Number 24
On the driveway, Mark finishes giving the bicycle a service and Steph hopes that Charlie likes it. He reassures her he will and he'll want return visits too and not just for the bike! Steph thanks him for his help, saying she'd not have managed without it and he again reassures her that the visit will go well.

MARK: What can go wrong?!

Park somewhere
Paige is trying to keep up being the greenie by planting some shrubs while having Imogen unload on her her woes about telling Daniel she was attracted to Tyler, which Paige thinks she was stupid to do. She adds it's unnatural to have feelings for two people at once until greenie friend Aurora, says you can if you are polyamorous. Paige tells her she has two options - go talk to Daniel or stay here and be crazy!

Number 26
Sheila decides to say something to Amy/Kyle after a strained breakfast but all it does is cause Kyle to suddenly decide to head into work early. "I've just made things worse haven't it?" Sheila asks Amy and she replies "maybe" before adding that it's like they've forgotten how talk to each other and regrets proposing now.

SHEILA: In a months time both of you will have forgotten it ever happened.
AMY: Will I have forgotten about reading Georgia's letter too?

Sheila orders her to stop beating herself up and feeling guilty!

Ramsay Street
Toadie safely delivers Charlie (and Steph) to the street and says they'll have a ball together. Mark arrives and Steph does the intros and Toadie comments on the cool bike Mark has with him but Charlie doesn't seem very enthusiastic when they say its his bike and point blankly refuses to have it and bolts inside to #30.

Number 24
Imogen calls round to see if she's still got a boyfriend and is told that answer is dependant on whether she still has feelings for Tyler or not! "I can't just turn off that feeling," she explains but she'd have been as well to have not replied as Daniel isn't listening to her replies, he just sees her lack of wanting them to get their own place as her not wanting to be with him. "Tyler means nothing to me," she pleads just as the man in question appears from his room into the middle of their argument. He tries to retreat but Daniel tells him not to as it involves him too and informs him that Imogen is into him. That's not news but he replies that as soon as he discovered that, he shut it down. Oops, Daniel now isn't amused at being the last to know and stomps out of the house refusing to say where he's going.

Lassiters Park
Charlie doesn't seem too enthused at the food Steph has packed for their picnic lunch. Mark tries to engage him in conversation but it's still strained, so Steph suggests Charlie has a go on the bike (which they've brought with him) but that just makes it worse and he stomps off.

STEPH: It's a disaster.

"No its not," Mark replies and decides to go after Charlie to see what's up, taking the bike with him.

Park somewhere
Daniel has wondered to where Paige and her greenies are planting shrubs and she's surprised to see him there alone. He's correctly guessed she knows about Imogen/Tyler and she confirms that but adds that it doesn't mean anything; Imogen was just going through a weird patch.

Aurora a comes over and Daniel suddenly loses the bad mood he was in and volunteers to help her plant more shrubs despite Paige trying to say they didn't need the help.

Lassiters Complex
Over icicles, Mark gets Charlie to open up about the bike - he's scared to get on a bike after crashing his own one in Fiji and didn't want to say anything to his mum in case she thought he was letting her down since she is into bikes. "All Steph cares about is spending with you mate," Mark tries to explain to him.

Charlie also admits that he's scared she gets ill again after what Phillipa told him before their last [video] chat when he told Steph that he wanted to stay in Fiji. Mark reassures him it was just a set back and that she is doing really well - she's happy, she's healthy and getting her life back on track and thinks she'll be over the moon if he explains about the bike.

Park somewhere
Aurora is enjoying the scenery ie. watching Daniel dig holes and while she goes to get the shrubs, Paige comes over to tell him to cool the flirting. Daniel denies that is happening, they are simply having a good time hanging out with each other, denying that its payback for Imogen/Tyler.

DANIEL: I'm enjoying having a bit of time off, yes okay so its with a member of the opposite sex but the last time I checked, that wasn't illegal.

Daniel heads off to plant shrubs, Paige gets out her phone and leaves a voicemail telling her Aurora is flirting with Daniel and for her to call back.

Number 24
Tyler lets Imogen in and she apologises for how Daniel reacted earlier but he's more puzzled over why she told him in the first place.

IMOGEN: Everyone is very quick to point out how crazy that was but apparently I'm the only person who values honesty any more.
TYLER: Well you know what I value, living here with my housemates and not being the bad guy. Fat chance of that happening now because Daniel thinks I'm going to be cutting his grass.
IMOGEN: What do you want me to say? That I made a mistake? Yes, I know I did but who knows what's going on with Daniel anyway because according to Paige he's apparently flirting with a polyamorous hippy!
TYLER: What did you expect, for him to just hang around while you made up your mind?

"Do you want to be with the guy or not?" he asks and she vehemently replies "yes" because she loves Daniel more than anything until him and his kilt threw a spanner in the works!

IMOGEN: At first I thought I was just frustrated about how much Daniel was working but then he suggested we move in together it was like I saw the rest of my life flashing in front of me.
TYLER: And the problem is?
IMOGEN: I'm really young. Daniel's my first boyfriend.
TYLER: Okay, so you're scared that you haven't had enough time to see what else is available.
IMOGEN: I just don't want to rush into something and make a mistake.

"Fair enough," Tyler acknowledges then suggests that she sample him! And if she wants a further incentive, he will go put the kilt on!

Lassiters Park
Mark and Charlie are back and he's telling Steph how he crashed his bike and admits that he's scared of he's turning into a wuss by not getting back on a bike again. She tries to reassure him he's not being a wuss, she'd be scared too if that had happened to her and she just wants them to spend time together, its no biggie if he doesn't want the bike.

Mark raises Charlie's worries about her becoming sick again and she tells him not to worry trying to protect her adding that she is well, healthy and nothing to stress about. She suggests they make a pack that there's to be no more stressing about her.

CHARLIE: No more stressing!

With the bike now being out of the question, the hunt is on for something to entertain them with and Mark puts forward a ride in a police car.

CHARLIE: For real? Can we?
STEPH: Ah, can we turn the siren on?
MARK: Why do you think I became a cop in the first place!

Number 26
Amy is surprised to see Kyle home for lunch but he explains that he got through the paperwork quicker. "I don't want things to be awkward between us," Amy says after the tension between them was beginning to rise again. "And I don't either," he replies and Amy decides to be totally open with him and tell him about finding Georgia's letter in the bin and reading it. "I couldn't help myself," she says and he forces her to tell him what it said - that Georgia still loves him and that she wants him back.

(Later)

Kyle is now irate and wants to read the letter and isn't amused to find out that Sheila ripped the letter up. Amy knows she is in the wrong and apologises, hoping that they can work things through.

AMY: Please tell me this doesn't change anything?
KYLE: It does, of course it does, it changes everything.

Lassiters car park
Mark and Charlie are in the police car, with Charlie (suitably donned in a police hat) checking to see if anyone is speeding (they're not!). Toadie comes over to see if the trio are having fun (they are) and Mark lets Charlie use the police radio to report where the car is.

CHARLIE: This is so cool!

Lassiters Complex
As they walk through the complex, Charlie tells Steph/Mark that he'd like to have a bash at going on the bike, so Mark rushes off to get it from the car.

"I'm glad you have a nice boyfriend," Charlie tells his mum as they walk but she's quick to say he's just her mate, nothing else. "But he likes you... a lot," the lad adds which she doesn't deny but purely as mates.

CHARLIE: Do you want him to be your boyfriend?
STEPH: (coyly) I don't know... I don't know, he's a nice guy.

Charlie encourages her to go for it because if you snooze you lose and she's stunned at him knowing things like that but thankfully for her, Mark returns with the bike and gets Charlie ready to go on it.

MARK: And just remember, it's just like riding a bike!
CHARLIE: That's a dad joke!

Someone has watched that last 'family' scene and doesn't look too happy - Paige!

Park somewhere
Imogen finally finds Daniel and he explains that he needed to clear his head. She tells him that Tyler propositioned her and adds before he can explode; it was a plan to make her see that it's really Daniel she wants to be with.

IMOGEN: Which I obviously already knew, but this just made it 100 per cent clear.
DANIEL: So Tyler's the good guy and I'm this?
IMOGEN: Please don't hold all this against him, today was a reality check. I'm so sorry for the way I've been acting Daniel, I was really confused but now it's so clear to me, I want this, I want us to move forward.
DANIEL: I had this good chat with someone today.
IMOGEN: Yes, the girl that was flirting with you?!

At Daniel's puzzled look, she explains that Paige sent her an SOS but he's quick to say that Paige got it wrong, there wasn't anything wrong, commenting that it was nice to talk to someone. Daniel knows she's the only guy he's been with and if she's having doubts they are for a reason.

IMOGEN: So what are you saying?
DANIEL: I love you Imogen.
IMOGEN: Then why are you doing this?
DANIEL: Because I need to know that you're ready to commit.
IMOGEN: I am!
DANIEL: I don't think you can reach that place so quickly no matter how good Tyler's relationship advice is, its just not as easy as that.
IMOGEN: What, so that's it, we're over?
DANIEL: No, this isn't the end, we can still see each other but I think we need to be free to see other people.
IMOGEN: I don't want to see other people, I want to see you.
DANIEL: I need to be sure that you mean that.

Number 24
Steph is back from seeing Charlie off at the train station, very tempted to get on board with him! She's still stressing but Mark thinks she needs to stop and give herself a pat on the back, today was a huge success. "Yes, thanks to you," Steph says adding that she never thought she'd be so grateful for a police radar!

STEPH: Thank you.
MARK: For what? Spending time with you and some awesome kid, which Charlie is by the way!
STEPH: Yes, you're not telling me anything I don't know.

Mark hopes he comes back soon as he'd like to spend more time with him. Steph comments that he keeps saying all the right things, and stands up to kiss him which Mark readily responds to!
