David is bemused to hear that he died in a plane crash ten years previously. The intervening time has been a blur. Toadie suggests the same thing might have happened to him as to Harold.
DAVID: What? Losing my memory and living in Tasmania?
Sonya suggests he get checked out by Karl, and David is surprised he's living with Susan.
DAVID: Next you'll be telling me that Paul Robinson is a pillar of the community and Sky's a responsible adult.
SONYA: Well, he's the Mayor.
DAVID: Get out...
TOADIE: She's got two kids.
They tell him it's 2014 and he assumes it's a Timmins / Rebecchi prank, and goes to look for Janelle.
Outside No 26
Bailey meets Mason and Hope and he asks his brother about Darwin. Mason replies that there are less undead. Bailey says that what's happening is scientifically impossible, but... he'd aim for the head.

Bailey and Hope find Stingray in the kitchen, apparently with blood all round his mouth. He's annoyed because his room's all messed up and his snacks are gone. Bailey stares at him.
STINGRAY: It's ketchup. Relax.
HOPE: You do realise why everything's different though, yeah?
STINGRAY: Yeah! Dylan. Caketaker! I'll kill him.
Hope explains to him that he died years ago from an aneurysm. Bailey comments that they are not getting through to him, and Stingray thumps him, which hurts.
STINGRAY: Tell me this, can a dead person thump you in the arm?
BAILEY: That's not necessary, man.
HOPE: But the undead could.
Stingray's not impressed by the idea, and leaving the two "hufters", goes to find Toadie.

Toadie answers the door to Paul, who says there'd been strange reports at the council of people being where they shouldn't be. They hear David's voice coming from inside the house and Paul insists he needs medical attention.
PAUL: It's been a strange night. Just get him to the hospital will ya? Sooner rather than later.
Inside, Sonya asks Toadie what Paul wanted.
DAVID: You can tell him I want compensation for that flight.
There's a knock at the side door. It's Stingray.
STINGRAY: Holy crud. Davo!
DAVID: Yeah. I'm dead. I've heard.
Stingray and Toadie hug, and Sonya introduces herself. Toadie finds it unbelievable that there are two of them. Hope and Bailey arrive and tell Toadie that there's Robbo as well. Toadie wonders what's happening.
HOPE: Isn't it obvious?
DAVID: We're really...
STINGRAY: ...zombies! Yes!
No 32
Hope and Mason look into the kitchen, which is a mess. Amber arrives, and scoffs at the idea of the undead. Matt is standing by the window with his back to them.
AMBER: Dad, can you please tell Mason to stop with all of this stupid stuff about Robbo? Dad? Dad!
She puts her hand on his shoulder and he turns round and he's a zombie! Robbo appears and asks her what's up. She screams.
