus and explains about the "Blaming Agency" where you take cash to own up to things you didn't do. Brett says that Danni is a bit wild but Helen warns him not to try to change her, people are who they are.
In the house, Julie and Phil are shouting about Phil going to the football with Lou. Helen marches in and says she's had enough of their bickering and bustles Hannah out of the house. She warns Julie and Phil to learn to live with each other and stop acting like children.

Lou and Cheryl are interrogating Danni. She snaps at them then storms off to her room.
Coffee Shop Kitchen
Helen is making Hannah a hot chocolate and a sandwich, and some potato wedges too. Hannah asks if they can hang out every time Julie and Phil have a fight(!)

There is a very strained atmosphere over dinner at No.22. Brett and Danni finish their meals and go off to their rooms. On the way, Brett tells Danni to just tell everyone what really happened with the octopus.

Julie is dressed in a short petticoat and is trying to seduce Phil, who is watching television. He's still upset with her about the football match and Julie still can't understand why he wants to go. Phil is exasperated and tells her to stop trying to get round him with sex.

Lou and Cheryl have made Louise's cot look like a propeller plane(!) Lou is a bit frisky tonight, but Cheryl says she's feeling tired.
No.22, the following morning
Danni comes down to breakfast and Cheryl asks Lou to keep an eye on Danni today.

For some reason, Helen and Phil are having breakfast in the garden. Phil tells Helen that he's always felt manipulated by Julie, but it never bothered him before. Now he feels he has to stand up to her a bit. Helen says that Vikram has problems too, so Phil decides to invite him to the football too!
School
Brett tells Lata that he's really worried that Danni will get herself expelled. He's going to tell about the whole "Blaming Agency" as it's getting out of hand. Lata suggests to Brett that they wag school together. Brett isn't sure, but Lata is quite insistent - Vikram is out all day and they could be alone together.
BRETT: Are you saying what I think you're saying?
LATA: Yes.
Shock and horror is written on Brett's face.
