Harold is raving to Madge that he's never been so shocked in his life. Madge says that she doesn't blame Jim - he's not one to take verbal abuse against his family. She says she doesn't condone what Jim did, but she does think that Gail has been the victim of an injustice. She says that she was with Gail during the incident and told Harold what happened - but apparently her word doesn't count for anything at all with Harold! Madge tells Harold to find a bit of compassion and to stop being so unfair. She storms off to work, telling Harold to think about his attitude to other people carefully.

Garage of the Robinsons
Helen and Todd stagger to the garage with the rocks. Harold offers his help but Helen tells him that he's done enough for their family in one day.
Helen sneaks a peek at Nick's painting and is pleased to see real feeling and maturity in his work. She says that the emotion "leaps off the canvas".

Harold is explaining to Robyn what's happened with the Gail situation. They admit that they have missed each other. Robyn says they're sensible people and need not stray beyond the bounds of friendship. Harold agrees that they can start training together again. They bid each other goodnight and agree to meet up for training tomorrow.

Helen says she has thought of something - and it's been under their noses the whole time.
Mangels

Joe explains to Kerry that Mary is a bit funny about the chooks - she always talks about them when she's afraid that Joe will send her back where she came from. Kerry says there's no chance of that because Joe doesn't know where that is. But she sees a look on Joe's face that tells her otherwise.

They are amazed to see Mary feeding five chickens - she tells them that she bought them over at Anson's Corner! She's even named them!
