Paul and Gail's
Scott and Charlene are packing away the game. Paul tells them to come over more often as they had a good night. Charlene is still upset about Scott keeping secrets but Gail tells her not to worry, as it's only a game. Scott and Charlene thank Paul and Gail for a good night and head home. After they have gone Gail and Paul agree that they did a good job in playing the perfect married couple.
Ramsays
Henry is down in the dumps. Melanie has gone out with Gino tonight, Scott and Charlene arrive home and Charlene says she's not surprised that Melanie has gone off with Gino. Henry realises Charlene set the whole thing up and tells her to stay out of his business. Madge tells Charlene she overstepped the mark. She says she may not have liked Melanie but she didn't want to see Henry this hurt. Madge and Henry leave the room and Charlene tells Scott he should have stuck up for her. They have an argument and Scott tells her to go to bed so he can do his homework.
Erinsborough Hospital
Daphne is wandering around the hospital and the matron shows her back to her room. Daphne can't sleep and says she just wanted to see Jamie. Daphne is blaming herself for his illness but the Matron tells her it's not her fault. She tells her to get her strength back so that she can be useful to Jamie when he gets better. Daphne says she has an awful feeling that he's not going to get better.
Paul and Gail's
Gail says it's lovely to see Scott and Charlene so in love. She says she and Jeremy used to be like and tells Paul she thought Jeremy was her prince charming. She says they had some good times together until it all went wrong. Paul says it was the same with he and Terry; he thought it was all going to be so perfect. They agree that what they have now is perfect as there are no illusions or dreams to be shattered.
Ramsays
Scott is doing his homework when Charlene joins him. He says he can't concentrate and she apologises for being angry at him about the secrets. Scott realises Charlene is still doing her best to find out his secret and tells her she's making a big deal over nothing. They have another argument and she tells him if he can't share his secrets then he can't share her bedroom! Henry is woken by the noise and tells Scott he can stay in his room tonight. Scott tells Henry about the tickets and Henry tells him to stop grovelling to Charlene. He thinks he should let her stew for the night. Scott agrees that he shouldn't let Charlene have the upper hand all the time. They both agree that women are trouble and Henry talks about how Melanie broke his heart. He says he never noticed before but she has the weirdest laugh!
Erinsborough Hospital
Daphne is playing with her breakfast when Des arrives. She tells him they still haven't brought Jamie in for his feed. She fears she is missing out on bonding time with Jamie. She thinks if she doesn't hold him soon he won't know who his mother is. Des tells Daphne not to give up hope and promises her that Jamie will be fine.
Ramsays
Charlene joins the others for breakfast and the atmosphere is frosty. Scott is acting like he doesn't care and Madge and Henry tell Charlene that she is making a fool of herself. Charlene tells them to butt out, as she and Scott have to work things out by themselves.
Ramsay Street
Scott gives Mike some money and asks him to collect the concert tickets from the Uni for him. Scott tells him about his anniversary idea but says Charlene doesn't really deserve a present at the moment. Mike says Megan is being stubborn too and won't forgive him for not going to the party. He says he wants to go to Canberra to talk to her but doesn't want to leave until he knows Jamie is ok.
Erinsborough Hospital
Daphne asks Des to go and see how Jamie is this morning. Charlene arrives as Des leaves and tells Daphne that everything is going well at The Coffee Shop. Charlene has other things on her mind and tells Daphne about her argument with Scott. Daphne tells her that there are all kinds of secrets and says she might be jumping to the wrong conclusion. Charlene still thinks it's wrong and tells Daphne that Madge and Henry have taken Scott's side. Daphne tells Charlene she can't handle this at the moment and says she has more to worry about then some silly secret that Scott might be keeping form her.
Hospital Corridor
Madge tells Des she'll stay with Daphne whilst he goes to work. Charlene emerges from Daphne's room looking depressed. Madge comments that she wouldn't have been successful in cheering Daphne up. Charlene wonders why she needs cheering up given that she's just had a baby. Madge tells Charlene that Jamie's sick and Charlene says she didn't know. She realises she made a big mistake in running to Daphne with her problems.
Clarkes Backyard
Mike gets a surprise when Megan arrives. He is thrilled when Megan says she's come to spend some time with him. Mike says he couldn't come to Canberra because of Jamie. She asks why the baby is such a big deal as Des and Daphne are only the people he lives with. He explains they are more to him then that and says they took him in when he had no one.
Outside the Coffee Shop
Charlene sees Henry and tells him she's sorry about Melanie. However she's still sure Melanie was no good for him. Henry isn't interested and tells Charlene that she's annoying everyone at the moment. As Paul and Gail arrive Henry leaves. Paul asks Charlene if she and Scott made up. She starts shouting and angrily makes her way to work.
The Coffee Shop
Charlene is taking her anger out on the vegetables. Gail arrives and asks if she's ok. Charlene says she locked Scott out the bedroom and says since then she's upset Madge, Henry and Daphne. Gail thinks she should make up with Scott and see what happens with everyone else. Charlene asks Gail if she's ever locked Paul out of the bedroom. Gail says she hasn't but Charlene reminds her of the time when Hilary caught them sleeping in separate rooms. Gail backtracks and says it's not the sort of action she'd recommend. She tells Charlene to make up with Scott and tells her she's there for her if she needs to chat.
Clarkes Backyard
Mike is telling Megan about Des and Daphne and how they have treated him like their own son. He says it feels like Jamie is his little brother. Megan doesn't understand why he is so hung up on being part of a family. She tells him once the baby comes home he won't be able to study or concentrate. She says she has an idea; she'll transfer Universities and they can get a flat together.
MEGAN: Leave it to me Mike. I'm going to change your whole life.
