Amy, Ned and Zara arrive back from the party. Amy ponders whether Roxy and Kyle will decide to move away. Ned would rather they stayed but can see it from Roxy's POV, Amy can see it from Kyle's POV. Amy wants to know how Zara found it and noted Zara didn't interact with Hendrix. Ned suggests that Amy and himself go for a drive in the van to drum up business. Amy needs to spend time on her Fashion Week designs and invites Zara to help. Ned thought she wanted to earn more money, Amy is still focused on her designs.
Levi thinks that Gemma is trying to pressure Roxy into moving away. Gemma thinks Levi is doing the reverse! She tells him that Darwin is laid back and they can get away from it all.
LEVI: Drama and stress can happen anywhere. This is Kyle's family home.
Gemma reminds him that he hasn't lived here from a child and not all the family are there anymore.
LEVI: What am I?
GEMMA: It's not the same without Sheila.
LEVI: There's a lot of memories in this house. Running away is not the answer.
Terese has arrived and wants to know what is happening. Kyle and Roxy continue to sit in stony silence.
Amy is working on her designs and wants to be finished by the time Toadie and his children come home. Zara likes Amy's designs for the womenswear. Ned tells Amy that she has a computer notification about overdue inputs. Amy brushes it off as she just needs to update her books. Ned offers to help her but she's fine. She did well on sales the week before and made a profit. Ned wants her to keep working on that. Amy promises to do so but needs to work on her designs. Ned is going to work on what he needs to for Montana.
Terese is trying to get her head around the fact that Roxy wants to move to Darwin and Kyle wants to buy No.26. She thinks they need to slow down, Roxy and Gemma think they should do it. Kyle and Levi point out that they'll miss the chance to buy the house otherwise. She doesn't they should be making big decisions or fighting right now.
TERESE: You're grieving and need time to heal. You need to be there for each other not against one another.
Roxy is taking herself off to watch cat videos instead of dealing with this.
Amy admires Zara's design. Ned reminds Amy about their early night plans as they're taking a trip to St Kilda the next day. Amy isn't as sure now as she has less time. She suggests that Ned goes instead. He reminds her that it's her van, not his.
AMY: You're an artist. You should know to strike when inspiration hits.
Ned points out that she can't keep doing that every time. Zara thinks they should get an early night and offers to make her a coffee in the morning before setting off, Amy agrees. Ned is heading off but Amy wants to finish what she's doing for a few minutes, she wants him to stop hassling her.
Scenes of London are shown. Harlow wants to know if Roxy worked things out with Kyle. Roxy thinks she will be able to tell Harlow more the next day. Harlow hopes Roxy won't have left by the time she returns!
ROXY: How can you be so posh and scary at the same time? I promise I will be.
Sheila has phoned Terese and has officially resigned from her job. Terese will miss her but wants to talk about Adam and Gemma reuniting. She's pleased for them. Gemma was all over the place after the wedding and Adam helped her through it. They realised it was time to get back together. Gemma hopes that Roxy and Kyle won't find it so tough. Terese thinks things will be ok.
Kyle arrives and tells Roxy that he's been talking to Sheila. She has agreed for the Rodwells to buy the house. She is really pleased with the offer they made. Roxy comforts him as he's frustrated. Roxy thinks it's meant to be.
Levi has joined Roxy, Kyle and Gemma for a family meal. Levi is regretting inviting Andrew over and thinks they should have lied to put him off! Gemma agrees that she thinks it's what was meant to happen. Roxy and Kyle can move to Darwin. Gemma points out that it's cheaper to buy a house or stay with Gemma. They could set up a hospitality business. Gemma is going to pay for the meal.
Levi isn't impressed that Gemma is being pushy about this when Kyle isn't keen. Kyle is wondering if it's a better option and never mentioned buying No.26 to Sheila. He wanted to work things out before he did that. Levi suggests he still makes an offer. He hasn't received the compensation money and needs to talk to Roxy. Levi is keen but Kyle doesn't look convinced.
It's now the morning. Ned messages Kyle about meeting for a beer. He notices Amy is asleep in the van and wonders why she hasn't set off. Amy had planned to do so but will go now. Ned thinks she's too tired and opens the door for her to get out. Ned points out it wasn't wise to do an all- nighter. Fashion Week seems to be important at the moment but other times it is other interests. Amy looks miffed at the criticism. Amy gets a message from Mick saying entry to Fashion Week costs $15,000. They think it's a lot of money but Amy is still interested. Ned doesn't think they will come up with the money.
AMY: What if I sell the van?
Kyle tells Sheila over the phone that things are fine as he and Levi arrive. The Rodwells have signed the paper and handed over a deposit, Levi is stunned that it happened so quickly. If Kyle had shown an interest, Sheila wouldn't have sold the house. Sheila doesn't think that Roxy is sold on the idea of buying No.26.
Andrew and Wendy arrive, Wendy wants to order champagne but Andrew doesn't want to do it too soon. Levi tells Kyle he has a plan.
Ned doesn't want Amy to sell the van on an impulse. Ned doesn't want to discourage her but points out she shouldn't have everything riding on this.
AMY: This is pretty rich coming from a guy who quit his cushy job to chase his dreams of becoming an artist.
Ned struggled with no money so found another job quickly. He wonders if she's responsible for them to have a baby together as Zara has arrived. Amy politely tells Ned it's time to leave.
Mackenzie isn't sure whether Kyle and Roxy will go. Neither seems to want to budge. Nicolette seems to be fed up of Ned complaining about Amy for all his shift. Mackenzie and Nicolette agree that Amy has always loved fashion. Ned points out that Amy was passionate about the van as well. Mackenzie thinks Amy won't do anything without talking to Ned beforehand. Hendrix knows that Mackenzie is talking sense.
Amy is annoyed about Ned wanting to ok her decisions. Zara wants to talk about the potential baby. Amy tells Zara she would talk to her before they actually do this. Zara is happy with the idea. Amy isn't so sure after what happened with Ned. Zara admits Ned wasn't very fair but had some good points.
ZARA: Are you just going to throw it away?
AMY: I'm not throwing it away. I'm choosing something that I'm more passionate about.
Zara agrees this is an amazing opportunity but thinks she shouldn't give up her job. Amy wants to take this chance as she's always wanted to be a designer.
Roxy notes that Gary the pigeon hasn't been around for a while and thinks he's headed to LA! Amy arrives and is looking for her jacket. Roxy hadn't realised it was Amy's and directs her to it. Amy comes and joins them. Roxy tells Amy the Rodwells have bought the house. Amy is pleased but realises Kyle won't be so happy. Gemma feels sympathy for him but feels Kyle needs to realise there will be opportunities in Darwin. Roxy doesn't want to push Kyle into this and let things work themselves out.
GEMMA: Keep your eye on the prize.
ROXY: You know I always do.
GEMMA: When you want something you do what it takes. You are the strongest woman I know.
Kyle is telling Andrew that No.26 was the last place he and Gary lived together. It means a lot to Kyle. Levi tries to tell them it has rats as Wendy comes over from the bar. Andrew tells Wendy that Kyle would like them to back out of selling No.26. Wendy is confused as they thought Roxy had given them the go ahead. Kyle is annoyed and heads off, Levi follows him.
Ned gets to the van and discovers a for sale sign in the window. Kyle and Levi head towards No.26
Kyle tells Roxy he isn't impressed that she gave Andrew and Wendy the go ahead. Roxy tells them that isn't the case.
KYLE: You didn't get what you want so you threw your toys out of the pram. This isn't the marriage that I signed up for. I'm glad you're not pregnant. You're not the woman that I thought you were.
Roxy is in tears. She admits that when she told Wendy it was ok she had no idea that Kyle wanted to buy No.26.
ROXY: I'm going to Darwin. You can stay here and rot.
KYLE: You don't mean that.
ROXY: You jumped to the worst possible conclusion ever.
KYLE: That was a mistake.
ROXY: Maybe this marriage is.
Kyle heads off and Levi follows him. Gemma talks to Roxy calmly. Roxy suddenly feels sick and rushes to the bushes to throw up. Gemma is stunned as she watches her.
