Previously
- Kyle and Roxy let Sheila believe they have problems in the bedroom, and she departs for Frankston to give them space
- Roxy tells Kyle he doesn't have to go through the cancer ordeal on his own; he tells her, 'I've got this, okay?'
- Aaron finds the teddy bear with the hidden camera out by the bins, and assumes Nicolette tried to throw it away
- Felicity asks Amy what Levi is into in the bedroom
- Harlow helps Ned to give Levi and Felicity's relationship a nudge forward, by pretending they've won a free night at the hotel
- But Amy is furious when she finds out Ned has paid for the hotel room, and demands to know why
The Flamingo Bar
In the outdoor seating area, Ned is trying to explain himself to Amy. He explains that he'd seen how upset Amy had become by Levi's new romance with Felicity, and that it had become 'all-consuming' for her.
AMY: So, you thought you'd stick the knife in, huh? See how much it hurt?
NED: No, I thought - I thought that if you believed that two relationships was too difficult, it'd be easier in the long-term.
AMY: So you teamed up with Felicity?! ... Was this for me, or was it for you?
NED: A bit of both, I guess. We had a good run, Amy, but now...
AMY: What? What are you saying?
NED: I think it would be simpler if it was you and me. *Only* you and me.
Amy sighs, conflicted.

Jane and Nicolette are reading magazines on the sofa, while David and Aaron try to get Isla to stop crying; Aaron eventually succeeds by burping her. The atmosphere between the co-parents seems to be good; Aaron suggests that they open a bottle of wine in the fridge tonight.
NICOLETTE: Are you suggesting I pop my post-baby alcohol cherry?
DAVID: If you haven't already!
AARON (joking): I think we kind of figured that you might've had a bottle before they even cut the cord.
NICOLETTE (faux outrage): How dare you?! New mothers have more things to think about than getting sozzled. New mothers with helpers, though... Let's crack that baby!
Jane admits she already polished off the wine last night, so Aaron decides they should head out with the pram and buy some more. We cut to the perspective of the camera hidden inside the teddy bear, watching all of the housemates...
The Pavilion
Levi and Felicity are walking through the park, all loved up and seemingly having taken their relationship to the next level, as Felicity alludes to them returning the hotel room shortly for 'round two'. She suggests they arrange a late checkout for tomorrow morning, but Levi says he has to be on hand for Kyle, as it's his operation tomorrow. Felicity seems even more into Levi on learning of his loyalty to his cousin, and they agree things are progressing well between them.
LEVI: We have to do this again. And next time, we get a room with a spa.
But as he's talking, Felicity receives a text message from Ned, saying, 'Amy knows. Everything. I'm so sorry.'
FELICITY: Levi... there's something you need to know.
The Flamingo Bar
Ned reports to Amy that he's texted Felicity, to give her the chance to come clean to Levi about her plot with Ned.
AMY: Well, good. Cos if she didn't tell him, I was gonna tell him, so... I mean, what gets me the most is you weren't straight-up from the start. You took this whole situation and you made it way more messy and hurtful than it should've been.
NED: I think part of it was because I didn't know how to talk to you about being exclusive. Or if that's what you'd even want.
AMY: The whole thing is, we're supposed to be honest with each other or it's not gonna work.
NED: Well, you and I only work when you've got Levi, too (...) You always say that we give you different things. It can't come as a shock if... if I worry that I'm not enough.
Amy holds his hand, and tells him not to be dumb.
AMY: It felt weird when Levi was with Felicity. Did all sorts of messed-up things. But Ned - what you did was 27 flavours of wrong. You know I've been all over the shop emotionally lately, and I guess you copped the fallout, huh?
NED: Where does that leave us?
Ramsay Street
David, Aaron and Nicolette are leaving the house with Isla in her pram, and discussing their takeaway plans for the evening. Aaron suggests margaritas to accompany a Mexican meal, and the trio fondly recall the last time they had margaritas together, at Nicolette's moving-in party. Chloe is across the road, checking her mailbox, and watches the trio sadly as they joke together. She makes a phone call to Hendrix, and asks if he feels like hanging out.

Kyle and Toadie are chatting with Karl about his surgery tomorrow, when Roxy comes in. She tells Kyle she has a pre-surgery feast planned for him tonight, but Karl quickly disabuses her of this idea, explaining that Kyle can't eat the night before the operation. Roxy feels stupid for not realising, and Kyle only half-heartedly reassures her. Karl says Kyle will be out of hospital by tomorrow afternoon anyway, so the feast can wait till then.
ROXY: Great. That'll mean the house will be nice and quiet cos Sheila's still away, and I get to pamper you all by myself.
KYLE (unenthused): Awesome.
Roxy goes to make herself a tea, while Karl and Toadie look concerned for a despondent Kyle.
The Pavilion
Levi is furious with Felicity having learned about her plot with Ned. He tries to walk away, but she begs him to hear her out.
FELICITY: What I did was stupid and inexcusable, but it doesn't change what we have!
LEVI: Are you serious?!
FELICITY: I really like you.
LEVI: You teamed up with Ned to turn Amy off me. Do you not see how sick that is, Felicity?
FELICITY (upset): Yeah, of course I do! I'm not normally this type of person.
LEVI: Yeah, well, the evidence really isn't backing that up right now (...)
FELICITY: This is a weird situation!
LEVI: Which you knew about (...) If you didn't want me to be with Amy, why did you come back to me?
FELICITY: (...) Because Ned told me that he didn't see you and Amy working out (...) Levi, we have fun together.
LEVI: No, we *did*, Felicity. We did. But I cannot be with someone who thinks it's okay to do something like this. We're done.
FELICITY: (...) I'm really sorry.
Ned turns up, which just makes Levi angrier still.
NED: Levi, I don't know what to say.
LEVI: (...) Good. Because I don't want to hear it.
Levi walks off, then Felicity leaves too. Ned looks guilty.
The Waterhole
Amy is having a drink on her own. We pan across to Hendrix coming in; he joins Chloe, who has already bought him a drink, at a separate table.
HENDRIX: So, hit me with it (...) It must be something pretty serious if you called in the maestro for advice.
CHLOE: The maestro?!
HENDRIX: Don't make this about me. So talk to me, what's going on?
CHLOE: I feel like things are moving backwards with Nic (...) We were starting to make progress - she gave me this photo of her with the boys and Isla, and she even asked me to go for coffee (...) Since then, it's been nothing. Like, literally zero. I think it's because Leo's back.
HENDRIX: I can probably see where Nic's coming from.
CHLOE: Absolutely. But I miss her, Hendrix. She's right across the street. Do you know how hard that is?
HENDRIX: Kinda, yeah. When Harlow dumped me, she was right next door.
CHLOE: This is different. There's still something there. I felt it. I'm not giving up.

Jane and Nicolette get started on a bottle of wine, while the boys are elsewhere bathing Isla. Jane remarks that the co-parents are making a great team. Nicolette agrees.
JANE: I have to say, things were a bit bumpy when you first came back. But you got there in the end. You've faced up to your responsibilities, and you've honoured your commitment to Aaron and David. I am proud of you.
NICOLETTE: Thank you, Mum.
JANE: Those boys trust you again.
NICOLETTE: It finally feels like the way it's meant to be.
Jane raises a toast to this, and they smile and drink.

Roxy and Kyle are (randomly) alone in the Kennedys' kitchen. Roxy asks Kyle if he's going to tell Hendrix about the cancer, given it was Hendrix's scare that prompted Kyle to discover his own lump. 'Yeah, I guess,' replies Kyle, without enthusiasm.
ROXY: Babe, you do know that I can deal with whatever you want to talk about. I'm here, always.
KYLE (perfunctory): Thanks.
ROXY: I just feel like you're holding back. I don't know if you're worried, or if you're worried you're gonna stress me out - I don't know. I can't do and I can't say anything right!
KYLE: Rox, hey, that's not it. I just don't want everyone making a big deal out of this, okay?
ROXY: It *is* a big deal. And I'm sorry - I just want to help you through this.
KYLE: I know.

Amy is hanging out in Toadie's sunroom, looking glum, when Toadie himself comes in. She's made them both a cocktail, which she's christened 'The Game Changer'.
AMY: Because the game, my friend, has changed.
TOADIE: Do I need to sit down?
AMY: Oh, yes.
Amy explains to Toadie what Ned has said about wanting to be exclusive, saying he can't handle her also being with Levi. Toadie asks if Amy would be happy if she was with just Ned. Uncertainly, she says she thinks she might be.

David, Aaron and Nicolette have finished their takeaway meal. Aaron has an idea - they should organise a naming day for Isla. Nicolette seems keen, and they toast it. Chloe turns up, hoping for some time with Isla, and the atmosphere turns tense; Nicolette confirms it's okay by her, but her face says otherwise. Distracting herself, Nic goes to clear up some of Isla's toys, and decides that the hidden-camera teddy bear needs a wash.
DAVID: Oh, he can't be that bad.
NICOLETTE: Go on, smell him.
DAVID: It's fine! Doesn't need a wash!
NICOLETTE: You honestly can't smell that, David?
CHLOE: I remember when Mum put one of my toys through the wash.
AARON (gasps): Lamby Lamb!
CHLOE: I loved Lamby Lamb! (...) When Mum put her through the wash, she was never the same again. Like she lost her magic.
AARON: You cried for, like, a week.
DAVID (high-pitched, as the teddy, to Nicolette): I don't want to lose my magic!
NICOLETTE: Fine, no washing the bear, you weirdos!
The Flamingo Bar
A distracted Roxy is serving in the outdoor area. Hendrix and Mackenzie are among the customers, and Hendrix reminds Roxy that they ordered food about an hour ago, asking if she put it through.
ROXY (grouchy): Of *course* I put it through. (shouting) If The Waterhole kitchen is busy, it is their problem and not mine!
Hendrix and Mackenzie look surprised as Roxy storms away. Another customer (credited as Seth Okaine) approaches Roxy, and complains that there's no alcohol in his bloody Mary - which is the final straw! Roxy accuses Seth of trying to get a free drink, having already had half of his existing one. She denies making a mistake and tells him he should leave if he's not happy. Amy turns up, wanting to know what all the drama is about.
ROXY: This moron here thinks that I'm stupid enough to fall for the simplest scam in the book!
Amy apologises to Seth, explaining she's the manager and that she'll fetch him another drink free of charge. But Seth has been put off by Roxy's rudeness, and decides to go elsewhere.
AMY: Roxy, when did it become okay to talk to customers like that?
ROXY: Amy, I have been working in bars long enough to know when I'm getting stitched up!
AMY: Roxy, you need to calm down, or I'm gonna send you home.
ROXY (laughs): Great! Anger leave is exactly what I need.
Amy looks shocked as Roxy puts down the drinks she was carrying, and storms off.

Kyle is chatting to Toadie; he's worried about Roxy and feeling bad that he hasn't been considering her feelings enough in all of this. Kyle asks Toadie to look after Roxy while he's in surgery tomorrow. Toadie assures him he will. Kyle decides to head home for an early night, but Toadie gives him a big hug before he goes. However, at this point Hendrix and Mackenzie come in, and witness this.
Kyle leaves, and Mackenzie asks Toadie if things are okay between Kyle and Roxy. Hendrix explains how they just saw Roxy tear shreds off a customer at the bar, and notes that Kyle looked upset just now.
MACKENZIE: We're not fishing for gossip.
HENDRIX: Yeah, they've helped us out a fair bit lately. We just want to be there for them if they need it.
TOADIE: ... It's not really my place to say. They'll let you know if there's anything you can do.
Mackenzie and Hendrix look perplexed as Toadie leaves the room.
The Flamingo Bar
Amy and Ned are having a drink outside. Ned asks if Amy has any thoughts about what he said earlier, but before she can reply, Levi turns up.
LEVI: Felicity and I are done (...) After what she did... and *him*... it made me realise that it wasn't gonna work out. I'm guessing you guys are having that talk right now?
AMY: Well, umm... we're trying to work it out. I want to.
LEVI (incredulous): After what he did?
AMY: We've spoken about it.
LEVI: Okay, well, look, it's not my place to get involved in other people's relationships, but... look, Amy, what you did for me - just giving me the chance to try things with Felicity - it made me realise just how good I've got things with you.
AMY (laughs): It is good, isn't it?
LEVI: And that's all I want for now.
AMY: Really?
LEVI: Yeah.
AMY: Awesome.
Ned quietly fumes as this reconciliation takes place. Once Levi's gone, Amy and Ned look at one another awkwardly.
Erinsborough Hospital
The next morning, Kyle is on a hospital bed, waiting to be wheeled into surgery. Levi and Roxy are with him, as is Karl, who explains that it's a very straightforward procedure, and will give him the answers he needs. Kyle says he's ready.
ROXY: I'll be with you when you're out. Every step of the way.
KYLE: I love you.
ROXY: I love you, too.
As Karl accompanies Kyle into theatre, Levi assures an upset Roxy that Kyle will be okay, and hugs her.

Nicolette is baby-talking to Isla, and using a wipe to clean up her vomit. She notices that the teddy bear has some vomit on it too, and she puts Isla down so that she can wipe the bear. But in the process, she finds a cavity in the bear's head, and an electrical wire. Investigating further, she pulls out the hidden camera, just as David and Aaron come in. She shows them.
DAVID: What is it?
NICOLETTE: You know exactly what it is. It's a camera. No wonder you didn't want me to wash the bear - you knew! You put it in there to spy on me!
Coming up on Neighbours
- Nicolette wants to smash the camera, but Aaron tells her to wait, saying it may have the fingerprints of the culprit on it
- David asks Aaron and Nicolette who would have the motive to be spying on them
- Toadie tells Roxy that he thinks Kyle should 'tell Sheila', before she finds out some other way
- Levi panics when Sheila arrives home early from Frankston
- At the hospital, Dr Alavi tells Kyle that it's sometimes best for family to be here. Kyle asks, 'Is it bad?'
- We see Kyle being pushed along a corridor on a wheeled bed, looking woozily up at the ceiling
- Kyle upset and seemingly in pain
