No.26
The pamper part of the Hucks party carries on. Piper has just washed Gary's face mask off and tells him he's glowing. He thinks she's a charmer! Karl arrives for a nail buff as he doesn't want to scare his patients. Mishti goes to check her phone which has beeped. Xanthe whom is doing her nails stops her. She holds the phone so Mishti can see it, Leo has text to say he can't make it.

Terese takes Gary to one side and explains that Susan doesn't want to be their celebrant. Terese awkwardly explains that Susan has a lot going on and she doesn't feel ready. Terese suggests they find another celebrant. Gary isn't so sure as the wedding is in less than a week, Terese is sure they'll find one. Gary wants to talk to Susan but Terese stops him. She wants to focus on this lovely party instead.

The Marina
Hamish wants to know why Tyler moved here. Tyler decided to visit Mark as things weren't good in Port Lincoln, Aaron arrived later. Hamish thinks Tyler is closer to Mark. Tyler isn't sure about that but Mark was the one he needed.

TYLER: He always kept me on the straight and narrow.

Tyler comments it's the same when he's trying to find a job. Hamish doesn't think Tyler needs a good influence, Tyler thinks Mark wouldn't have the same view! Hamish suggests Tyler will need to do it on his own without help one day. Hamish is happy to stay here for the time here and the business runs itself. Hamish suggests maybe it's time for Tyler to do something new.

No.26
Xanthe finishes putting a face pack on Karl and Gary comes to join him. Gary knows they've not always got on but he's glad Karl will be at the wedding. Gary comments how busy Susan is. Karl agrees as she's getting things ready for exams but will be free for the wedding.

Dipi is going to do Steph's nails and asks her about Leo. Dipi explains Leo and Mishti could be good together but Dipi wants to check out his reputation with women. Steph mentions Leo's bet about dating someone. Amy and Jack think of Leo as a good guy. Steph isn't so keen to say her opinion though but Dipi encourages her to open up. Steph explains Leo was involved in some dodgy business at the motel. The guest had something over Leo and was bad news. Dipi asks if it was criminal. Steph reassures Dipi it's sorted now but hesitates in recommending pushing Mishti towards Leo. They realise Karl has fallen asleep behind them with the face mask on.

Gary comes to speak to Susan in the kitchen. Gary asks why Susan isn't able to marry them any longer. Susan tries to explain she's too busy and Gary points out that Karl said Susan was making sure she was free. She assures him it's not he's not good enough for Terese. She agrees it's partly due to the fact that they weren't willing to do the marriage course. Gary is determined to get Terese to agree to the course if it helps. Susan doesn't want him to force Terese as people can't be forced into it and convinces him it's not due to Terese being unwell. She tells him to talk to Terese and walks away.

No.26 Backyard
Terese is sitting on a bench looking at a gnome. Gary is pleased to find her, he's been looking for her and was worried she's avoiding him. She assures him she's not doing that. Gary explains he talked to Susan and Terese reminds him he promised not to talk to Susan. Gary says he wants to do the pre marriage course but Terese still isn't keen. Terese is worried they'll find cracks but he thinks that is the reason for doing the course. They can sort out the cracks sooner rather than later. She is worried if he finds out any nasty surprises he'll be disappointed, he promises he won't. She is doubting herself but Gary assures her they'll pull through. Terese worries that they're rushing into this and wonders if they should still go ahead with the wedding. Gary looks downcast and Terese looks worried.

No.26
Terese comes through the house telling Gary she needs to leave. He tries to stop her. He reminds her it's normal to get the jitters. He has an alternative to the marriage course. He found an article online about the ten most important things to discuss before marriage. He thinks it might help. Terese isn't so convinced yet. He wants to at least try it. Terese wonders if it will tell them it's not the time to get married. Gary promises this won't happen.

GARY: We just need to get totally honest with each other.

They can find out the results before they make a decision about whether they need to postpone. Terese agrees to do it but doesn't look so convinced!

No.30
Mishti and Dipi are preparing food in the kitchen. Mishti comments the party was great but is sorry that Leo didn't show up. Dipi wants to know if he said where he got to. Mishti explains that Elly was upset about splitting up with Mark so Leo spent time with her.

DIPI: Maybe that's why she kissed him.

Mishti is stunned and points out they're friends. Dipi apologises and explains it was a lot more than friends kissing. She explains that Leo's track record with women isn't great according to Steph. Dipi reassures Mishti that she didn't mention Leo and Mishti getting together to Steph. Before she told Mishti Dipi wanted to find out more about Leo. Also Leo has connections to criminals who have caused trouble at the motel. Dipi recommends that Mishti stays away from Leo who is dodgy and has kissed another woman. Dipi now wonders why she encouraged Mishti to kiss Leo. Mishti doesn't want to say any more about it it till she's spoken to Leo.

No.24
Tyler returns home after picking up his stuff from the garage. He's been there for two and a half years so it feels weird. He hasn't got anywhere with finding a new job but promises to keep trying. Hamish points out Tyler only lost his job a couple of days ago and in that time he's been fixing the boat. Tyler agrees but Mark points out the bills won't get paid this way. Mark wants Tyler to be more productive, Hamish thinks Tyler already is. Hamish also thinks that Mark would be more agreeable with this if he'd been included in the inheritance. Tyler promises tomorrow he'll start job hunting. Mark is convinced Tyler will lose structure if he doesn't have focus. Hamish says that Tyler can make his own choices and decide what he needs. Hamish suggests he and Tyler head to the pub so they start to head off. Tyler apologises but says he thinks Hamish could be right. Mark isn't so impressed!

No.30
Mishti is doing cross stitch in the kitchen when there's a knock at the door. Leo comes in, wanting to know after her text if everything is ok. He apologises for missing the party, Elly was upset. Mishti doesn't say very much. Leo admits that Elly kissed him but hadn't known about the two of them. Leo stopped it straight away. He made sure Elly got into bed, she was by herself! Leo wants to find out what Mishti wanted to talk about. Mishti explains that Dipi freaked out when she saw Leo and Elly together. Dipi found out about Leo's past and it wasn't great. Leo admits he's hung out with criminals. He's not proud of his bad choices. He's now moved on.

MISHTI: I suppose there's stuff in our past we'd all rather forget.

Leo admits she should know more if they're going to see more of each other. He was involved in a messy situation a few years ago. It returned to haunt him in Erinsborough. He worked for the Renshaw family.

No.26
Gary and Terese are going through the questions. They agree they already have enough kids. When asked about buying shoes Terese admits she buys quality so it's more money but it's worth it in the end. Gary says he doesn't have any debt but Terese points out the hotel is bought on credit. Gary comments she's in a better financial position but he wouldn't take her money. She already knows that. They are happy with the way things are in the bedroom! It turns out they've passed and they think the same way about all that matters. Terese points out it doesn't mention the past. Gary is just concerned about facing what's ahead of them together. They're ready to get married whatever anyone says, including Susan. They hug and Terese agrees to get married.

The Waterhole
Tyler goes to get another round and Sheila comes over to their table. She's come back to do the rosters as one of the barmen is sick. Hamish mentions the date they talked about but is spending time with Tyler right now. Sheila asks how Tyler is doing. Hamish explains Tyler's under pressure after losing his job and needs support. Sheila agrees and thinks that Tyler is trying to measure up after Russell was really tough on him. Sheila reassures him that Aaron and Mark aren't like Russell. Hamish thinks Mark isn't always compromising.

SHEILA: Mark can have a little bit of Russell in him. Sees things in black and white.

Sheila reminds Hamish that Mark's able to keep a rein on his temper.

No.30
Leo tells Mishti that thanks to Paul Mannix has disappeared. Leo is worried what will happen if the Renshaws find out he dobbed even though Mannix won't say anything. Leo really likes Mishti and hopes they can still make a go of things. He knows she's tough, gutsy and loyal though she seems little and cute. Mishti knows he has a soft side with David though he can be a rogue. She's glad he's honest and will be ok if she knows what's happening. He's happy to keep it quiet if he gets to be with her.

No.24
Mark is reading a magazine on the sofa when Hamish and Tyler arrive home. Mark asks Tyler if he got his message about the job and Tyler did. After Hamish learnt who the company was, he told Tyler that the company was full of cowboys. Mark points out it could be a short term possibility but Tyler isn't keen. Tyler says that Hamish is staying the night and Mark heads to bed.

Hamish thinks he shouldn't stay but Tyler reassures him it's fine. Tyler comments that Mark is fine, Hamish thinks there's more to it. Hamish wants to know if Mark has treated Tyler in the same aggressive way that Russell did. Tyler strongly denies this. Tyler points out despite fearing they'll turn out the same Mark is too controlled to do that. Hamish is relieved that's the case!

No.30
Mishti and Leo are just finishing breakfast. Mishti wants Leo to leave before Yashvi and Kirsha get up. They kiss as Dipi walks in. Leo tells Dipi that there are scrambled eggs and coffee ready for her. He kisses Mishti and leaves. Mishti confirms they've made up to Dipi. Dipi wonders if Mishti has done the right thing. Mishti tells Dipi it's fine and Leo has told her everything. Leo has mostly acted honourably in the past but it's true what Steph said. Dipi points out she thought there was more to what Steph said. Mishti used to be a cop so Dipi is worried Leo hasn't told her everything. Mishti knows when people are hiding things from doing so many interviews! Dipi warns Mishti she needs to be careful.

No.28
Elly reassures Susan that it was a joke about Susan as a celebrant is a curse. Susan knows that. Karl is going to see David about something to do with a Liveability issue. Karl is really touched that David is relying on him. Terese arrives and Elly apologises for not making the party. Terese accepts her apology and Elly heads off to get dressed.

When they are alone Susan asks Terese if she's spoken to Gary. Terese has and the wedding is still going ahead. They'll find another celebrant. Susan asks if Terese has told Gary. Terese admits she hasn't, Gary wants to put the past behind them. They want to just move forward. Susan asks if Gary has the right to know. Terese explains it's been a tough decision to make.

TERESE: I know what it's like to be cheated on.

If Terese was in Gary's position she knows what it would be like. Susan doesn't think she's bad, all situations are different. Susan won't judge Terese and hopes they can work it out. She hates stressing them out but doesn't think it's right to be their celebrant when Terese is hiding things from Gary. Terese understands.

The Shed
Mishti is doing her workout. She makes a phone call to someone unseen called Davis asking for a favour. She knows it's been a while but wants them to do a background check on Leo Tanaka. She explains that Leo used to manage a nightclub in Kings Cross. She thanks Davis and hangs up.

No.24
Tyler has been for a swim. He comes in wondering if a towel is Elly's and offers to drop it off to her. Mark is willing to do it as he reminds Tyler he needs to be job hunting. Tyler wants to spend time with Hamish so he's going to take a break from job hunting. Tyler can enjoy the boat and it could pave a way to a job. Mark wryly remarks that Tyler is happy to live off another person. Hamish says he's happy to do it. Mark tells Hamish he wasn't asking him. Hamish points out he can have a view as he is Tyler's father. Mark reminds Hamish he hasn't been Tyler's father for very long.

HAMISH: I'm still doing a better job than the last one by the sound of things.

Hamish reminds Mark that he didn't do anything to protect Tyler when he was getting beaten. Hamish says it's a shame Mark left. Tyler tries to get them to cool it. Hamish wishes someone had been there for Tyler.

MARK:(angrily) Where the hell do you get off?

Tyler stops them before this goes any further. Hamish apologises and decides to leave.

TYLER: What is wrong with you?
