Outside Eirini Rising
Terese is too stunned to find the right words.

JANE: This is so...so very embarrassing.

Terese agrees that's the case for both of them. Terese points out this is out of character for Jane. Jane admits they've been together for a few weeks and planned to be honest. Terese isn't so sure, she thinks Jane came clean as she got caught out! She realises this was why Jane defended Clint. Jane spent time with him the night before.

JANE: We were having a very intense conversation.

Jane hasn't told her children, and Clint has been there when Terese was there. Terese realises she was there to talk about the thefts. Terese is shocked as she realises who has been using Room No. 304!

TERESE: You have been using my business as a place to hook up!
JANE: I'm not proud of it.
TERESE: How could you?

The Waterhole
Aaron is serving and making sure no one is roofied. Holly doesn't think they'd do it again here. Aaron has asked Krista to supply more staff on the busy shifts. Holly asks for a job as she needs one. She's not keen on working at the Tram as the working wage isn't great! She wants to prove herself after the Piano Bar mistake. Aaron offers her a trial shift that evening. Holly is ecstatic and they high five.

Erinsborough High
Jane is telling Clint about Terese's reaction. Clint puts it down to Terese acting out of surprise. Jane admits that Terese doubted Jane's judgement over Clint being the thief. She told Terese Clint and herself were chatting for a long time on the phone the night before. Clint ended the call to pick up a gold leaf limited edition of ‘Pride and Prejudice' for Jane. She is thrilled with it.

CLINT: I couldn't resist.

She doesn't want to hurt his feelings but checks he isn't trying to tell her he's innocent. He is disbelieving she would consider him to be the thief. She stammers as she tries to reassure him.

JANE: You don't have to prove anything to me.
CLINT: I don't think Terese feels the same way.

Clint thinks he will be the suspect again as Jasmine is in the clear. Jane reluctantly agrees and promises to talk to Terese when she's not so angry.

JANE: I don't want her thinking it's you.

No.32
Max is grateful for Andrew bringing him home. Andrew promised to make sure he's safe. Holly is worrying about her limited knowledge about cocktails and Sadie reassures her she'll be fine. Byron teases Holly about free drinks, Holly refuses for her trial shift. Byron invites Max but he's planning an early night.

Sadie calls Andrew over for a quiet word. She wants to know why he's spending time with Max. Andrew was going that way and offered to give Max a lift home. Sadie is surprised as that's not something Andrew usually does.

The Waterhole
Music plays as Holly cleans the bar. She turns around to sort out the glasses. Someone expertly pours a drink over the bar and lights a match. Holly is horrified when she turns around and sees Roxy who she hasn't met before. She blows out the match.

HOLLY: What are you trying to do to my bar?
ROXY: This bar has seen far worse.

Holly doesn't want her to set fire to The Waterhole and tells her to leave. Roxy tells her that she made her signature drink this way. Holly is going to find Aaron. Aaron and Roxy enthusiastically greet each other. Holly demands an explanation! Aaron introduces them. Roxy pouts as Aaron tells her that cocktail is a bad idea!

No.24
Byron is packing away some snacks. Nicolette arrives and isn't impressed as they're intended for Isla's lunch. Byron asks for some for nibbles and drinks and Nicolette agrees to a few. Jane calls a family meeting. She wants to give them the news before everyone else finds out.

JANE: I have a lover.

Byron guesses it's Clint. Nicolette reminds her that she was determined not to date the staff. Jane had second thoughts as they had a strong connection. She tells them that Clint is sensitive and intelligent. Nicolette wants more details, but Byron would rather not know! She tells them what happened with Terese. Nicolette and Byron think it's odd that Terese should have a problem. Jane is shocked when she gets a text.

JANE: Terese fired Clint.

Eirini Rising
Clint is defending himself and pointing out the has been pushing for cameras. Jane doesn't think it's fair to let Clint go with no evidence to back this up. Terese is firing Clint due to their behaviour in the apartment. Jane reminds Terese she put Gino's life in danger. Terese points out she got the sack.

TERESE: Because of past situations I have to protect my residents!
CLINT: We were thoughtless.

Clint promises there won't be a repeat performance. Terese is determined to stand her ground. Jane thinks Terese should give Clint another chance as Terese has had several. Terese stops her and tells them both to leave.

No.32
It is now later in the evening. Byron, Sadie and Max toast to getting free drinks. They are also enjoying Isla's ‘schnacks'. Sadie hands Max another beer. Max checks it and Sadie tells him it's unnecessary. He's cautious as someone is spiking drinks. Byron points out it didn't happen to Max.

Andrew turns up and Sadie isn't too keen. He is ‘in the neighbourhood' and wants to check everyone is ok. Sadie takes him to the side for a quiet word. She is wondering why he keeps checking on them and isn't keen on his choice of words.

ANDREW: Can't a Dad visit his favourite daughter?

Sadie gets it but tells him he's being clingy. She promises a walk the next day and asks him to go.

SADIE: You're killing the vibe.

Max doesn't say anything but realises Andrew is checking on him.

Terese arrives home and Roxy enthusiastically greets her. Nell was surprised, Terese thought Roxy was arriving the next day. She decided to come from Darwin today as she was excited about this. Kyle will be ok looking after Jhett for a few weeks whilst Roxy helps out Terese. Kyle is also going to send videos each day. Roxy is helping Terese out at Eirini Rising as she has a lot on. Terese had planned to ask Nell that night, but Roxy arrived early! Nell is happy with this. Roxy wants an update on everything going on.

Aaron is telling Nicolette what happened with Holly and Roxy.

NICOLETTE: Roxy and Holly in the same room is a scary thought.
AARON: They are kind of similar, aren't they?

Jane arrives home; they have saved leftovers for her. She doesn't really feel like eating. Nicolette wants an update, and Aaron wants to know what's going on. Nicolette makes a jab at Aaron for not telling her. Jane explains she asked Aaron to keep quiet. Aaron wants to know why Clint got the sack.

JANE: We've had trouble...finding places to...catch up.

Nicolette and Aaron catch on and start laughing!

NICOLETTE: Who says we're not alike?

Jane doesn't find it so amusing! Aaron thinks it will be ok when things blow over. Aaron wants to invite Clint to dinner. Jane agrees if they ‘behave like civilised adults'!

No.32 Backyard
It's now the next morning. Holly arrives and they ask why she didn't come over after her evening shift. She was worn out and tells them about what happened with Roxy. Max tells Holly he and Roxy are cousins. Holly tells him Roxy is working with Terese but isn't that interested. Holly has got the job so won't be able to attend her spa treatment. Max is being cautious about his croissant. Holly offers her appointment to Max. He already gets free manicures living here. Sadie tells him it's a holistic hand treatment aimed at helping with stress and anxiety.

Max is noncommittal and goes to head off. Holly catches up with him and points out he needs to go back to the Complex at some point. Max agrees to the treatment.

No.22
Terese thinks she might have been a hypocrite, but Roxy thinks Jane should just accept Terese's decision. Terese isn't sure how they can carry on working together and being friends. Terese isn't sure who else could be stealing the products. Roxy thinks Jane should apologise as Nell listens in. Terese is doubtful.

ROXY: This guy must really have a hold on her.

Roxy thinks the guy is 8 but Nell tells her he's actually a 9 then a 10. Roxy now thinks Terese should apologise! She reminds Terese about her and Paul TITTNL in the workplace! Terese reminds Roxy that Nell is present. Roxy jokes about them going to the movies instead of school. Roxy promises to behave at work.

ROXY: Let's hope it's a condom free situation.

Lassiter's Spa
Max says the hand treatment is helping to relax him. Sadie is learning a new treatment. Max thinks Sadie should do the same for her family as he thinks Andrew has a lot going on with her job. Sadie sometimes gives them treatments.

SADIE: He's quite overbearing at the moment.

Sadie isn't very impressed. Max finds his Dad behaves in the same way. Max realises they both have caring fathers and Sadie agrees. Sadie gets Max to relax with a face mask until Max is jolted by a thud at the door. Sadie goes to check but can't see anything.

Eirini Rising
Terese has given Roxy the tour of the place and Roxy is impressed.

ROXY: You've just made something so special here.

Roxy is happy to stay for Leo and Krista's wedding. Roxy hasn't been invited so will need to gatecrash. Nobody has got their invites yet and Paul will be back in time to attend.

ROXY: I'm so glad you're back with Paul.
TERESE: I'm really happy with him.
ROXY: I never really bought you and Toadie.

Terese agrees it didn't work out. She wants to get down to business and starts talking about new security cameras. Roxy is already onto it, and the technician is on their way. Terese is impressed. Roxy had seen Terese's to do list at home.

Erinsborough High
Jane comes down the corridor. Clint comes down from the ladder and goes to head off with her. She tells him they have to stay professional. Lana arrives and asks to urgently speak to Jane. Jane is surprised as they hadn't made an appointment.

LANA: Jasmine Stewart's parents have made some very worrying allegations.

Eirini Rising
Terese gives Roxy a list of the tradies they use. Max arrives and gives Roxy a hug. Roxy had planned to catch up when she finishes work. They agree to have a drink later as Roxy is really busy. Max asks if Shane knew she was coming in case she's been sent to see how he's doing. Shane knew she was coming. Terese explains that she arranged it all and leaves them to it. She heads off.

Roxy wants to know what's going on.

MAX: He's a worrier.
ROXY: It seems you're doing the worrying.

Max claims he's ok. Roxy points out he's not good at lying! She wants the truth. He explains what's going on.

Erinsborough High Office
Lana explains that students shouldn't see Jane kissing a member of staff. Jasmine's parents aren't happy the finger was pointed at her. Jane apologises.

JANE: I am sick of everyone accusing Clint.

Lana doesn't think Jane can be completely impartial as she is seeing Clint. Jane thinks the thief will be revealed once they get the security cameras in place. Lana tells her that she hasn't declared her relationship with Clint here. Now there is a conflict of interest. Jane points out that if Clint isn't responsible there isn't a conflict of interest.

LANA: This is against departmental policy.
JANE: I declare the relationship.

Jane is being defensive which Lana understands.

LANA: I have to take immediate action. You're suspended from your position while we conduct an investigation.
