Joe couldn't face work, he's still cut up about losing Sky - watching Sky go was like losing Kerry all over again.
JOE: I keep doing things for Sky y'know like she's everywhere. Y'know like picking up sharp things off the floor so she doesn't cut herself. Turning the pots round so she won't tip things over herself...
Melanie is incredulous that the judge gave Eric custody of Sky.
MELANIE: Eric doesn't know about stuff like... turning the pots over. He doesn't know about the little things like stories at bedtime. Sky is going to be completely miserable with him!
Joe doesn't want to hear it because thinking it would send him to the loony bin.

Toby is trying out a new magic trick, he's been at it for weeks, but Sky kept messing him up.
TOBY: It's a stupid trick anyway - I'm not even a real magician, if I was I'd magic Sky back home.
JOE: Nah, it's a great trick.
