Sadie hurriedly tells Byron that this isn't what he thinks it is.

BYRON: Sounds like he was hitting on you.

Sadie is doing some fast talking. She gave Max the benefit of the doubt but asked if he was flirting with her, Byron's suspicions were right. Byron wants to know what Sadie's reaction was. She told Max she's with Byron who is satisfied with that answer. He's not annoyed with Sadie.

BYRON: He's not worth it.

Max looks awkward. Byron decides to head off and invites Sadie to join him.

Goodwood Women's Prison
Krista has come to see Tess. Tess makes small talk asking after the family. Krista isn't interested in small talk as Tess doesn't usually bother. An American lawyer, Leah Curtin has been to visit Tess today. Heath's family have hired Leah and she asked Tess questions about Heath and herself. In particular at the cattle station.

TESS: The family wants to reopen the case.
KRISTA: It was cut and dried.
TESS: The lawyer wants to put Holly under a microscope. The whole chapter could be reopened for all of us.

Eirini Rising
Terese has been negotiating a contract. Paul and Leo arrive, Leo is carrying congratulatory flowers. Terese is enthusing over them.

TERESE: Being back here. I have no words.
PAUL: The residents don't know how lucky they are.
TERESE: I'm the lucky one. The way you read people and push buttons. It's both a blessing and a curse.

Leo takes a call from John who has found Seb. Terese and Paul chat in the background as Leo wants to hear about Seb.

Ramsay Street
Jane is wearing a bumbag as she heard they were in fashion again! Nicolette arrives, Jane notes she's in a great mood. Nicolette tells them she had a wonderful date with Yaz after following Aaron's advice.

NICOLETTE: Turns out you're not as dumb as you look.

They went for a picnic and Nicolette is feeling the vibe. Jane needs to catch up! They plan to go for a walk but Nicolette needs to change first.

NICOLETTE: You can drop the embarrassing fanny pack off at the op shop.

No.32
Byron and Sadie are in the sunroom. Sadie is impressed with how Byron handled things with Max.

BYRON: I can handle it in no other way in the presence of m'lady.

Sadie wants to know if Byron is annoyed with her because she thought he'd get mad. He isn't annoyed and understands how she reacted after what happened with Andrew and Wendy.

BYRON: I get that you were scared to tell me. But I trust you.

Byron isn't so trusting of Max and isn't impressed with him. Sadie kept quiet about this for various reasons. She wishes she'd said something sooner.

SADIE: I just wanted to keep the peace.

Byron can get Max to move out if Sadie wishes for that. She doesn't want Max to have nowhere to live. Sadie is going back to No.26 for the time being as nobody is living there. Byron doesn't want that to happen as that is in Max's favour. Byron asks again and Sadie wants Max to move out. Byron will sort things out.

Eirini Rising
Toadie has brought flowers for Terese to congratulate her on returning to her job. He realises he's not the only one! Leo has given Terese a huge bunch of flowers. Paul has given a small bunch and a cactus plant.

TOADIE: A little prick from everyone's favourite… hotelier.

Terese thanks him. Toadie is pleased things are on the up for her as she deserves it. They seem to be getting on better.

TERESE: You helped make this one happen.

Toadie tells her Nell is coming back to Colac with him today to pack up her stuff. He suggests a catch up first but understands if she doesn't want to. She agrees to bar snacks and a yak.

Harold's Café
Leo has told Paul that John Wong has contacted Seb at a dodgy address in Winterton. Leo plans to head off to make sure it's Seb. Krista gave Seb money but refused the second time he asked.

PAUL: Sounds like she's finally coming to her senses.

Leo admits Krista doesn't know he has contacted John. Leo didn't know if he'd have any success and Krista is wondering if she should stop trying to contact Seb. Paul thinks Leo should leave it. Leo isn't so sure as Seb and Krista go back a long way. Krista wants to know Seb is safe. Paul still doesn't think it's a good idea. Leo wants to do it as he was responsible for Seb leaving.

LEO: I have to do it for Krista. (Leo leaves).

Ramsay Street
Max offers Byron the chance to hit him but Byron isn't going to stoop to his level. Byron wants to know the thinking behind the dance party. Max wanted Sadie's company and Byron needing to come too was ok.

MAX: If she could see us side by side, she could see which was the quality product.

Byron tells him it's time to move out but Max refuses. He's on the lease and Vera is a fan of his. Byron points out he has given Vera many foot rubs!

BYRON: Nobody wants you here. Especially Sadie.

Max still thinks he's in with a chance. Byron reminds Max that Sadie feels awkward around Max in her home. Byron tells Max he needs to leave.

The Waterhole
Toadie tells Terese that Big Kev has ups and downs but is putting up a good fight. He's looking forward to seeing Nell. Toadie helps it will help Nell to see Big Kev to feel better about things.

TOADIE: The poor kid is really going through it.

Terese reassures him that Nell will be ok with her. Terese plans to get her into Nordic Noir, Toadie groans! Terese wants to make an effort to cook so asks Toadie for Nell's favourite recipes.

Paul is sitting at the bar not looking so happy. Aaron brings over a phone ad about learning lip- reading quickly!

AARON: It'll save you straining your ears.

Terese suggests to Toadie they approach getting a divorce. Toadie agrees to go at her pace. She realises they will need to see a counsellor as it was a short marriage. Toadie will be at the sessions if she books them or is happy to organise them.

TOADIE: I hate that I hurt you. I want to show up for you now. I just want you to be ok.
TERESE: Thank you. I'm getting there.

Toadie wonders if they can return to being friends and not just for the kids. Terese is happy with this possibility. Paul brings over some chips and invites himself to join them. Terese agrees and explains Toadie is heading off that afternoon.

PAUL: A short visit is a good visit. Need a hand packing?

As Toadie heads off Krista comes over looking for Leo. Paul isn't too worried thinking Leo is out on a delivery. As Krista heads off Terese realises something is up. Paul admits Leo is on a white knight mission looking for Seb.

TERESE: White knight mission. Wonder where he gets that from?
PAUL: The Robinson men are suckers for the women they love.

Lassiter's Complex
Byron can't help Krista as he hasn't seen Leo. She needs someone to talk to. Krista is debating whether to tell Holly something but she's not sure if it's a good idea. Krista found out from Tess that Heath's family want to reopen the investigation. Byron realises this is a huge deal. The family are wondering what role Holly played in this. Byron points out Heath was going off with a shotgun.

Harold's Café
Krista has told Holly who wants to know what the family's thinking behind this is.

HOLLY: He's the psycho, not me.

Holly can see why the family aren't overjoyed but they have to face the facts. Krista wishes she had more information for Holly. Holly doesn't know how much more is going to be thrown at her. Karl and Susan have things going on in Europe and she can't talk to Izzy about serious things like this.

KRISTA: You've got me, Byron and Sadie. Chosen family is nothing to sneeze at.

Krista tries to reassure Holly that nothing else might happen so she shouldn't worry too much. Holly should concentrate on her new job. Holly is trying to cope with everything but has a meeting with Yaz. Krista advises her to ‘take deep breaths'. This job might lead to other opportunities.

Lassiter's Hotel Room
Yaz is brainstorming as Holly stares into space. Yaz wants to come up with a drawcard to make people want to come and watch it. She suggests a live performance. Yaz asks Holly for a local live performer, Holly will research it. Yaz realises Holly doesn't seem herself. Holly says she has stuff to deal with but says it's nothing new. Yaz offers Holly a chance to talk. Holly appreciates the offer but is going to use the Talking Therapy appointment to talk about it. Yaz is glad Holly has got someone to talk to about it. Yaz asks if the person is local to Holly. Holly tells Yaz that Rhonda is really helping her.

The Waterhole
Nicolette has joined Toadie and Paul for snacks. Jane is surprised as Nicolette was picking up juices for their walk.

NICOLETTE: It's Toadie's last supper. It'd be rude not to break bread.

Jane gives him a hug and wishes him all the best. Toadie waits for a hug from Nicolette.

NICOLETTE: Hugs or chippies? If I had to choose…

Toadie insists on a hug. Paul watches Seb in a hoodie looking suspicious as he heads into the toilets.

Outside The Waterhole
Max comes and sits at Sadie's table. She tells him that the seat is reserved for Holly. He is only staying until Holly arrives. Max tells Sadie that Byron has told him to leave. He doesn't think he's made her feel uncomfortable. She points out he's been focusing on himself and not trying to see how she feels. He tried to get between her and Byron.

SADIE: How do you think that makes me feel?
MAX: Flattered?

Sadie splutters in exasperation. He says he wasn't thinking straight. She's not surprised!

MAX: There are no winners here.
SADIE: Only one loser.

She thinks he needs someone to be harsh with him. She's not impressed with his attitude and wants him to stay away from her in future. He apologises again and will find somewhere else to live.

He heads off and Holly arrives. Holly apologises for overspilling by text. Sadie is fine about it and happy to listen.

SADIE: This lawyer thing, it will fizzle out.

Holly isn't so sure but Sadie knows it is true. Holly is struggling to be positive about it and is scared.

The Waterhole
Toadie has to head back for pub trivia in Colac otherwise he'd stay around. Angie has asked him to step in for Big Kev. Toadie and Terese joke about Big Kev's lucky hats.

Paul sees Seb come back through the pub. Paul confronts Seb and wants to know what's going on. Seb is looking for Krista. Paul doesn't want Seb to take more money off Krista.

PAUL: You can go and find some other sucker.
SEB: You're as bad as your idiot son.

Seb is surprised to learn that Leo is searching for him in Winterton. Leo was going to try and talk to Seb about everything. Seb doesn't think this is a good idea as it's dangerous in Winterton.

SEB: He can't go there. It's way too dangerous.

Toadie is heading off so Terese tells Paul she's going home. Paul finds Seb has disappeared whilst he's talking to Terese.

Steps Somewhere
Jane and Nicolette have worked up an appetite on their walk. Nicolette is pleased to see Yaz. Yaz hadn't realised Jane was Nicolette's Mum

NICOLETTE: You're a runner. No wonder you look so fit.

Yaz is modest about also having jet lag and tons of work as well. Nicolette thinks she could cut down on work. Jane realises they want to chat. She points out her bumbag is useful for storing keys and heads off.

NICOLETTE: I like you. You're really special. I want to see where this goes.

Yaz doesn't say anything and Nicolette realises she might have overstepped the mark.

YAZ: I co- sign on all of that.

Yaz realises due to work she has been ‘playing it cool'. They agree to go on another date. Yaz will be in touch and Nicolette heads off. Yaz gets a message from Lance Field telling her that Tess won't be accepting offers or visits in the future.

Harold's Café
Terese and Paul haven't had any success finding Seb. Paul recounts what they talked about. Paul doesn't know why Seb said it was dangerous but knows Seb is very dodgy. Terese agrees he's unreliable and suggests calling the police. Paul points out they haven't got anything to report and Terese has to agree. Terese suggests they head to Winterton. Paul points out they would have to drive for hours. Terese thinks they can continue to call Leo who will be in touch as soon as possible.

TERESE: Everything's gonna be ok. We're gonna bring him home.
