Paul is annoyed that the tenders are practically the same as each other. Terese wonders if it might have happened by chance but Paul isn't fooled. Roxy has found out from the PA that the Quills sent their pitch first so it looks like they got their ideas from the Quills.
PAUL: There's no chance that we were the ones who plagiarised this? You are known for thinking outside the box.
ROXY: You think I ripped the idea off them?
Terese tries to smooth things over but Paul is being serious. He wants the facts so he can sort this out. Roxy definitely created this idea and ran with it. They were the ones who took it from her. Paul wants to know who was responsible for this!
Mackenzie tells Harlow and Jesse she knows they're a couple, she's a bit miffed that Harlow didn't tell her. Harlow explains that things are still fresh, things are a bit awkward. Jesse invites Mackenzie to have breakfast with them. Mackenzie declines as she needs to work on her uni assignment. Harlow and Mackenzie agree to meet up soon. Mackenzie heads off.
Harlow feels bad for not being honest with Mackenzie as they had promised to be. She wants to reveal all to everyone. Jesse reminds her about Brent, Harlow will work things out with Paul. Harlow realises she's the only one gaining from this. Jesse is fine as he gets to stay in his job. Jesse wants Paul to be his mentor.
HARLOW: I don't know. Paul doesn't usually take people under his wing unless they're family.
JESSE: Not even for sham boyfriends?
Levi tells Sheila and Yashvi that Kyle keeps wanting him to attend a Neighbourhood Watch meeting, Yashvi is getting messages from Toadie as well. Yashvi has to prepare for her interview. Yashvi points out that Mitch and Nelson need to be watched, not the neighbourhood. Levi gets a call and goes to the side to take it.
Sheila wants to leave the subject alone. Yashvi is annoyed that no one is watching Mitch and Nelson. Sheila thinks that Levi has just got back on track after seeing Mitch and Nelson again and needs to move on.
SHEILA: Leave it to the police.
YASHVI: I am the police.
SHEILA: If you do anything stupid you'll not just end up suspended, you'll end up sacked. You'll take Levi down with you.
Yashvi agrees as Levi returns to their table. He looks at them.
Kyle wants to make this more than just a Neighbourhood Watch meeting. They have a think. Kyle suggests getting some volunteers to patrol at night, Toadie likes that idea. Mackenzie pipes up that this isn't realistic 24/7 as they have lives as well. Toadie wants to get their neighbours on board as well. Toadie suggests Sheila but Kyle isn't keen. He reminds Toadie of the group Sheila and Roxy set up. There were far too many notifications! Mackenzie has an idea.
MACKENZIE: Stay alert. Report anything suspicious and lock your doors.
Toadie points out that is already the case and they nearly took Hugo. Toadie suggests infrared cameras and video doorbells.
Curtis arrives to find Jesse at the counter.
JESSE: Long time no speak.
CURTIS: A guy can be ghosted only so many times.
JESSE: Does that mean I've blown it?
Curtis is ok if Jesse can have a drink with him. Jesse plans to spend time with friends. Jesse suggests meeting up later, Curtis will check his diary.
Roxy is telling Harlow about what Paul said. Harlow updates Jesse, they don't know who told the Quills. Ned and Amy haven't let it slip to anyone who doesn't work at The Flamingo. Jesse tells them he didn't do it. Roxy wonders if he accidentally done it. Jesse denies it and checks if Roxy did this.
JESSE: You posted on your socials that you were filming something very special.
Jesse suggests that someone might have come and watched the filming after reading Roxy's post. Harlow points out that Roxy went all over the Complex when she was filming. Roxy realises she's unintentionally done this.
Levi was told over the phone to meet them here so he and Yashvi are waiting. He doesn't know what it is about. Yashvi is worried about the Sarge finding out and is wondering whether they should stay. Levi is wondering as well but then Mitch turns up.
MITCH: I want out... of everything. I've got kids. I don't want them turning out like me.
He tells them that he saw sense when Sheila spoke to them at the station. He can't carry on this way. Levi advises him to stop being a law breaker. Mitch thinks that Nelson won't budge though. Levi points out that he isn't responsible for Nelson. Mitch agrees but was unsure who he needed to contact. He wants them to help and protect him. Levi and Yashvi are heading off. Mitch tells them that Nelson has got a job this afternoon involving a shipping container. In exchange for their help Mitch will fill them in. Levi and Yashvi don't look too sure!
Roxy admits to Paul and Terese that someone might have worked out from her socials what she was doing and stolen her idea. She hadn't realised one of the Quill family might be following her.
PAUL: If you put out something out there that someone might see - here's a surprise - someone might see it!
Terese tries to calm down the situation. She wants to focus on Harlow's idea for a Driving Night. Paul wants Roxy to not be involved this time!
Yashvi tells Sheila that Mitch seemed to be eager for their help. Levi isn't convinced that means he's genuine. Sheila wants Levi to stay out of this. Levi has already reported it, Yashvi hopes it helps clear her suspension. A few police units are going to go down to the shipping container and check this out. It will help that Mitch has been co- operative. Sheila realises that Mitch claims to be afraid of Nelson, she's known both of them a long time, they used to steal chewing gum from the Newsagency.
SHEILA: Nelson always did what Mitch told him to... Mitch is the boss. He's not scared of anything.
YASHVI: It's worth double checking.
Levi wants to go and see what's happening at the Warehouse. Sheila wants the Sarge to sort this out.
SHEILA: Let it go.
Toadie is working out where to put the cameras. Kyle tells them that they can keep track on their phones as the camera will be hooked up to the Wi- Fi. Mackenzie fills Roxy in on what's going on. Mackenzie thinks they're going OTT! Mackenzie knows that these guys have been terrorising the Cannings but Kyle and Toadie have come up with idiotic ideas. They're not listening to Mackenzie. She suggests that Roxy talks to them.
ROXY: Today's not the day for me to give advice on how not to be stupid.
MACKENZIE: Please before they accidentally taser the postman or something.
Roxy goes over to them as Toadie reads out the technical info for a very expensive model at $3000. Kyle is looking through some binoculars that cost $500!
ROXY: What do they do, shave you and give you a haircut?!
They weren't the cheapest. Roxy points out they're not in a warzone, there won't be any money left at this rate. She tells them to chill out!
Harlow has come to talk to Paul and Terese about Jesse's idea. He is interested in management and would like Paul to mentor him. Terese is surprised that Jesse is interested in management. Harlow wonders why she thought that, she thinks he prefers simple things. Paul was impressed after hearing about Jesse's ambitions. He is interested in following Paul's footsteps. Paul thinks Jesse is not the most simplest anymore after Roxy's actions. Terese points out that anyone else could have done the same thing as Roxy. Paul checks with Harlow if she's ok with him mentoring Jesse due to their relationship, she is. Paul agrees to the mentoring.
Near the Docks
Levi and Yashvi are waiting in a car. A few police units have come to check out Levi's story, Yashvi wonders if Sheila's gut instinct was right. Levi is going to see what's happening when Yashvi sees a van pulling up next to them. Mitch and Nelson are getting out of the van. Yashvi takes photos of them taking a Sky Zero box out of the shipping container and carrying it to the van. Yashvi hasn't heard of the company. Levi is going to find out more and makes a call.
Mackenzie is looking for Kyle and Toadie, Harlow spots them coming towards them. Toadie and Kyle have taken their words about wasting expensive equipment to heart. They've bought cheap motion sensors for all the residents.
TOADIE: This place is going to be harder to get into than Karl Kennedy's wallet.
Toadie and Kyle laugh, Kyle's phone alerts them that a motion sensor has been set off.
Roxy is filming them as they walk into the backyard. They're not sure what happened, Roxy wonders if they set it off themselves. A pigeon flies past, the pigeon set off the sensor! Harlow is cancelling the call she was making to 000.
Near the Docks
Levi comes off the phone and tells Yashvi that a lot of drones were stolen from Sky Zero a few months ago. They realise that Mitch and Nelson have already been pulling this off.
YASHVI: We've been waiting for them to do something and they've already done it.
LEVI: Mitch has been playing us.
Levi plans to call the police, Yashvi isn't so keen. Levi points out that she isn't meant to be there at all. Mitch and Levi are driving off, Levi agrees to follow them.
Outside Harold's Cafe
Mackenzie offers to suggest returning the binoculars after Kyle and Toadie went OTT. Harlow has gone with Jesse to talk to chat about mentoring with Paul. Mackenzie is surprised that the relationship is moving at such a rate Jesse and Paul are spending time together. Mackenzie hasn't managed to spend much time with Harlow recently. Roxy reassures her that Harlow isn't meaning it personally. Mackenzie isn't so sure that things are ok. Roxy tells her that Harlow might be getting used to rebounding after Brent. Roxy points out that Jesse is not a bad boy, unlike the other past boyfriends. Mackenzie agrees and wants to get takeaway so she can finish her uni assignment.
Roxy looks through the binoculars at the ducks on the lake. She is stunned as she spots Curtis and Jesse sitting together next to the lake. She can see there is more to it than just friendship.
Levi and Yashvi stop behind the van at the railway crossing. Mitch spots them through the wing mirror. There are two Sky Zero boxes in the back of the van. Mitch floors the van across the crossing, Levi does the same. He asks for Code 9 and backup on the police radio as the sirens are blaring.
Jesse is telling Paul that he has read many business books but feels he could benefit a lot from Paul's mentoring. Paul wasn't so convinced earlier but is willing to consider it now. He promises Jesse they will have another chat in the near future and heads off.
Jesse isn't sure what to make of this. Harlow assures him that Paul is a fan of Jesse's. Jesse thinks Harlow is a great pretend girlfriend! Harlow suggests a drink but Jesse needs to head off to work.
Roxy comes over as Jesse heads off. Roxy tells Harlow that Jesse is a liar and cheater, Harlow wants to know what's going on. Roxy tells her that Jesse is going behind Harlow's back with Curtis. Harlow is surprised Jesse and Curtis are dating and explains she is in a fake relationship with Jesse.
ROXY: Is this some kind of three way situation?
Harlow explains that they are doing it to stop Paul hassling her about Brent. Harlow is still with Brent. Roxy is impressed and thinks Harlow is a bad girl, Harlow is convinced she's a bad person. Harlow doesn't like all the lies she's telling. Roxy explains that Mackenzie thinks Harlow is avoiding her so thinks Harlow should be honest. Harlow plans to but doesn't want it to become public knowledge, Roxy agrees to keep quiet. Jesse is fine with all of this and he and Harlow have struck up a good friendship.
HARLOW: I'm really lucky to have him in my life.
Levi is chasing Mitch and Nelson in the van. Levi wants Yashvi to stop chasing as they're going to a residential area. Yashvi talks over the radio.
Sheila finds Levi's car through the tracker on her phone as she drives along.
Yashvi gives Levi advice as they drive along. Levi keeps drawing level with the van, the van drives off. Levi and Mitch look at each other. They see Sheila coming towards them and swerve to avoid her. Levi and Yashvi's car overturns and the windscreen smashes. Mitch and Nelson stare at the wreckage. Sheila gets out of her car and is upset.
