Number 22
Ned arrives home as Paul is telling Terese how his meeting went (boring!). After he finishes, Terese delivers him the bad news - the forensic IT firm used to try and find out who leaked the accounts to Sheila 2 have drawn a blank. While Paul is furious a culprit hasn't been found, in the background Ned looks like someone has told him he is off death row! Paul is despondent that he will now have to accept Sheila 2's low offer, which won't cover the black hole in the accounts. "Don't give up," Terese tries to reassure him with.
Number 26
Sheila is over the moon to hear that Levi and Bea have done the 'I love you' with each other but Levi warns her its not time to plan the wedding yet!
The Flamingo Bar (outside)
Bea is also telling Roxy and Yashvi about the 'I love you' however when they start analysing it, they wonder if Bea actually meant it or not when she said it back to Levi?
Number 26
After a pep talk from Sheila over the 'I love you' exchanges, Levi is confident that things will be great with Bea from now on.

The Flamingo Bar (outside)
Bea reassures her mates that she did mean to say that she loved Levi and to celebrate, Roxy goes inside to order the drinks for Bea and herself, while Yashvi heads back to work... although sitting alone, Bea looks like she is having doubts.
Number 22
When she heads to the kitchen, Ned tries to have quiet with Terese over why she's not dobbed him into Paul but is told "not now."
Harlow has popped over to get a textbook and barely speaks to Paul when he tries to converse with her. She is though still talking okay with Terese, who picks up that she's missed a number of her hotel shifts, so the lassie promises to work tomorrow, agreeing with Terese that working will keep her mind off Brent.
After Harlow leaves for Uni, Paul notices he's got an email - it's from Sheila 2 who is now offering the full price for The Hive! He is utterly shocked at her turnaround and doesn't care what the reasons are, as he hotfoots it out of the house to meet with Sheila 2, to get the paperwork signed!
With Paul out of the house, Ned tries again to talk to Terese, but she refuses to say anything other than he's to "consider yourself lucky!"
Erinsborough High
As they walk down the corridor, Susan tells Curtis that Jane is getting on well in Mildura. When Curtis reaches the Year 13 classroom, he wants to work immediately with Hendrix on some maths, but the lad would prefer to text Mackenzie than do that!
Eden Uni
Harlow is surprised to see her grandad at the Uni (he's looking at the mural). He is there to try and persuade her to return to #22 but she refuses to return home but does reassures him that she is fine.
When Paul leaves, she has another go at calling Brent, only to hear that the number has been disconnected.
Harold's Café
Ned is still looking for answers, so tracks down Sheila 2 and asks why she agreed to Paul's original price and if she did a deal with Terese? She reveals that yes, there was a deal so that he didn't lose his family - something that matters very dearly to her. Ned is very grateful at what she has done, but Sheila 2 reminds him that she bought it for herself too and hopes everything is sorted quickly so they can proceed with their plans for the place... and a return on her investment.
NED: Last chance to change your mind about hiring me?
SHEILA 2: Okay, stop that right there! I've made a lot of mistakes in my life, but you're not one of them Ned. So, enough with this imposter syndrome. Got it?!
NED: Got it!
SHEILA 2: And you know about the best part about this is? You'll be driving your own career and you'll no longer be working for Paul!
Harold's Café
"It's an incredible story to tell," Susan reassures her niece with after hearing that Bea plans on making her podcast about the victims and hearing their side of the story - Bea thinks will make it more powerful including using her story of how her life pre-Ramsay Street led her to being sucked in by Patrick. Susan also thinks doing the podcast will keep Bea busy while she is unemployed. Bea mentions that Levi has found some mechanic vacancies for her, but she isn't sure that she wants to remain "in oily overalls" or not.
Erinsborough High
Curtis can tell that Hendrix isn't himself so gives him the option of stewing alone or talking about it. Hendrix choses the later and tells Curtis about how things are "weird" between himself and "a girl" but does make it clear that they are only mates! The chat is curtailed though when Curtis gets an alert that someone is accessing the senior school portal. Apparently that isn't supposed to be allowed, but someone called 'Silver Tiger' is doing just that.
The Waterhole
Sheila looks very relieved to hear that Bea wants to postpone their podcast chat when she pops in to give the (good) news. As she is leaving, Bea runs into Sheila 2 who apologises for Bea losing her job. The pair clear the air over the review and Sheila 2 wants to put what happened in the past.
"News travels fast around here!" Sheila 2 remarks after she gets to the bar and is congratulated by Sheila on buying The Hive from Paul. Sheila 2 then hears that Paul is "bragging" about the price he got for it, and so fills Sheila in on why she paid the full amount Paul wanted.
SHEILA: You are a good woman Sheila Canning!
SHEILA 2: Must be in the name!
Harold's Café
Curtis fills Susan in on the senior school portal being accessed by an anonymous user. Susan doesn't seem too bothered, despite the person using a username rather than their school ID as they are required to do so.
In their chat, Curtis mentioned the username and someone the Café overheard their chat and seems very interested... Harlow! She recalls (in a flashback) that was the username Brent suggested she would use if she were to be a spy.
The Waterhole
Yashvi rushes into the bar to tell Bea and Levi the good news about Sheila 2 buying The Hive, even if she isn't at all bothered of how the deal came about, before departing as quickly as she arrived!
Levi is pleased to hear the news... and that Bea has a smile on her face too, even if she ignored him talking to her, to write [in her phone] an idea for the podcast.
LEVI: I love you and now that I've said it, I just want to keep saying it and saying it.
Rather than say 'I love you back' to Levi, her reply is "same."
Erinsborough High
Harlow takes advantage of Curtis leaving the Year 13 classroom to sneak in and type a message on the senior school portal:
Silver Tiger is my code name. I thought you were the Brass Mule.
Harlow then follows that initial message up by adding another saying she will keep quiet but for Brent to indicate he is okay.
The Flamingo Bar (outside)
Roxy arrives with a cocktail for Ned and an apology cocktail for Sheila 2 to say sorry for judging and misjudging her.
SHEILA 2: Everything's worked out the way its supposed to in the end.
"I'll drink to that," Ned adds just as Yashvi arrives although when the pair start talking shop, the lass feels shut out of their world and wishes she were elsewhere.
Erinsborough High
Harlow at least tells the truth over why she is in school when Hendrix walks into the Year 13 classroom and catches her waiting for a reply from Brent. She is just about to head off (so Susan doesn't catch her) when the portal bleeps - it's a message from Brent:
I'm definitely the Brass Mule for treating you so bad. Sorry.
Number 22
Despite Terese (and Ned) knowing the full story, they sit back watching Paul celebrate his 'win'. Terese ends the gloating so they can get back to work and both are very impressed with the takings at The Flamingo Bar. Roxy adds in too that the bar is popular even when she isn't working there... and her ears perk up when Terese and Paul contemplate running it all year round and hiring a manager for the place.
Erinsborough High
Harlow is now engaging in a messaging conversation with Brent - he is telling her to move on so she doesn't get into trouble while she doesn't care about that, she simply wants to see him. However, when Harlow mentions that its news about Emmett she needs to see him about, Brent caves and he tells her to meet him alone at the old Scout shed, Beaumaris Beach.
Coming up on Neighbours
