- Ari making a confession to Jack.
- Something happening between Cooper and Xanthe.
- Gary threatening to harm Cooper unless his mum does something.
- Dr Knights telling Karl her son is on his way to emergency.
- Gary after Paul's help.
- Tim telling Terese about the hidden camera footage including what happened with Cooper/Xanthe.
- Terese damaging the USB stick with the evidence on it.
- Ryan demanding cash for the footage from the hotel.
Amy is bringing Terese up to date following her meeting with Ryan and she isn't amused. Terese wants to go talk to him herself but is warned if she gets the video files, she hasn't to destroy them as it may contain the evidence to help Xanthe's claim against Cooper.
Mark is interviewing Cooper about his assault and the lad can't give him any details as he was hit from behind, however Mark has found a discrepancy with his claim – it couldn't have happened when Cooper said it did because no trains were due at Eden Hills Station at that time. Cooper suggests Mark should go after Xanthe's friends, in particular her dad.
Sheila/Gary's chat with Xanthe about going back to school is interrupted by a visitor – Mark. He's round to update them on a development with the case – Cooper was assaulted earlier than thought and Gary's alibi from Paul is no longer valid. Sheila suggests he talks to the family but that's the other reason Mark is round – the family have taken out an intervention order on Gary, so any attempt to contact Cooper will invalidate his parole and he'll be sent straight back to prison.
Paige is offering Mark her interpretation of the scripture they are talking about while at another table, Piper tells Ben to hurry up as it's the screening of their films today and she's actually excited about going to school. They speculate if Xanthe will appear (Alison isn't as they didn't finish and is a sore loser) and aren't sure but what's more pressing for Piper is when will Ben finish with Alison!
Mark is telling Susan about the intervention order so she can keep an eye on things at school because Xanthe is due back today.
Meanwhile Tim orders Terese to destroy the footage once she gets her hands on it, it's too sensitive to be revealed even if it is vital for Xanthe's case. She isn't happy at having to dip into her savings to pay Ryan off and warns Tim he'll need to cough up again.
Their chat is interrupted by Sheila apologising for being late because of what is happening at home, moaning that they're being put through the wringer when they are the victims.
Terese tries again with Tim after Sheila leaves but he doesn't care about anyone else other than himself.
Ben/Piper receive a huge cheer from their classmates after they finish watching their film submission. Elly remains quite neutral in her comments but is then forced to reprimand Piper for chatting as she was trying to introduce the next film.
The kids are stunned when Cooper arrives late for class and he's told to take a seat by Elly, however can't resist turning round to look at Xanthe.
The films have all been shown and Elly comments generally on them to the class before picking a winner. Ben/Piper are very peeved not to have been the winner nor to have had a highly commended either, which Xanthe's group got even though they didn't finish it.
As the class pack up, Cooper makes quiet sarcastic comments to Xanthe on how their film would have gotten on had they finished it. While Ben tries to reassure Piper not to take Elly's comments to heart, the class did enjoy it.
Amy is surprised at Paige's sudden interest in the bible as she spots her reading it when she comes into the café. Paige points out that she's just following Jack's lead, he's the one calling the shots.
PAIGE: You know what, he may be a priest but he's still a man and maybe he's sick of pretending otherwise.
AMY: So you think something's going to happen between you guys?
PAIGE: Well all I know is that he wants to be around me and I'm not going to stop him.

Ryan isn't in the mood to do a deal with Terese yet for the footage, he's still going through the cash that Tim paid him. He suggests though that they go on a second date but all Terese is interested in is the footage and makes it clear that she'll go to the police if he doesn't do a deal. Ryan knows he has the upper hand and suggests her investors won't like that but Terese's retort is she'd rather not be subjected to more threats. Finally he agrees to sell and writes down his new price but whatever it is, Terese describes him as “a crook!” but sends the money electronically to him. With the acknowledgement the money is in his account, Ryan hands over the hard drive and his laptop after Terese asked for it too.
Terese shows Tim the footage of Xanthe/Cooper, which backs up Xanthe's claims. Neither wants to give in but eventually, despite Tim not being happy, Terese puts a USB drive into an envelope to be delivered anonymously to the Canning's. She also says that despite Ryan being paid by them both, she has plans!
The teens stand chatting at the lockers, surprised that Cooper was in class earlier and Xanthe comments she'll have to stay away from him. Ben commends Xanthe on the highly commended award but she feels bad their film got nothing when it should have. Piper catches Elly in passing to see when the marks will be out and is told when she hands them out! Xanthe suggests celebration smoothies and Piper passes and heads off a she's something to do.
Cooper can't but bait Xanthe as he heads to put a folder in his locker and Ben tries to reassure her it's over, he can't hurt her any more.
We now know what it was that Piper wanted to do – to see what her marks were and as she goes through Elly's folder, discovers that she's got 14/20 while Ben has 16/20. Elly catches her red handed and she questions getting the lower mark and isn't accepting the explanation (that Ben wrote all the music and there was some issues with the script that Piper wrote) and points out it was a collaboration assignment therefore both are due the same mark. “You didn't mark anyone as hard as me,” Piper protests and Elly assures her she marked according to the criteria.
PIPER: More like what you could get away with.
ELLY: Are you implying I'm biased?
PIPER: I'm not implying anything, I'm saying it to your face. You don't give me good grades because you don't like me.
ELLY: Are you after another detention Piper?
PIPER: No, I'm after the mark I deserve.
Elly isn't budging and orders Piper to leave or she's going on bin duty, so reluctantly she leaves the classroom.
Its Jack's turn to get a talking to from Amy about Paige as she catches him heading through the complex. She mentions talking to Paige earlier and it's still her opinion that something will happen between them, so Jack explains why he is being close with Paige – he's trying to keep her safe but can't say more as he'd break his priestly vows. “Is there anything I can do?” Amy asks and is told to keep an eye on her.
We then discover what Terese's revenge plan was for Ryan – she reported him for his rego being out of date and the authorities have used a removal truck take away his car!
Tim and Terese have watched events unfold below (including Ryan vainly running after his car) and she tells him that he's also going to get a visit from the tax office too for failing to do any returns!
TIM: Remind me never to cross you!
Terese turns down the offer of a celebratory drink, telling Tim to go home to his wife! Before he leaves, he wishes her good luck in hoping that the camera business doesn't come back to bite.
Xanthe and Gary are talking about the commendation while he looks through the mail. He stops to go answer the door – its Susan checking how Xanthe went at school with Cooper being there too. This is news to Gary and he's shocked it was allowed to happen and Susan explains it was her deputy that signed off on it and adds that she can't ban him from coming to school because he's not been charged with anything. She does reassure him that she'll keep an eye on things but Gary isn't accepting that and wants to go have a word with Cooper until he's reminded about the intervention order.
XANTHE: Dad see, I told you there's no point in saying anything.
GARY: I want to help princess and if I wasn't on parole…
XANTHE: (tearfully) Every time I see him, I remember what he did and how I felt. He's getting away with everything.
GARY: I want to help, believe me I do.
XANTHE: Then please dad, just make this better, just make everything okay.
Gary pulls his daughter in for a much needed hug and if only he'd finished looking through the mail…
Paige is locking up for the night and gets a shock when Jack touches her shoulder as she never heard him coming. She's surprised at his offer to walk her home but before they leave, he brings up Amy chatting to them both earlier. He says Amy is just looking out for them, however admits that she [Paige] makes him see things in different ways, which Paige readily agrees with before she locks the door and they head off.
Meanwhile, Cooper is slating Xanthe to his mates when Gary catches up with him to warn him off his daughter.
COOPER: You can't touch me, not with the intervention order!
Gary warns Cooper he doesn't care about a piece of paper and if he pushes him, he'll breaking his face! Just as he's made his threats, Mark comes rushing out of the station wanting to know what is going on. Gary replies he's simply taking a walk and Mark reminds him of the intervention order and promptly arrests him.
- Gary pleading with Mark.
- Xanthe telling Ben that Gary is the only suspect.
- Ben threatening to go to the police but Alison replies she'll deny everything.
- Ari making another confession to Jack.
