Paul agrees to take part in a deal to demolish Ramsay Street to make way for a supermarket!
Mike and Scott are talking about finding a title for their song. They hide from Charlene and Jane who are walking together.
Charlene tells Jane that they must hatch a plan to find out what Mike and Scott are up to! She knows Scott has the information in black folder, so she sets her mind to getting the folder from him.
Lucy tells Helen that she can't go to school because she's got a sore throat. Helen realises that Lucy is faking because she's got a book that she's dying to read. Helen says Lucy should go to school and telephone her at lunchtime if she still feels bad. Lucy protests that Ruth has already told her that she can stay home. Helen isn't pleased. She explains to Ruth that Lucy always complains of a sore throat when she wants to stay home. In the end, Helen asks Jim to decide. Jim looks awkward and says that Lucy should stay home if she's sick. Helen is clearly not pleased but she doesn't say anything - she just goes off to get ready for work.
Clive says he could go into business organising exact wedding recreations for people who want to renew their vows after many years! Shane comes in and hugs Edna the "blushing bride". Clive has found an old 1930s car for the wedding party.
Shane asks Madge if Henry's mate has been around. Madge says he hasn't, but she'll be glad when Shane moves back in to protect them. Shane, Dan and Clive go off to the pub for a quick drink.
Mike wants to discuss the Middle Eight of the song, but Scott wants to concentrate on the lyrics. Charlene and Jane watch them from a distance and Charlene starts to form a plot.
Charlene pretends to be in pain, holding her stomach, and when Scott and Mike rush over to her in concern, Jane swaps Scott's black folder for a different black folder. Charlene quickly recovers and says she was just feeling sick after cutting up frogs in Biology!
Later at the School
Charlene looks through the folder and tells Jane that Scott and Mike are trying to write a pop song. They laugh at the cheesy lyrics they've written.
Scott and Mike come up and look at Jane and Charlene suspiciously. Scott opens his folder and discovers the switch. He demands their folder back, but they refuse and run off!
Ruth asks Lucy if she was pretending about being ill and Lucy admits that she was.
Jim comes home. He and Ruth chat about how they've both brought up kids on their own after the death of a spouse. Also they chat about how hard it is to find another relationship.
Madge is dressed up for the wedding and is worried that Dan won't be back in time. Edna comes out and says that she can't fit into her wedding dress. She goes off to look for a corset. Helen comes in at that moment with a wedding present, a carriage clock. Edna is thrilled with it. Then Charlene comes in with flowers for the wedding.
Edna finds her corset and Charlene laughs at how old fashioned it is! Edna goes off to put it on.
Jane gives Scott and Mike back their folder. They still aren't at all pleased, but Jane says she quite liked the song. She suggests that they work on the cheesy lyrics though!
Edna has managed to get into her wedding dress and Shane walks her down the aisle. Dan meets her at the front of the church. They take their vows while Madge, Shane, Clive and Charlene look on happily.
Outside the Church
Dan, Edna and the guests are having photographs taken. As they do so we see flashes to Henry's mate walking purposefully up Ramsay Street to the accompanyment of scary music!
Dan tells Edna that he's booked them a honeymoon - the same one as they had all those years ago - at Surfer's Paradise. Edna says Surfer's Paradise has changed a lot in fifty years, but she's sure they can stand the pace!
In another flash to Ramsay Street, Henry's mate sneaks up to the Ramsay house.
Dan and Edna thank Madge and Clive for helping them so much with sorting out their problems. As they drive off in the car, Edna tosses her bouquet and Clive catches it!
CLIVE: Maybe there's hope for me yet!
Garden of the Robinsons
Jim and Ruth see Henry's mate on the balcony of the Ramsay house. Jim challenges him and asks if he can give Madge and Charlene a message for him.
Mike and Scott are trying to compose a song, much to the disgust of Lucy who is trying to read. Jim comes in and tells Scott to get on with his homework!
In the kitchen, Jim tells Ruth that Lucy has turned out well considering she's grown up without a mother. Ruth comments that children really do need two parents.
Madge and Charlene have arrived home. Madge notices that Helen's carriage clock has disappeared from the table. They realise that they've been robbed - all the wedding presents have gone!
