The Waterhole
Aaron objects to Rhett's suggestion that he's backing out of telling their daughters about their relationship. But Rhett says it's a problem if Aaron doesn't trust him. Aaron insists that he does trust Rhett.
AARON: All I'm suggesting is that Andrew's behaviour has affected you more than you realise.
RHETT: It's a little bit more than a suggestion, Aaron. Look, telling the girls we're official is not a good idea if we're not solid.
AARON: But we are.
Rhett suggests they 'park this' for now and says he needs some air. He says he thinks they should leave the topic until they can think more clearly about it, and walks out.
Harold's Café
Andrew and Wendy are finishing their cake. Holly comes in and avoids eye contact, but Wendy calls over to her and asks how work went. Holly says it was good, but that she's ready for bed. Wendy offers her a lift back to Ramsay Street, but Holly says she has to swing by the hotel before she goes home, because the payroll system is glitching and she needs to manually enter her timesheet.
Wendy goes to the bathroom, and Andrew thanks Holly for coming up with an excuse not to get a lift with them - but Holly says her reason was legit. She mentions that Rhett came in a few times to the pub while she was on shift to talk to Aaron, but doesn't mention Rhett's allegations about their kiss.
Andrew declares Rhett 'an odd one', and mentions that he was standoffish when he came in here before. But Andrew does admit he 'wasn't that nice' to Rhett the other day when he stopped him for the seatbelt infraction.
HOLLY: Maybe he was just 'hangry'. I know the feeling.
Andrew smiles at her awkwardly, and after some lingering glances between them, Holly heads to the counter to get a 'sugar hit'. We go in close on her looking conflicted.
Lassiter's Hotel
In the office, Paul, Terese and Krista are all salivating over various items of expensive jewellery that have been delivered ahead of the expo.
KRISTA: I'm a sucker for a brilliant cut diamond.
There's some obnoxious discussion about the merits of different types of diamonds (because these are high- powered, high- flying business types, don't you know?) although Krista and Terese stare at Paul in surprise when he demonstrates his own expertise.
PAUL: What? So I've bought a few engagement rings!
Holly comes in to deliver her timesheet, and is very impressed with the gems. She goes to touch one of the half- a- million- dollar necklaces, but Krista slaps her hand away!
HOLLY: Sorry. Natural impulse.
Krista explains that these particular items are going to be used in a photoshoot tomorrow, and the only person who will be coming into contact with them is the model they have booked.
The Waterhole
Aaron has closed up the pub and sits alone at the bar, brooding. Leo comes in to join him, having been summoned for a chat and a drink. Aaron confides in him about his problems with Rhett.
AARON: He reckons he saw something that's just, like... it's impossible. And he's upset that I didn't believe him.
LEO: Well, do you feel justified?
AARON: Yeah, but he thinks that I'm the one with a rap sheet for jumping to conclusions. And, look, he's not wrong about that. But he *is* wrong about this.
Leo advises that Aaron needs to find a way to hear Rhett, but stay authentic to himself.
Lassiter's Hotel
The next morning, Krista removes the expensive jewellery from the safe in the office where it has been stored overnight. A security guard is present in the room, and Krista reports to Paul that the model and the photographer are both on their way.
Paul asks how Krista and Annalise have been going working together. Krista reports they've been getting on really well and have really hit their stride. Holly comes in, saying she made a mistake on her timesheet, so she's brought another copy. Krista remarks that the payroll system is back online now and guesses that Holly has only come in to snatch another glimpse of the expensive jewellery. Holly doesn't deny it.
Paul and Krista head off with the security guard to meet the photographer who has just arrived. As Holly puts her timesheet in the tray, the phone rings and being the only one left in the office, she answers it. It's the modelling agency, wanting to know how long the photoshoot will take. Holly has a bright idea.
HOLLY: You know what? I'm really glad you called. Because we actually don't need her anymore... That's right. I'm cancelling the model for today's photoshoot.
Downstairs in the Piano Bar, the stage is being set for the photoshoot, with Annalise managing things while Paul and Leo mill around. In the day spa, Sadie is excited to be doing the makeup for the shoot and enthuses to Holly about it. Krista comes in, on the phone to the modelling agency. The model now isn't coming (unbeknownst to Krista, as per Holly's instructions) and Krista puts it down to crossed wires.
Annalise says she can't reschedule the shoot, as everyone's here - so they'll have to pay the photographer whatever happens. Holly takes the opportunity to put her plan into action.
HOLLY: If you guys need a fill- in model, I'm not working. I'd be happy to do it.
SADIE: Yeah, Holly was my trial model for the makeup looks. There'd be no delay getting her ready.
Annalise and Krista seem open to it, so Paul reluctantly agrees - but warns Holly to listen to what she's told, and 'no backchat'! Annalise tells Holly she's hired, and Holly squeals with delight! She goes off to get into costume.
Harold's Café
Rhett has come for a chat at Aaron's request. Aaron apologises for shutting Rhett down over the supposed kiss he saw between Andrew and Holly.
AARON: I just can't imagine my friends doing what you saw - but look, if you're sure of it (...) if you want to speak to Andrew, I'm with you all the way.
RHETT: Look, whatever I saw or didn't see, it's none of our business. Let's just leave it.
AARON: Really?
RHETT: Yeah. As far as I'm concerned, this is the last time we talk about it.
Aaron seems relieved.
AARON: And what about the plans to tell the girls about us?
RHETT: Honestly, I'm still not sure.
AARON: I see... Rhett, I know I'm not perfect. But I promise you, I am committed to us. If it's a tea party for two, Isla and I will understand. But I'm gonna make space for four, just in case.
Rhett doesn't answer...
Ramsay Street
It's a misty day as Wendy and Andrew greet Terese in the street. Terese updates them on the modelling shoot; Andrew and Wendy enthuse about how excited Sadie has been about it. Max turns up, back from a run, and tells them all that Holly got a sneak peek at the jewellery last night and that it 'looked next- level'.
Terese concurs, and so Wendy suggests to Andrew that they head to the Piano Bar and watch the shoot. She's sure Krista won't mind them being there to support Sadie.
Piano Bar
Holly is all glammed up wearing the expensive jewellery and a posh dress. The photoshoot is underway, while Annalise, Krista, Paul and Leo mill about watching, Sadie assisting where required. Wendy and Andrew turn up, and Andrew is struck by the sight of Holly as he walks in. She makes eye contact across the room...

Aaron has set four places at the tea party, but only he and Isla are here so far - as well as some of Isla's stuffed toys. Isla wants to know when Tilly and Rhett are getting here. Aaron manages her expectations, saying he's not entirely sure they'll be able to make it.
AARON: But even if they don't, we're gonna have lots of fun, okay?
ISLA: You're not as fun as Tilly.
AARON: I know. But I can try.
However at this point, Rhett and Tilly turn up. Tilly gives Isla a big hug, and Rhett has even brought some of Isla's favourite rainbow cakes. He kisses Aaron, then goes to join Tilly and Isla as they play. Aaron looks relieved.
Piano Bar
Holly is still doing the photoshoot, and is now in a scarlet dress with matching gems. Annalise takes a moment alone with Leo to thank him again for not telling Krista about Annalise making a move on him the other night, before she realised who he was. Leo tells her not to feel awkward about it.
ANNALISE: I'm just so embarrassed for hitting on you.
But Krista has of course appeared behind them.
KRISTA: You did what?!
Annalise tries to explain it was just a misunderstanding, and Leo backs her, saying he made a choice not to say anything about it. Paul turns up and asks if there's a problem. Krista walks out, upset.
Lassiter's Hotel
Krista is moping in Paul's office when Holly turns up, saying she's forgotten to give the jewellery she's wearing back to the security guard. Holly takes the opportunity to check in with Krista, saying Leo has explained to her what happened with Annalise and that it sounds pretty innocent. Krista understands that nothing happened but 'just needed a minute'.
With the shoot over, Krista asks Holly to take the jewellery off, and then she can get changed and go home. But at this point, a call comes from reception and Krista has to dash off. She asks Holly to put the jewellery in the safe before she leaves the office.
KRISTA: You just have to press the hash key after you close it.
But Holly is in no hurry to take the gems off and now she's alone, she closes the door to the office, takes off the red dress and begins taking saucy selfies with the jewellery still on...
Harold's Café
Paul and Terese are talking about the success of the modelling shoot. Paul is pleased that Krista and Annalise are working well together. He thinks they might make quite a good management team if Paul and Terese are going to spend more time in New York.
TERESE: Okay - umm, about that? Let's do it.
PAUL: Are you sure? I mean, if you're still going back and forth in your mind...
TERESE: No, no - I just needed some time to settle into the idea. But we'll make it work.
Paul is thrilled, and says Terese has made his day.

The tea party continues, as Rhett and Aaron watch Isla and Tilly playing from the kitchen.
AARON: Should we do it?
RHETT: Yes.
They go over to join the girls, who are no longer answering to their normal names!
ISLA: I'm Princess Snowflake.
TILLY: And I'm Fairy Ninja- Glitter.
ISLA: You can't be Dadda here.
AARON: Dadda? Who's Dadda? No, I'm... I'm Cuddly Bear Esquire.
RHETT: And I'm Lord Bunny Stripes. May we have a sandwich?
AARON: (...) Your Majesty - and Miss Ninja- Glitter - Bunny Stripes and I have something that we would like to tell you.
ISLA: Yes?
AARON: Well, we like having tea parties too. In fact we have had quite a few, and we would like to be... boyfriends.
TILLY: For real?
ISLA: For real, Dadda?
AARON: Is that okay?
ISLA: Yes.
TILLY: Yes.
ISLA (to Rhett): Will you be my new Daddy David?
RHETT: Well, I will never replace Daddy David, because he was very special. But if you're willing to have me around, maybe I can be the next best thing?
Isla nods, smiling. Aaron looks emotional.
Harold's Café
Now back in her civvies, Holly is scrolling through the saucy selfies that she took in the office. Sadie comes in behind her and catches her in the act.
SADIE: You little minx!
HOLLY: Shh!
SADIE: When did you take those?
HOLLY: After the photoshoot.
SADIE: Oh, they must have had a really good makeup artist, cos you look great! Max is gonna have no words when you send him those (...) He's a lucky guy.
But as Sadie scrolls through the photos, Holly's smile fades...

Over a glass of wine, Wendy is enthusing to an uncomfortable Andrew about how amazing Sadie made Holly look for the photoshoot. Andrew agrees that he's very proud of Sadie.
WENDY: You know, I like getting older. But seeing Holly all glammed up and glowing - it's made me really wistful about my youth.
ANDREW: You're not old. And you're as stunning as any twentysomething.
WENDY: I love you for seeing that in me. But Holly has that... 'x' factor. You know, there's something about her, right?
ANDREW: Hmm... I think you're forgetting about Wild Wendy. She had a lot of attitude.
WENDY: Yeah, well, I wasn't very wild for long. And you know, I wish I'd been more like Holly. More spontaneous.
ANDREW: Leads to trouble.
WENDY: It led to a modelling job today. I would never have had that confidence, to just put my hand up. And she just goes for it.
ANDREW: Yeah. Yeah, I guess she does.
The Waterhole
Annalise, Leo and Krista are having drinks. Annalise asks if she and Krista are now okay after what she overheard earlier. Krista wishes they'd told her, but doesn't seem unduly worried, and Leo takes responsibility for deciding not to raise it.
KRISTA: I know what it's like to hide a kiss that didn't mean anything. (to Annalise) It's a long story.
ANNALISE: Oh, I won't ask.
KRISTA: Look, I don't want us to go back to being at each other's throats.
ANNALISE: I do not want that either (...) There is one thing I cannot figure out, though, and that is Paul.
KRISTA: Yeah. He was strangely supportive today.
ANNALISE: It's like, one minute he's pitting us against each other -
KRISTA: Testing us.
ANNALISE: ...and then the next, he's happy when we're getting along.
LEO: Yeah, I don't think anyone's ever cracked the enigma that is Dad.
ANNALISE: Lucy did always say that he was born with an agenda.
KRISTA: You know, we never got that explanation about why he wants the Bronze Bell so badly.
They all wonder whether Paul is up to something...

Holly is hanging out with Max while he cleans the pool. Max is wishing Holly had invited him down to the photoshoot, but she says it all happened really quickly.
MAX: My girl, the model.
Holly offers to show him some photos on her phone, but we soon see that they are only photos taken during the shoot itself - not the saucy snaps that Holly took later - and when Max asks if there are any more, Holly tells him no. But she will get an early look at the official shots once they are sent over. Max jokes that she should sign one of them for him. But Holly looks conflicted as he moves away...
Lassiter's Hotel
In Paul's office, Krista opens the safe, and is concerned to find it empty! She begins frantically searching drawers as Annalise comes in.
KRISTA: Did you move the jewels?
ANNALISE: What?!
KRISTA: I can't find them.
They both stare in horror into the empty safe.
KRISTA: The jewellery's gone!
