Des's
Des and Scott are still playing cards. Scott goes off to see Madeleine. Des is apprehensive about his swimming lesson with Hilary!
Mike comes in bleeding from the nose and tells them it was Jenny's brother. Des is very angry but Mike says it no different to the way he carried on after Daphne's death. Mike says the bloke was entitled to a punch.

Garden of the Mangels
Kerry is doing Tai-chi and Joe is laughing at her. She is trying to get Joe to try it out.

Robinsons
Madeleine is telling Jim that she thinks she's being watched and followed by Eric Conrad. She goes to lie down.
Jim asks Scott how Conrad was when they saw him. Scott says they've got no proof at all that Conrad is guilty. Jim wants to see Conrad. Scott asks him why he wants to get involved, and Jim says now it's on his doorstep. Scott suggests inviting Conrad to the Ramsay house.

No.30 pool
Hilary is trying to prise a float off Des!

Garden of the Mangels
Joe says he'll give the Tai-chi a go because he really does want to conquer his fear of flying. They hear Hilary tutoring Des over the fence and Joe gets up to have look.

No.30 pool
Joe comes into the NO.30 garden to find Des floudering in the water. Des tells Joe to get lost. Joe says it's easy for Des to swim up and down a nice safe pool. Hilary says that Des could swim in a river to satisfy the bet, much to Des's horror. When Joe has gone, Des said he almost drowned in that particular river.

Ramsays
Eric Conrad has called to meet Jim and Scott. He says he's never spoken the Madeleine on the phone in his life. He's put his life back together after the horrors of the court case, and now he has a family that doesn't know about it all. He wants to keep it that way - in the past. He can't understand why they're accusing him of making threatening calls. But he puts two and two together and realises that Madeleine has lied. He storms out. Jim and Scott aren't sure who's lying, but Eric COnrad seems quite straight.

Des's
Des asks Mike what he's going to do long-term but he hasn't thought about it. Des suggests teaching and that Mike should do something to take his mind off things. Mike says that Jenny doesn't blame him for the accident and Des says Jenny volunteered to get on the bike. Mike goes off for a shower.
When Mike has gone, Des picks up Jenny's number on a scrap of paper and rings it to ask when visiting hours are.

Robinsons
Madeleine is helping Jim to clear up and helps Jim to adjust his dungarees, much to his discomfort. Jim suggests that Madeleine either goes back to the hotel, or goes to the police. Madeleine doesn't like this, but is forced to agree.

The Coffee Shop
Kerry and Jane are having a coffee and talking about planes. Jane has a pilot friend who will take Joe up.
Hilary is filling in for Mrs Chubb who has been called away by an urgent phonecall. They chat about the funny photo competition and Hilary says that she'd never let such a thing happen to her(!)
Kerry suggests to Jane that they give Joe some training.

Rehabilitation Centre
Jenny and Des sit at a table in the garden. Jenny tells him that she'll never walk again. She's disappointed because she was up for the State basketball team. Jenny apologises for her brother (Angus) punching Mike. Des tells her that Mike blames himself for the accident - he feels like he doesn't deserve a future and Des can't get through to him.
Mike comes in at that point and is surprised to see Des there. Mike tells Des to mind his own business.

The Coffee Shop Kitchen
Sharon comes in looking for Mrs Chubb. Apparently Mrs Chubb has gone to Albury because one of her other nieces is pregnant. Sharon is very excited. The niece has to rest for three months to avoid miscarriage though, so Mrs Chubb has gone to help her. Hilary tells Sharon that she's going to live at Mrs Chubb's in her absence and look after Sharon! Sharon is not at all impressed.

Mangels
Jane is setting up a microphone and Kerry has arranged the furniture like an aeroplane. When Joe comes in they sit him in a chair and put a seatbelt on him!

Robinsons
Scott tells Madeleine that they haven't missed anything in Conrad's statement, but Madeleine isn't having any of it. Scott offers to drop Madeleine off at Lassiter's and she crossly goes to get her things. When she's gone, Jim says he thinks Madeleine has been making herself too comfortable in the Robinson house - he wants her to go.

Des's
Mike apologises to Des for shouting at him. He asks Des if he minds Jenny staying with them while she goes to physiotherapy next week. Des agrees with reservations. Mike says he'll put a ramp up and put a few handles in the bathroom. Des looks a bit concerned.

Mangels
Jane and Kerry are talking on the microphone and then simulate turbulence by shaking Joe's chair. Jane puts an "oxygen mask" on Joe and finally tip the chair on to the floor. Joe is cross and says he wants a refund for his flight(!)

Robinsons
Jim says he's heard that Hilary is moving into Mrs Chubb's. He and Scott chat about Madeleine's work which is very thorough.
There's a loud knock at the door and it's Madeleine in a dishevelled state. They asks what happened and she says, "Eric Conrad" then throws herself sobbing into Jim's arms.
