- Nate and Aaron kissing in the box, and Nate saying he was only acting
- Brad tells Tyler about his nude selfies
- Tyler refuses to tell Susan
- Sonya tells Amy she's a godsend
- Naomi thinks she's liable for Toadie's accident
Naomi confirms to Paul that she is liable, but her tells her not to say anything.
PAUL: You getting into trouble is not gonna help him, and it's certainly not gonna help me either.
She whimpers, and he insists he won't let anything happen to her.
Sheila is talking to Kyle and Nate about how people are turning on Naomi. She comments how much Naomi has done for Erinsborough, especially the "Boys in a box". Nate doesn't want to talk about it, saying one break up a year is enough. Sheila says that Chris has found love again… Nate is upset that both Kyle and Sheila knew about it before him.
Ben is playing the blues on his guitar - very well. Tyler arrives to see how Toadie is (stable, but too early to tell about his paralysis) and he compliments Ben on his playing. Ben says that Susan wants him to audition for an inter- school concert - Josie Lamb is going overseas, so there's a spare place. Tyler tells him he has to audition. Ben's not keen.
Sonya and Nell open the door to our favourite dodgy lawyer, Tim Collins, who has purportedly come to offer his sympathy. He asks if they are considering litigation, and Sonya says they're not focussed on that. Tim suggests it might have been the bullet…
TIM: Imagine that. Living with a ticking time bomb in your back. No idea when it's going to go off.
He asks Nell if it's hard with her dad away, and Sonya says they have to go.
Sheila comments to Russ that she's surprised how hard Nate has taken the news about Chris, and that Chris didn't tell Nate first. Sheila suggests that they should set Nate and Aaron up - because obviously the only two gay guys in the street are going to want to be together.
Paige is washing Mark's punch bag. Aaron thinks it's going a bit OTT.
PAIGE: I guess I'm just sidestepping karma. I've done so much wrong recently, I'm just waiting for it to bite me.
Aaron points out that Mark isn't perfect either, and that he's forgiven Paige.
Ben and Tyler are playing a duet - Ben on guitar and Tyler on air guitar. Ben says he learnt off the internet, as there's not much else to do in the country.
TYLER: Reckon it could work for me?
BEN: You might wanna get yourself some talent!
Tyler tells Ben he belongs in the concert. In Ballarat, he made a dumb mistake, whereas here he could be the guitar god!
Lassiter's car park
Sonya tells Naomi that Tim came round, asking if they were going to sue. Naomi says he was probably ambulance chasing.
Tim is filling Paul in on what happened, and he says he's going to visit Toadie. Naomi arrives, and tells Paul he shouldn't have asked Tim to act without checking with her. Paul says that Tim is loyal, and he's the best.
NAOMI: The best what? Con artist?
PAUL: Oh, call him what you want, but he gets the job done.
Paul explains that he wants to stop the matter going to court, but Naomi tells Paul to call Tim off.
A flustered Sonya is finding it difficult to cope with the demands of Nell, housework and phonecalls.
Harold's - outside
Russ asks Aaron to come to a cocktail event at the Waterhole later, to cheer up Nate. Aaron hopes it's not a set up, and Russ assures him it isn't. Aaron reluctantly agrees.
Tim tells Naomi that despite being friends, the Rebecchis may still sue. Naomi doesn't believe it will happen.
TIM: Well, you must be incredibly naive or a fool. Cos once those bills start rolling in, I don't think Mr and Mrs Rebecchi will be nearly so friendly.
He tells her to listen to Paul.
Sheila has arranged three teams - her and Russ / Paige and Mark / Nate and Aaron - who have to shake the cocktails before the tasting. Aaron tells Nate they are trying to cheer him up. He's annoyed, especially with Sheila, who's ready with some advice.
NATE: Ever since your croning, you've been carrying on like some sort of oracle. And guess what - you're not. So mind your own business.
He tells her he doesn't want her help, and neither do the punters she hassles.
Naomi thanks Paul for calling Tim off. He reminds her not to apologise to Sonya unless she wants to face legal action. He points out that it will also have repercussions for him, and therefore he's been running a PR campaign. Naomi says it sounds like a cover- up!
Brad is running the auditions for the concert. The first act is a "singer" called Alison, who is awful. Paul arrives when she's got to line 2, and thankfully, he stops her before she can mangle the song any more. Ben is next up.
PAUL: Well, he certainly didn't get his talent from his grandfather, did he?
TYLER: What did I say? Guitar god!
Outside, Aaron brings Nate a cocktail - "I'm an insensitive idiot and I'm sorry". Nate apologises too, saying that finding out about Chris from Sheila had upset him. Aaron says that his ex had posted on social media about finding the love of his life when they were still together. Since the cocktail is disgusting, they go for coffee.
Harold's - outside
Kyle catches up with Sonya and asks about Toadie. He says that he feels awful for moving the jumping castle, and Naomi feels worse for making him move it, instead of the proper company. Sonya looks thoughtful.
Sonya gets a basket of fruit from the Mayor's office
Paige and Mark are sparring, and she offers to take his gloves. He tells her she doesn't need to walk on eggshells. Sonya arrives and tells him about Tim, the fruit basket and what Kyle said.
SONYA: I'm starting to think that maybe this wasn't a freak accident after all.
He confirms that Naomi could be legally responsible.
Some girls giggle as Ben walks along to the lockers. Brad congratulates him on getting in. Alice comes up to him and tells him he's got a lot of new fans, who have started stalking him online.
BEN: Really? That's… a bit weird.
ALICE: Not as weird as some of the pics they found of you. Is taking your gear off part of your act too?
